    Tried again Today 16 August 2023 no change even worse. Same as below plus they do not recycle any rubbish also electronic order boards still not working ask the girl at till about coffee and ice-cream and she said they have not had any for over a year. Must be something wrong as KFC don't care. No coffee yet again No ice yet again No ice cream yet again No interest from staff yet again No hand wipes anymore Bad experience half bag chips Staff did not interact at all What do you want pay stand over there

    Have they every not messed up an order? This was probably the 4th and last time I’ll ever order. My order was £50 worth and what got delivered was someone else’s order that came to £13. I’d paid extra for priority delivery through Uber eats only to have to drive down there myself, defeating the object of paying extra. Run by spotty kids with no idea. Food was terrible too. Chicken is always over cooked. Shut the place down.

    Staff were rude and abrupt. Pulled in via drive through and staff asked “can i help you?” in a rude tone. i understand it was 7:30 and they may have been tired but that’s not a way to speak to customers. i ordered and drove through where the gentleman snatched the cash out of my hand. fries were awful, soggy and cold. my food was also cold and smaller than previously purchased. my partners food was fine but they forgot his drink. absolutely do not recommend

    Being local, I've known that it's best to avoid here, especially when it's not busy. However, snow came down and football got cancelled so in we went. As expected, not many people in there - probably more staff than customers. This is a red flag. I suggest only going in there when it's full so you get fresh food. Most staff sitting around looking like they'd rather be anywhere else (can't blame them). Yet all the tables were dirty and bins overflowing. Honestly, who manages this place? The classic chicken pieces were dry and cold, like it was cooked at 2pm (it was 6pm). My boys enjoyed their mini fillets which must have been fresh out so they were happy enough. The place is like a morgue. Either the staff all hate each other or they're not being treated well at all. Could be both. I'll stay away now, which is a shame, because this place could do very well if it was on its game.

    Took my 11yo for dinner tonight. Food was as expected for a KFC (are KFC fries portion size always so small?). Arrived shortly after 7pm on a Monday and we were the only customers in the restaurant. For a restaurant so quiet I was disappointed that I struggled to find a clean table to sit at. The bins were all full and the restaurant overall would have benefited from a clean. Service was fast but thereafter the staff were just chatting amongst themselves (could have been cleaning front of house). I am by no means a prude but given that I was sat with my daughter we were both aware of the language being used in the staff members personal conversation, thoroughly inappropriate in a family restaurant.

    I recently went in with my nieces. They loved it. It was a bit dirty for me. Floors had not been swept table not wiped. They weren't busy so they had time. We ordered our food sat down but they had got the order wrong so had to go up and get it put right. The staff were nice but very slow so it took ages to get our order.

    The place was disgusting 🫣 all staff members just standing around chatting about their weekend. Table and floor was gross and don't even get me started on the toilets! It's a small dine in... doesn't take much to wipe over the tables! The chicken seemed it had just been reheated. It was not fresh at all. Years ago it was the nicest KFC to sit in, now it's the worst. Please if the manager reads this, do something about your lazy staff members.

    I am absolutely disgusted at the service received by one of your customer assistants today in Haverhill. Walked in at half past 8, so 2 people could get some food to be told we weren’t allowed to sit in because they shut at 9pm. After mentioning that we will literally be 10 minutes as we had just finished a run, he was refusing us to sit down because he finished at 9pm and ‘wanted to go home’. I am appalled that we have had to eat dinner, stood up outside. Prior to this, he was ridiculing his colleagues asking them in they ‘even had any common sense’ in front of customers. Embarrassing service , should be ashamed.

    We usually go there. My children love the popcorn chickens served there. Good place for a dine out.Nice little KFC. Food is always hot and fresh and the seating area was clean. The drive thru here is not the quickest though, especially at the weekend.

    I have just been through a Drive through at the Haverhill branch. The experience was appalling. On arrival at the speak through there was no one there. I called hello several times with no response so assumed it was closed so drove forward a little but saw customers in the restaurant so I reversed and called ' hello' again several times. I was just about to give up when I just about heard a very small voice. I placed my order and drove to collection. On arrival at collection I was reprimanded by what appeared to be a 12 year girl ( hopefully not). She informed me could I not shout as she was with a customer inside! I was amazed! Been effectively as a customer told off for calking through the speak phone and I should just wait!!! I asked how on earth would I know she was with another customer! At the very least someone should have answered and asked if we could wait a moment. On arrival at collection I would have expected an apology for been kept waiting, not a reprimand for keep calling. Seriously deplorable customer service. Definitely needs customer service training. I also tried to contact via telephone to speak to a shift manager but the number on the website is unobtainable. Definitely will not be using this KFC again. I am not leaving it here either.

    Shocking, 'everything is out of stock' or realistically, they can't be bothered to cook it! Restaurant is closed early as they can't be bothered to clean up. What you do get if you order food that they can be bothered to prepare is tiny portions, kid sized really. I will NEVER return. Absolutely hopeless.

    None of the self service ordering screens were working so I tried the app, but signal inside the shop wasn't good so had to order at the counter. Food was lovely. Would have given 5 stars if I could have ordered using the self service screens as that would have avoided the queue.

    I need to start with the food as about 2-3 times was not cooked properly, I will give the owners an advice - You actually need to cook the chicken for a little longer so you don't serve uncooked chicken to people. Also the employees could be nicer and have some people skills at least. The diner is fitly at all times doesn't matter what time are you going, not taken care of at all, just milking money from people. Disappointing

    This is KFC ketchup and mayameza. Shame on you. There is hair in the KFC food. The workers do not wear hats. We are waiting for 5 hours to eat inside because of playing around. The employees there are very sullen. The one at the cash register is crooked on the outside.

    Food is always nice - standard KFC. Always hot and nicely prepared. However, they never have Krushems available and they always, always forget something in your order. I don’t think we have ever been and the order has been right. I always give the benefit of the doubt and always end up going back to get what’s been missed. Staff are hit and miss with their customer service skills. They normally sound like they’ve been forced to work there. However there is one lad who is always bright and chirpy! Makes all the difference!
