Pizza
was
as
expected,
nothing
special.
Some
slices
were
bigger
than
others
so
obviously
not
center
cut.
Cookie
brownie
was
good.
Our
issue
was
that
we
were
initially
directed
to
a
call
center,
which
I
am
not
appreciative
of.
This
will
affect
your
quality
of
service
and
you
likely
have
to
issue
coupons
and
a
ton
of
remakes
because
your
call
center
guys
have
never
worked
a
day
in
the
shop
and
are
extremely
high-bent
on
upsales
that
do
not
make
sense,
and
they
do
not
know
how
to
ask
the
question
properly,
granted
the
nature
of
the
coupon.
If
you
can
transition
back
to
the
model
of
the
people
closest
to
the
pizza
taking
the
calls
and
paying
your
employees
enough,
then
you
won't
have
to
deal
with
all
the
corporate
phenomena
that
sinks
your
business
from
the
bottom
up.
Pro
tip:
take
the
call
center
away.
Right
before
my
order
was
actually
placed,
the
line
cut
out,
after
a
total
of
11
minutes
dealing
with
this
service
rep
putting
me
on
hold
to
"process
my
order"
and
sending
me
to
this
convenient
little
system
that
prevented
me
from
having
to
say
my
card
number
and
security
code.
Went
online
to
order
and
it
took
about
one
minute.
not
gonna
be
ordering
Domino's
in
Hays,
KS
anymore.
