Stopped in for lunch one day and had one of their lunch specials which was perfect for me. the staff greeted everyone as soon as the door opened Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted very good.

Been coming here for years. Love the food and the place itself is a nice laid back establishment. The only consistent issue i have is the staff. Most of them are snarky, rude, have very minimal if any customer service. Order taker gave me attitude over the fact that i requested an additional flavor even if i could pay for it. Also watched the individual who is cooking the wings toss is raw chicken into an already frying bucket of wings and then proceed to touch multiple objects in the kitchen without washing their hands. Super unsanitary and gross.

Love the food! The best wings I’ve had. Unfortunately, the staff doesn’t meet the same standard. Recently we spent a decent amount on a meal & ordered online for a specific pick up time. When I got there I was told my meal would be right up. As this was toward the beginning of this pandemic and change of restaurant processes, I was trying to be flexible. Waited another half hour. Asked for the ETA again and was handed my meal - or rather, half of my meal. They had given the rest to someone else. After having already waited, I decided to ask for a refund and we’d try again another night. I was content with that. But I was told after waiting for 15 more minutes that the manager was busy and didn’t have time to do a refund right now and if I waited just 10 more minutes, it’d be ready & right. I hesitantly agreed. 30 minutes later (1.5hrs after my order was supposed to be ready), I left with an order. That was completely wrong again. They remade the portion of the meal I had already been given. Unwilling to wait again and not wanting to complain in front of the other waiting patrons, I called after leaving. I explained the situation and asked for a refund. I was told - again - that they don’t have time for a refund and will give me a credit. Because I love the food, I was willing to try again at a later date, hopefully once they get a better process going. Well, I just called to cash in on that credit. There wasn’t one. I still have the email receipt with proof of the meal. I was able to give them the exact amount, the date, and who helped me. Nothing. Of special note, the woman (apparently a manager?) in the background was entirely rude, had a condescending tone and couldn’t be bothered to care at all about poor customer service or making it right. Through this entire process I have not received one single apology apart from the first gentleman that helped me and gave half of my order away. He was the only one interacting with customers and was obviously overwhelmed. The food: excellent. If they can get it right. The staff? Lacking. How two of the employees I spoke to today could have zero investment in providing a positive experience and possibly be managers is far beyond me.

Truly disappointing ! I ordered a 10 PEICE Cajun corn and they gave me a 9 piece , why is fast food so stingy? I can buy a 6 piece full corn on the cobs from winco for $8 but I buy to support local businesses! I’m a big girl and you just lost a lot of business! All because you owners can’t put 1 hour into interviewing your corrupt employees! It’s disgusting don’t even try to go and give these $14 hour workers something to do, they won’t do their job anyways!!!!!! 😤😡

Excited to try wing stop for the first time!! I was going to try the Atomic and my wife was going to try bbq. I ordered my food to go. Once I received my food, I drove across town to my hotel. When I entered my room, I could hardly wait to open the bag and dig in!! Sadly, when I opened my bag, to disappointment I found plain wings. I looked at my recipe to make sure I ordered correctly. Sure enough I did. The restaurant wasn’t busy when I was there. Im confused on how a business that specializes in wings, could forget the sauce? They included a side of ranch….but no sauce? My wings weren’t burnt, but the employees must of been.

Soggy fries....burned bone in and soggy magic habenero.. this was at hi noon...lunch hour. Complete waste of time....not to mention 25$ of my special needs clients money for a snack that was....over priced and under rated....I'm from Miami Florida....This is offensive to state least.... Salem has horrible food..... PDX is best named food city for great reason ...u call this garlic parmesan.....the deception

Their food is nothing to write home about. It's not bad but not excellent. My big problem with them right now stems from the fact that when I ordered food on their website they double charged me. When I called them to have the second charge reversed they refused to do so, we're very rude, and told me I never ordered anything from them. They then told me to take up the refund with my bank. So at this point, until my bank refunds me the money they have effectively stolen $40 from me. Their food is certainly not worth this hassle. Don't order off the website, and at this point I will not be ordering from any Wingstop again. Might I recommend Buffalo Wild Wings, or even your local pizza and wings place. Little Caesars, and Domino's are just about as good, far less expensive, and they don't provide such a hassle.

I dont have issue with the food but I do have issue with the customer service at the Lancaster location. The young girl working the cash register at night on 9/29/22 needs to be trained on how to properly treat paying regular customers. She's rude and immature and seriously lacks customer service ability. If I was a manager there I would be swapping her out right away. She can't answer basic questions without being rude and snarky and she socializes while on the job with her non-working friends.

