DO
NOT
move
in
unless
you
want
to
be
living
amongst
cockroaches
and
patches
of
black
mold
all
over
the
walls/ceiling.
The
bathroom
vent
fans
haven't
worked
in
ages
but
management
has
higher
priorities
(such
as
redesigning
the
front
lobby)
than
taking
care
of
the
residents.
This
creates
for
a
very
damp
bathroom
area
and
huge
patches
of
mold
which
are
eating
into
the
drywall.
I've
been
living
in
these
moldy
conditions
for
months
now
and
my
breathing
has
suffered
from
it.
Between
my
allergic
reaction
to
the
mold
and
the
cockroaches
which
have
infested
the
entire
building,
I've
developed
chest
tightness
and
chest
pains.
Management
was
informed
of
the
roaches
months
ago
but
decided
to
hire
a
"professional"
who
only
sprayed
the
kitchen.
I
don't
know
any
self-respecting
exterminator
who
would
spray
just
one
area
of
an
apartment,
let
alone
avoid
spraying
all
the
other
apartments
on
that
floor
so
the
problem
doesn't
immediately
come
back.
And
the
problem
did
immediately
come
back.
My
apartment
has
been
uninhabitable
for
months
now
and
a
lot
of
the
time,
management
will
not
respond
to
my
emails
or
phone
calls.
When
they
do
respond,
it's
weeks
later
and
without
a
solution.
The
entire
parking
lot
and
elevator
is
often
littered
with
empty
nips
and
other
garbage.
Management
has
instructed
residents
to
smoke
tobacco
and
marijuana
right
in
front
of
the
back
door,
not
even
5
feet
from
the
building
(against
state
law).
There
are
actual
children
that
live
here
and
get
marijuana
smoke
blown
in
their
faces.
There
is
also
a
narcotics
problem
in
the
building,
and
the
cops
are
here
regularly.
People
deal
drugs
right
in
the
parking
lot
outside
the
building.
The
elevators
are
covered
in
graffiti
and
often
times
filled
with
trash
or
blood
due
to
fighting.
There
is
always
trash
everywhere.
Rats
have
been
reported
to
be
living
in
apartments
as
well
by
my
neighbors.
This
is
the
scummiest
place
I've
ever
lived.
