They stole money and charged me 175 dollars because they said my heavy medicated dog that was dazed and sleeping was barking. We asked what number they called and they gave us an entire wrong number. We told them they had the wrong room and told them how our dog was medicated because she just got hit by a car. The manager was very rude and had terrible customer service. He wouldn't make it right. We were there for my college graduation. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!!!

I have to admit, I was a little skeptical about booking a room here because of some of the reviews. But we, along with our family pet, had a fantastic, peaceful nights stay here! Our pet friendly room was very clean, beds were exceptionally comfortable, no noise for a Saturday night, service was great, hotel was very clean all through out & the great hot breakfast was just what we needed to start our day. And there was plenty of grassy area around the hotel for our dog. We travel alot & will most definitely stay here again to or from our trips out West.

We’ve stayed at this chain before but this location has been the best. The front desk person (Stacy) was very accommodating and helpful. I’m unable to negotiate stairs and require a first floor room. She got us into 2 queen beds suite. After a few rough nights on the road, the room was wonderful! Beds and pillows were very comfy, the room clean and bathroom was clean. Big screen tv, fridge with freezer that was not a block of ice. Breakfast was great with bagels, chocolate waffles, scrambled eggs and sausage, yogurts and orange juice and coffee was delicious Highly recommend.

I never leave a comment. However I want people to know what they are walking into. I travel a lot. Thia summer alone we have stayed in 22 different hotels. This one is awful. We checked in only to find bugs in our room. The kind you DONT want to take home. I went to the desk and they put us in a beat up room which is all they had.? I showed the front desk a roach I killed and she said she could texr the manager. I went ahead and stayed as I had already paid for the night and I was exhausted from driving. Went down the next morning and spoke with the manager only to be shocked that he seemed to know there was a bug problem and no big deal.?? He didnt offer much of anything to fix the problem. I am a choice platinum member and am going to corporate after that ridiculesly poor management skill. Pathetic. If you want to take home some roaches or bed bugs the management will be happy to provide. Please for your health avoid this hotel at all cost. .

Noisy, loud, pool ceiling dripped and was very warm. Shower curtain in room needs maintenance. Best part was they take pets, conveniently us on 1st floor near the door.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. About $100 a night for single individual double queen beds. Close to highway 70 with plenty to eat nearby

Thieves for housekeepers and an incompetent rude manager who covers for them! Waited 40 minutes for the manager to drive in because they don't teach or allow the front desk to do service recovery?!?!?! My son's swim shorts were left in the bathtub, and were missing. Manager and staff acted like I was lieing even after I waited 40 minutes on a 9hr drive home just to be ignored and laughed at by the manager. Shoddy service, questionable management, incompetent front desk, and thieves for housekeepers! There are nicer options!

We moved in from December 13-14, room 203. The room is excellent, clean, large and comfortable. The room has two large beds, a microwave, a refrigerator and a TV. The bed and pillows are comfortable. A beautiful hotel, New Year's decorations and a Christmas tree in the lobby. New Year's mood. The towel is white. The parking lot is large. There are many shops around. I recommend it.

Great location just north of I-70, we had two rooms 1 of which cooled and slept extremely well, the other one kept shutting off before it would get down to temp, but it worked for the night. Pool water was nice and cool after a day in 100 degrees. Very clean establishment. Breakfast was very good with plenty of variety for all kinds of breakfast eaters! There was limited availability for parking and we were almost parked in by two pickups with trailers.

Staff so friedly, Clean Clean, oh did I say clean! yes! the swimming pool is perfect. and pet friendly. and breakfast was served a good hot meal eggs, bacon ,gravy, biscuits. n more.

Very kind and helpful staff. My son got sick in the middle of the night and they went above and beyond to help me get it taken care of. Great breakfast, convenient location, good pool (just wish it had a hot tub), beds are a little softer than my liking, but I would definitely recommend staying here.

The room was clean, breakfast fine, and the pool looked nice. Nothing exceptional but good overall. It would have been nice when we booked if they had told us they were under renovation in the lobby and hallways. The smell was a little funky but fortunately was limited to the lobby and hallways.

Excellent room, very quiet, plenty of parking. Young lady at front desk, can't remember her name, was always, I mean, always busy, probably too busy but provided great service. Would recommend this hotel for anyone

My daughter left an airpod in the bed. They called immediately and offered to mail it today. Holly is amazing! The hotel was older, but the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Overpriced & Dirty Staffing that hates their job,the room Smelled I had to move to another room after my overpriced check-in because the room smelled of a musty odor,the same hotel in another state was awesome,I don't know what happened at this motel 6 so gross took the stairs after going to an overpriced ⛽ station the way up was nothing but stinch and old carpet and musty odor & dog hair 💯Gross 🤢🤢🤢🤢, I'm fair & I'm not a basher, but I expect a clean and professional staffing Especially with the rooms being clean,I don't ask for much when traveling, just give me what I pay for,cleaniness.

The whole place is under construction. Still charging over $200. The WiFi sucks. The noise level is ridiculous! Between the people loitering in the hallway, the people in the next room and the people above us that sound like a herd of elephants trying to break through I feel like Mr. Heckles with Monica’s Apartment… if only I had a broom. Literally sounds like a pool party is happening. And I don’t think those take place on the second and third floors.

Initially thought they were closed because construction going on thru hotel. Truck parking is hard to access for 75 ft truck. Found bugs in room. Shower water pressure is so low it barely rinsed us off, And now there is constant pounding coming from upstairs. On the upside the pool was great, remodeling is looking great, and they let us check in early. As being frequent travelers instead of a yay we have to give it a nay at this price point

Good place to stay if you're working. As a family hotel, definitely not a problem, but not top of the line! Price is good value for the room. Everything was clean!