We have become regulars at this location. The food is always fresh and the employees are always friendly.

The wings were far too salty. The fries were good though.

I placed an online order of about 20 wings and a fry. Online wait should be more accurate. Told me 20-30 mins. I waited an hour before leaving without any food. Would have given a higher score if they were even able to get me my food. Unorganized work place this is most likely due to poor upper management. The staff was trying their best to keep up with all the customers, but in the process, they completely lost my order.

I ordered my food, because they dont let people in you wait in line outside, the bring me my food. I get to the car, where I realized some things missing. So I return to the door, and patiently knock, they all look at me and just stare. Not one person comes to the door to ask what I needed, so I call. Then I'm hung up on twice.

I never write reviews but my goodness... Waiting for 1 hour for a regular size fry is craaazy. And yet there were people coming in after us that placed an order, and left within 10 minutes. Do better.

We came here for a simple family dinner and all we got was DISRESPECT!!! the food was ok (as the kids would say, mid) it took 45 minutes just to order the food, I understand it may be busy but having one person working is not sustainable, on top of that it took an hour to get our food. The worker was giving me shade the whole time When I asked when our food would be done she started screaming very inappropriate language I would suggest you don’t dine here Edit: the lady working keeps dozing off and it has now taken 2 hours

Service was fast and friendly, food was.made to order and the flavors were pretty good.

Yet again, this Wingstop was phenomenal! Order was prompt, correct, hot and crispy! Always the right amount of sauce, never misses the dip or a straw. One of the only places in Salem that consistently gets things right!!

I drove 30 minutes to pick up my food. I was very excited since wingstop is my favorite place to get wings from. Unfortunately these were the most disgusting wings I’ve ever had. I ordered a 15 pc. Louisiana Rub and the new hot honey flavor. The wings smelt like fish, there was hardly any seasoning, it tasted like I was eating plain chicken wings, and they were extremely dry. Never coming back!!

I ordered pickup, it said it would be ready in 40 minutes so I was there on time. When I arrived they said it would be just a minute for the fries to finish, it was almost 20 minutes when they told me it was ready and my bag had been sitting there the entire time. Waited 20 minutes for nothing 😒

Do NOT miss out on the lemon pepper fries and chicken. Dip 'em in honey mustard and you will experience nirvana. Korean BBQ is my favorite of the sauced wings, it's a nice blend of sweet and heat. Will be eating here pretty frequently. 😍

First order from Wingstop at Lancaster and found it only a serviceable lunch. Ordered 4 tenders with mild sauce which tasted okay, but the tenders were absolutely the inexpensive fatty type usually reserved from the Tyson frozen foods section. Sauce was good, order was 100% correct and ready for pickup, staff were friendly and confirmed what I ordered. But the tenders themselves were not good quality lean chicken.

0/10 recommendations. Food was oily and over cooked and the staff took forever and served multiple large orders before my small order when I ordered about 10 minutes before them. Overall garbage service.

Ordered through the app and got the all in bundle. Had 8 Spicy Korean BBQ & 8 Garlic parmesan and 3 plain & 3 buffalo tenders. Voodoo Fries & Cajun fried corn. Was expecting something different with the fried corn. Not really sure if it was fried or not. It was very dry and there was NO CRUNCH for something that should have been fried! The voodoo fries not really sure what all was supposed to be on them, but they were mushy, greasy and not well prepared at all. I do have to say there is nothing special about the Cajun seasoning at all. It was our first time ever ordering from here and it became our last. The boneless wings and chicken tenders are already premade and are just waiting to be cooked and sauced, nothing special there! The sauces were not even good. Not sure what went wrong on this as it all smelled great but at the end of the meal it left us feeling awful and made for a miserable evening. For us we can say we tried it, weren't impressed so we won't be back. We will say it is a very busy little place.

Did an online order. Food was ready when I went to pick it up. They were very busy but the staff remained polite and smiling. They have a great variety of flavors which should appeal to almost everyone.

Good food and friendly service has always been great when I go in. Definitely a family favorite as they have so many different flavors that everyone in the family can enjoy.

I love wingstop but the service at this location is so bad I simply can’t give them my money any longer. I was put on hold repeatedly over a 2 hour window. Every time my call was never answered. So I decided to drive down there and see with my eyes what was happening. Wouldn’t you know it. They weren’t too busy they were too lazy. So instead of taking orders they’re simply putting everyone on hold indefinitely until they give up. So I am giving up on this location permanently.

