It's getting better hasn't been the cleanest in the past but they are trying to fix it up

This plaza has a lot of your necessities in one spot, including a place for groceries, hardware, a bakery, a dollar store, and fast food. Edit: they fixed my main issue that I wrote about below. There are now curbs, a better drive through, and stop signs with painted road markings. All the storefronts in the plaza got a facelift too. Nice work! Original review: “I will say though that the parking lot itself is a bit haphazard. To the right of Market Basket towards the central entrance is where a lot of confusion can arise. The lot is completely flat with no raised curbs, and little traffic signage. There is often conflict with Dunkin Donuts drive-thru traffic backing up directly into the entrance lanes. Lanes should be clearly marked and there should be a clear layout. It’s obvious that the Burger King and CVS were added later because they are raised up above the rest of the stores, but it seems like they were placed on top of the parking lot rather than planned into it. There are spots where you’re driving though parking spaces rather than in a road, and because of this people tend to drive across the lot since there isn’t a clearly delineated road to do so. Needs better traffic integration for sure.”

This plaza is a livesaver since we can't have any stores in West Newbury or Groveland.

Very convenient for me. I love the businesses in the plaza. A little bit of everything. I have to say I miss the bakery and DJ s Roast Beef.

I have visited Oyummy Asian Bistro and Market Basket. Both of these businesses I recommend. The other businesses that stood out in my mind were Dunkin'and Dollar 💵 Tree. The parking 🅿️ lot is a little odd in how it is set up but it isn't as crazy as other plazas with a Market Basket, such as the one on Daniel Webster Highway in Nashua or at Southgate Plaza in Seabrook.

Clean and quiet the parking lot is a painted line mess beware there's not a real entrance or exit main road into parking lot .. it's more of drive at your own risk

I have been going here for 25 plus years. Nice stores there. DeMoulas is my favorite but have gone to most of the others over the years. They did just change the configuration of the parking lot, not an improvement in my opinion. Less parking spots and more maneuvering.

Awesome plaza for all your shopping needs in one place. Market basket, aubuchon, liquor store, super cuts, Dunkin donuts, dollar store, pizza shop, gas station, CVS, and more. Usually not too crowded unless a pandemic, blizzard, or national emergency is occurring you should be able to find everything you need. Plenty of parking and best of all no self checkout aisles!

How do you accurately rate a shopping plaza? It's not like you can have a good or bad experience without going into one of the stores. Idk... As far as plazas go, this one gets a 4.

This is my favorite place to go get as much done as possible without the hassle of traffic, long lines and crowds. If I give a good review you have to promise not to go crowding the place up when I wanna go, cuz the Dollar tree there is always well stocked, clean and the staff are nice. The Market Basket is great cuz the specials arent trashed, the people are friendly as always, but here they seem to know what they have and respect it. It's more of a family market feel than the other Market Baskets. The hardware store is usually well stocked and the seasonal items are changed out timely but seems to be more according to what's going on locally which makes it feel small townish and I like that. The plaza all in all was difficult to drive through but has been and is being in improved tremendously. I only wish there was a way to be open up the back side by to the river, then it would feel like you're actually at the "rivers edge"

Average plaza. Lots of choices for shopping - Market Basket, Supercuts, DP Nail Salon, Haverhill House of Pizza, liquor store, Aubuchon Hardware, Dollar Tree, Emily's Bakery, Family Dollar, DJ's Roast Beef, and that's all I can think of right now. Very sad that Building 19 closed.

Emily's Bakery is the best!!!! Whenever we are in the area we make a special stop. Strawberry rhubarb turnover and the hermit cookies are our favorites.

Some great stores here. Really wish they would fix the parking lot and fill the empty stores.

The best part of the visit was the mint condition 1968 Plymouth Satellite convertible I. The parking lot. 78,000+ original miles and original paint. What a beauty!

Awesome pizza.Plenty of sauce, cheese and meat. The sauce tasted like authentic Italy. The crust was extremely satisfying:)Great amount of food for the price.
