Excellent gym. Well worth the money.

Basic gym. No swimming pool. Jacuzzi n stem n suna not working.

Machines are old but cover all body parts. Coa h is very supportive and experienced. Faisal is the credit of this gym, anf many players come to the gym only for him.

Best gym I’ve used in Hawalli. It’s packed with equipment such as dumbbells, barbells, squat rack, cardio and a ton of resistance and plate loaded machines. If I was nitpicking I’d like it to have a deadlift platform with bumper plates but you can still deadlift using the iron plates on floor mats provided. It’s always extremely clean, has good showers and good changing facilities. Staff are very friendly and approachable. If your an expat staying in Hawalli looking for a decent gym with a good price then this is the one for you.