Great wings!!!! My favorite is atomic!! We got also got the new bayou!!!! They are amazing just a little too saucy. They were super busy tonight but got our order right and no waiting in line too long. Excellent service!! Took the pics too late that's how good they were.

when i ordered chicken tenders they kept insisting i was talking about the chicken sandwich. we went back and forth then finally i was about to pay and they tried charging me for chicken sandwiches 😂 when i said “no chicken tenders” they looked at me like they genuinely have never heard of it before. i literally started to second guess myself about it lol, but the food was cold and the wings were dry

I love the wings here but thus location sucks at getting your food out, you will sit here and they will call out so many names of people who are not here but not a single person in 20 minutes has actually gotten there order. Everytime I ask they go look at my receipt and say, oh that will be about 5 minutes.

I went there, and the chicken didn't have enough sauce. The fries were way over salted, but one of the girls there was very nice and understanding. The rest of the workers were unhelpful.

A friend has been giving me a hard time because I love wings (I order them whenever they are on ANY menu) and have never been here. Admittedly, he was onto something: I’ve been missing out! Great wings. Very impressed with all the flavor options. Even so, I preferred the original buffalo flavored ones. Next time I’ll have to go for the more spicy flavors (I had to saturate mine with hot sauce at home - I never know what people mean by “spicy” at different places… sometimes it’s not spicy), but I was VERY happy with the food. Wings and celery sticks? Yes please!! Five stars : )

I ordered online for delivery. I ordered my fries cooked extra and regular fry seasoning. I got neither. When I called to speak with someone the phone rang for 3-5 minutes. I figured they were busy. Someone answered, when I gave the statement “ hey just wanted to bring it to someone’s attention that I placed an order for seasoned fries cooked longer than normal as it’s an option online. She placed me on hold and never came back. Irritating -yes. End of world - no.

They have great food, but their service is awful. I called and ordered not a big order. The gentleman on the phone told me it would be about 45 minutes which was perfect. I showed up to pick up my order went inside stood at the counter for about 10 minutes before someone even said anything to me, I told him I was there to pick up my order and the girl went looking for my order. She came back and informed me that it would be about another 45 minute wait. I told her the gentleman told me it would be 45 minutes when I ordered and she said yeah but we got a lot more orders since you called. So now it’ll be about another 45 more minutes. I was not happy if he would’ve told me in the first place it would’ve been an hour and a half wait it would’ve been no problem I wouldn’t of drove all the way across town 45 minutes early I’ve never tried the commercial location You might have better luck there.

First time had it - husband got the Hickory Smoked BBQ bone-in, I got boneless Mild and Teriyaki. WE LOVED THEM! They are really big pieces and in the perfect amount of sauce. They were so good we went back the next day for more! Definitely a new favorite and the staff is really friendly! I dropped in there by chance. They have a nice selection of wing flavors, generous portions ad friendly service.

GREAT PLACE. Don’t come here unless you plan on never eating wings Anywhere else. After coming here I will never have wings anywhere else. ESPECIALLY BWW.

the food is always consistently good, which is the reason we go back because EVERY SINGLE TIME something is missing from our order. i live 20minutes away and am tired of not having part/all of my meal so i now stand and check every item before leaving and ALWAYS find something missing.

Called in big order and then called in 40 mins later to add to it, they quickly made it happen and quoted me 6 more mins. When I came to pick it up at the door they knew about my second one and said to give them a min to grab it. The second order was ready just as I signed my receipt! Amazing staff and that is definitely amazing customer service especially during this time of dealing with COVID-19.

Ordered from Wingstop tonight and they forgot to send the tenders that were ordered. I got my fries and soda. Well the fries tasted like grease and were not good. When I called she just made excuses and stated that she eats the fries there. She doesn’t know how something could not be sent. Instead of refunding my order they want to give me a free order of tenders and throw in fries. Why would I want that if the fries I got were not even edible? I personally won’t be ordering from them again.

I really enjoyed their food, the fries are so delicious and they have really good quality wings. Only downside is that there was a lot of sauce but that is just a personal preference. I’ll definitely eat here again!

Wings tasted amazing but even ordering ahead online and showing up 5 minutes past my pick up time, I still had to wait for my order. Customer service was alright, but it did seem very busy so they may have been stressed. Will go again to see if my experience improves.

Not Buffalo Wild Wings. Tried this place twice and wasn't satisfied either time. Not enough sauce used on the wings. Easy online ordering but 1 of the 2 visits my order was not ready as I specified. The second time I was late picking up so my order was ready. Seemed like it was common for orders to be late based on similar customers waiting to retrieve their orders. No option for crispy wings...BWW also removed the check box for crispy but they allow you to provide comment and still do deliver crispy wings.
