    Do not live here! Issues: -Shower floods into the middle of the bathroom because of architectural errors -Dog barks constantly with management taking forever to intervene and does nothing in the meantime to make it better for the tenants dealing with the noise -Fire alarms go off at all hours of the day and night. There were days it would go off 2-3 times -Since moving in, the outside windows have not been cleaned once. They are so filthy you cannot even enjoy the view -Was drawn to the building for the promised rooftop bar and 1st floor restaurant that were never delivered. -Maintenance takes days or even weeks to fix things. Make sure to continue emailing and following up or nothing will happen Do not pay ridiculous prices to live somewhere with constant problems. Look elsewhere

    What a difference a year makes !! This place is such a wonderful place to live and the views are amazing !!! So convenient to so many walkable establishments. The local restaurants are beyond amazing !!

    I just moved into the Heights at Haverhill and I couldn't be happier about my experience. From the initial showing to the move in, I was treated like a valued tenant. My apartment is really great! The appliances are top of the line and brand new! As a new building, I'm sure I will find some issues but I have complete confidence that management will take care of them quickly. So far, I'm loving it. The views are spectacular and the amenities are first class. The location is central to everything that is happening in Haverhill. (This city is up and coming)The gym in the basement is perfect with just the right amount of equipment. I can't wait for the Sky bar and Restaurant to open next year. The Boardwalk is just steps from the lobby. I'm looking forward to parking my car and walking everywhere. I highly recommend these apartments.

    We were the first people to move in and have loved our experience at The Heights Haverhill! Choosing and signing our lease was a breeze. Management is very quick to respond to any requests. I've never lived in an apartment this nice, with its beautiful amenities and gorgeous views. Also love the area - very cute coffee shops, places to eat, and easy access to grocery stores. Plaistow is a quick 10 min drive away to any retailer (Home Depot, Walmart, TJ Maxx, etc). You won't regret living here!

    When we were first looking at this building, it was being advertised as luxurious, and so it seemed after our initial visit. However, we’ve come to find out that that’s not so much the case. 1. Since we moved in about 5 months ago, we’ve always had an issue with the trash chute being clogged EVERY WEEKEND, every Friday afternoon we have no access to the trash chute, meaning a few trash bags have to sit in the apartment with us through the weekend awaiting late Monday after the trash chute’s been cleared. 2. Over the past few weeks, we had to live with a dog barking ALL DAY, every day, sometimes until late at night, past 11pm even. You could literally hear it from the bedroom & I wouldn’t doubt that others could hear it too. It’s unbearable. 3. A promised rooftop & restaurant on the 1st floor have never been delivered. For the longest time it didn’t seem like any progress was being made. 4. We submitted a service request for a fridge air filter to be changed, & it’s been 22 days :) not an email, not a call, not a knock on our door, nothing. I posted a follow up on the app 2 days ago which was ignored. So much for luxury. 5. The bathroom is always a mess after a shower because waters runs into the middle of the bathroom if you do not point the shower head towards the wall. This place is nice, not so much practical.

    How do you charge so much for apartments when the building has no amenities? I had reached out & asked about negotiating a price on the apartment & they were quick to get me off the phone. These apartments need to be set at a cheaper price.

    Management continues to remove my reviews so I will continue to post. Do yourselves a favor and do not live here. Management is unfriendly and slow to respond to issues. I was told by management that I am being watched on the cameras, being clearly targeted. There’s a problem every other day whether it’s unfinished work done in your apartment, entering your apartment without permission, the police being here, the fire alarms sounding relentlessly, the dog area being filled with left waste, and dangerous items being left about such as glass and razor blades. Any unit with a balcony has a serious spider issue and they tow residents cars with no remorse. Have lived here since December 2020 and was promised a finished bar and restaurant April 2021, no progress has been made on these empty spaces. Save your headache and money and live elsewhere.

    They took my last review down so I'll try again. If your idea of luxury is constant problems and no amenities, this is the place for you. Fire alarms go off weekly in the middle of the night. Dog owners do not clean up after their pets in the pet run. There is a spider/wasp infestation on any unit with a balcony along with the front entryways, there are webs and insects ALL over the main key fob areas and dog run areas. The trash chute is constantly clogged and inaccessible. Maintenance is rude, building management doesn't address problems in a timely manner - if at all, and the promised restaurant and roofbar that were supposed to be done April 2021 have not broken ground yet. -Reviewed by an extremely disgruntled and unhappy current resident.

    I'm not one to post many reviews unless i feel like i genuinely feel like it's a 5 star for me! Lynn Whalen, ma'am you deserve a raise. i cannot stress enough how absolutely amazing you have been! I am someone who lived at the heights as one of the first residents at 807 and we moved out and we are now returning back to Massachusetts - the level of professionalism we have received thus far is beyond me! Lynn has been communicating back and forth (i feel like i've been a handful!) I really had my eyes set on a unit and she has done nothing but provide excellent communication and not only that she has secured our dream unit ! I COULD LITERALLY CRY! When we move in I plan on leaving a bunch of chocolates for management because compared to what it used to be I can promise you it's moving into a much better place and Lupolli have the right person on hand! Thank you thank you thank you! it's been a really difficult summer for my family and Lynn has made it 100 times better! thank you! We are so excited to move in and finally/hopefully meet the superstar that has helped us along the way!
