Pizza was as expected, nothing special. Some slices were bigger than others so obviously not center cut. Cookie brownie was good. Our issue was that we were initially directed to a call center, which I am not appreciative of. This will affect your quality of service and you likely have to issue coupons and a ton of remakes because your call center guys have never worked a day in the shop and are extremely high-bent on upsales that do not make sense, and they do not know how to ask the question properly, granted the nature of the coupon. If you can transition back to the model of the people closest to the pizza taking the calls and paying your employees enough, then you won't have to deal with all the corporate phenomena that sinks your business from the bottom up. Pro tip: take the call center away. Right before my order was actually placed, the line cut out, after a total of 11 minutes dealing with this service rep putting me on hold to "process my order" and sending me to this convenient little system that prevented me from having to say my card number and security code. Went online to order and it took about one minute. not gonna be ordering Domino's in Hays, KS anymore.

I ordered a pizza on special 1599 one topping and barely a couple sprinkles of cheese so it’s mainly sauce and meat I’m very disappointed my garlic twist were burned twist or hard and crispy when they should be soft and not so brown

I ordered a large pepperoni pizza hand tossed & garlic twists and got neither. Awful service & I even tipped them believing they got the right order. Absolutely sickening.My starving kids have been waiting for this meal.

My delivery driver drew was the most up disrespectful by not even handing me my food, I would of order contactless if I wanted my food dropped of on the wrong side of the house, I’ve worked at dominos for 3 years and possibly the worst employee I’ve seen and I worked at the Salina dominos, and that’s saying something

They have great gluten free crust and fast and friendly delivery! Be aware of their phone system. They just switched to an operator-based call center system which directs calls for orders abroad. If you ask to speak to the store, it says there are technical difficulties and hangs up. Order online when possible! They have a great rewards system!

It's always consistently good. Employees are always friendly and seem to truly enjoy their jobs. After an almost weekly order for year's I can't think of a bad thing to say about this Dominos.

Great food at a great price with exceptional service. The store was packed busy and you saw all dominoes workers working together providing great service! Lot of pride at that store.

Worse domino's I have ever ordered from got 53 bucks worth of food pizza is good sandwich was good wings sucked no sauce on them this is the worst

When I brought my order in from delivery and set it on my table, a cockroach came running out of my box of food. DISGUSTING. The manager did refund my order, but wanted to give heads up to everyone else. I won't be ordering from here for a very long time. If ever.

I ordered 4 pizzas an hour before I needed them for a school function. The reason I did a future order is because we have a timed lunch so timing is everything. Yes I tipped online and all. It wasn’t made until 15 minutes before the requested delivery time. I called and made sure it would be delivered on time and the girl who answered had a major attitude. Showed up 15 minutes late. As someone who has personally had to ensure orders are done on time, I am extremely displeased.

I never recieved the order I made, even after it said it had been delivered. Called the store and the phone goes straight to hold and never picks up. Hays Domino's has been 50/50 depending on who makes the pizza but this time I am done with it. Edit: Delivered it to my apartment building but an apartment below me. Found it too late, pizza was already gross and I ate some but feel sick. Still 1/5 stars.

Order at 1pm for 4pm pick up. Not ready. Staff was polite. Ad frustrating as it was. I dealt with it professionally and courteously.

It was Goooooooooood!!!! One of the only places in town that was open. Was just driving through, needed some food, and this place hit the spot! The staff was very good and friendly. And probably the biggest, cleanest, pizza place I've ever been inside.

Drove 2 hrs to try new stuffed cheesy bread, upon arrival was told they had no dough, only thing available was thin crust, I've had thin crust at other pizza places, I considered going to little Caesars but ordered a large thin crust pepperoni and Italian sausage, loaded tots. Got back on hwy for my 2 hr drive. Grabbed a slice, took a bite, it was paper thin and hard as a rock, I was so disappointed and upset that I drove so far and absolutely hated it, tots we below average, I should have left and gone to little Caesars.

They always mess up my order and their lobby was open and full. There were multiple customers and they refused to serve my group that came in at 2 am. The attitude that I got when I went up there was unnecessary. NEVER coming back.

I called to see if my mom's order went through and the person on the phone lied and said "we'll connect you to our local store" then hung up. Quit eating this garbage and come get Pizza at Old Chicago. I don't know what your problem is man but you have my address on the order if you wanna press the issue.

Great food its always fresh and hot, the thin crust is a little too thin for me and very greasy but overall the customers are always nice and prices are reasonable.

This place has been there for me when every other place in this town hasn't. It is a national treasure in the grand scheme of a college student and will continue to serve the drunken and wretched into the late hours for years to come. Tip these guys well, they damn well deserve it.

This Domino's has been knocking it out of the park for quite a while now. Everything I've ordered has been fresh and delicious. The staff have always been friendly. One time, my pizza hadn't arrived after an hour of waiting which was very abnormal. After calling in, they baked me a new one and I was eating a slice 15 min later. Try the thin crust.

My noodles were half gone. The pizza was was half smashed and melted together I called and they said they will send another. Indoors the food is great but delivery dosnt work out for me most of the time.

Ordered about 3 weeks ago. Order a large pizza and some chicken wings. Literally watched the delivery driver give my pizza to the wrong person. He went to the east side of main instead of west. I was told i would be refund for my 38 dollar order, but here we are. 3 weeks later and i still havent been refund smh. Very disappointing in the domino's pizza in hays ks.

Ordered ahead for delivery at 10:15. Noticed that there wasn't any movement on the tracker at 9:50 so thought I'd call in to see if there was a problem. Was on hold for quite a while and no answer. Tried again and waited twelve minutes no answer. Never heard back.
