Awesome kids park with lots of activities!! Free to enter public park with lots of fun stuffs to play. My kids were enjoyed the activities a lot. They were exploring each and every things in the park. This is carefully designed for kids with all abilities. Also LittleFreeLibrary in the park with kids books. Really a great park for kids.

Beautiful, imaginative, and fun park for kids of all ages. There were many spaces to climb, slide, and swing. Some of the swings are suspended from an airplane which creates a great amount of shade over the swings. There were any different types of swings and structures to climb. There is also ample shade and places to sit. The whale spouts mist! The one downside was that the public bathrooms smelled really bad and were really dirty. I. So glad there are bathrooms and they were unpleasant. About 50% of adults and children were wearing masks. The park was empty around 9:30am and became quite packed by 10:30 on a Monday.

A gated playground dream come true, for children of all abilities. There's a reading corner, a braille corner, a swing for superheroes in wheelchair, an interactive music section. A real front fire truck with a giant steering wheel and (non-working ) buttons for tiny fingers to press. Look for the on the ground trampoline. Seats and benches everywhere for parents to rest while supervising. Seating for picnic too. So much fun!

Where to begin. The colorful play structures and equipment is inviting and pleases the eye for both children and parents alike. The fenced off area keeps children secure, and the reading nook and bright Adirondack chairs through the park make it a pleasure to sit and enjoy the scenery. The bathrooms at the entrance are a great modern feature, but I strongly recommend families with younger children bring sanitizer wipes because of the noisy air dryers that can startle the young ones. Enjoy this Hayward landmark!

Everything on this playground was really nice, brand new, many kinds of activities: I liked space for having rest, feeding the baby. You can sit under the tree in comfortably chairs, take a book and relax. My kid was surprised with splash zone, whales were breathing with the water like natural 💦. Bathroom is 🤩 amazing. Seems that you’re going to the space😂 One poor thing that happened - we left my son’s backpack near the slide for 10 min and then it was stolen, two girls came to me and said that one man grabbed it and left the playground. So, watch your staff carefully There is no parking, so you need to find the room near the curbside

This is an all abilities accessible playground. It’s a really nice playground but some of the staples are limited. There’s only two regular swings. However, there’s even a swing for folks with a wheelchair. The wheelchair swing does require a key to unlock so be sure to contact parks and recreation to setup an appointment if you don’t already have a key. There’s a musical instrument section with drums and a walkable piano. Different parts of the playground represent different parts of Hayward.

Love the inclusiveness of these types of parks. The park is gated which is great for safety. The children loved exploring all the different areas. Small climbing wall the the Sulphur Creek part of the park. An area for toddlers with slides and teetering animals. Reading area with Little Library's. Good place to drop off children's books you might be done with. Although built for children with disabilities there is plenty to do for able body children. Safe soft ground for falls. Kids loved all the different types of swings. Fancy automated bathrooms outside the gated part of the park. There are a couple tables inside the park. Don't miss the explanation of the park at the entrance. All parking right in front require disability placards.

A playground for all younger kids. Plenty to do, climb, interact with. Has different types of swings, different types of slides, a ton of natural shade, and a quiet area. For those who like their little ones to run and explore, it is gated as well. Keeping with being the park for all kids, you can access all of the different areas by ramps and there is even a wheelchair swing, operated on weekends I believe. Surrounding it are a baseball diamond, skate park, and basketball court. The bathrooms are modern self cleaning ones, but still can be quite messy because they are after all park bathrooms.
