Nice, clean hotel to spend the weekend on. Customer Service was amazing!

Nice, solid place, value for money. Strict COVID-19 rules, small tasty breakfast, renovated, spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Though I did not have time to test the sauna. Convenient parking. Also good for kids as they can play in the atrium and have some tasty ice cream next door.

The hotel has a good central location near to the metro and a number of restaurants, banks, and food markets. Breakfast each morning was very nice with a good selection of hot and cold items. Hotel and rooms were kept very clean. Would definitely stay again.

nice hotel, however a bit old rooms, they're reasonably spacey and fitted with all accomodation needed. good bar and friendly service. I liked the 0,5l beers :-)

The hotel complies with a four star Hotel. The bathroom as well as the room as such was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast could have consisted of more greenery like tomatoes,cucumbers and fruit. The breadrolls were unfortunately out of the deepfreezer and not freshly baked! Old-school place with clean rooms, friendly service and excellent breakfast. Be aware that the hotel is a 25 min train ride from the Hamburg city centre.

Quite old to be fair (elevator broke down that day so room on 4th floor kinda sucked) rooms specifically could use a refresh. Staff was friendly, breakfast was decent and location was good.

Went here for an event. The Hotel was clean and nice and the staff helpful. The fact that the hotel is inside a shopping center can be a bit confusing but the way to the restaurant and hotel is well signposted.
