Love
the
food!
The
best
wings
I’ve
had.
Unfortunately,
the
staff
doesn’t
meet
the
same
standard.
Recently
we
spent
a
decent
amount
on
a
meal
&
ordered
online
for
a
specific
pick
up
time.
When
I
got
there
I
was
told
my
meal
would
be
right
up.
As
this
was
toward
the
beginning
of
this
pandemic
and
change
of
restaurant
processes,
I
was
trying
to
be
flexible.
Waited
another
half
hour.
Asked
for
the
ETA
again
and
was
handed
my
meal
-
or
rather,
half
of
my
meal.
They
had
given
the
rest
to
someone
else.
After
having
already
waited,
I
decided
to
ask
for
a
refund
and
we’d
try
again
another
night.
I
was
content
with
that.
But
I
was
told
after
waiting
for
15
more
minutes
that
the
manager
was
busy
and
didn’t
have
time
to
do
a
refund
right
now
and
if
I
waited
just
10
more
minutes,
it’d
be
ready
&
right.
I
hesitantly
agreed.
30
minutes
later
(1.5hrs
after
my
order
was
supposed
to
be
ready),
I
left
with
an
order.
That
was
completely
wrong
again.
They
remade
the
portion
of
the
meal
I
had
already
been
given.
Unwilling
to
wait
again
and
not
wanting
to
complain
in
front
of
the
other
waiting
patrons,
I
called
after
leaving.
I
explained
the
situation
and
asked
for
a
refund.
I
was
told
-
again
-
that
they
don’t
have
time
for
a
refund
and
will
give
me
a
credit.
Because
I
love
the
food,
I
was
willing
to
try
again
at
a
later
date,
hopefully
once
they
get
a
better
process
going.
Well,
I
just
called
to
cash
in
on
that
credit.
There
wasn’t
one.
I
still
have
the
email
receipt
with
proof
of
the
meal.
I
was
able
to
give
them
the
exact
amount,
the
date,
and
who
helped
me.
Nothing.
Of
special
note,
the
woman
(apparently
a
manager?)
in
the
background
was
entirely
rude,
had
a
condescending
tone
and
couldn’t
be
bothered
to
care
at
all
about
poor
customer
service
or
making
it
right.
Through
this
entire
process
I
have
not
received
one
single
apology
apart
from
the
first
gentleman
that
helped
me
and
gave
half
of
my
order
away.
He
was
the
only
one
interacting
with
customers
and
was
obviously
overwhelmed.
The
food:
excellent.
If
they
can
get
it
right.
The
staff?
Lacking.
How
two
of
the
employees
I
spoke
to
today
could
have
zero
investment
in
providing
a
positive
experience
and
possibly
be
managers
is
far
beyond
me.
