I was really impressed by the professionalism and competence of Gym Doctors. I have a Healthrider 95 elliptical that was squeaking loudly to the point where it could be heard from across the street. I called Gym Doctors and they promptly set up an appointment the following week on Tuesday at 7 AM. That was convenient for me as I would not be too late for work if the work got done by 11 AM or so. Jeremy came exactly at 7 AM. He had the elliptical fixed in half an hour. It doesn't make any noise anymore and also runs like it was brand new despite being 11 years old. I had pretty much given up on it thinking that it would be beyond repair and that I would have to buy a new one. Now it works great and I saved over a thousand dollars.

I called and requested a service call, soon tech came by and ran an inspection thoroughly. His diagnostic was straight forward, very knowledgeable, professional and most of all honest advise. The Al you Gym Doctor we will do business together for a long term and will highly recommend your company to other properties.

I have used the guys at Gym Doctors for years for all of our at home work out equipment and they are fantastic. Every time they come out to service our machines, they are on time, efficient, skilled, don't oversell me and really know what they are doing. The in-store manager, Daniel, went above and beyond to rectify a situation with our warranty company to get our warranty re-installed. He went to the effort and made the time to handle it purely to our benefit. I highly recommend them and won't go anywhere else for service for our machines.

The technician that came out to look at my elliptical quickly disassembled it, identified the issues, and estimated the cost to fix the problem. Honest, transparent, and professional. Definitely going to call them again if needed!

They came out twice to work on our elliptical machine. The problem is not fixed and we are out almost $400. The technician did not seem very knowledgeable or sharp. They offered to do more work but we aren't confident they can fix it based on the experience to date, so we have chosen not to spend any more money.

After many hundreds of dollars, several parts orders and and tech visits to fix an incline motor that wasn't working...first the motor (that didn't work), then the wiring harness (even though the new motor came with the same one, but that didn't work either), and finally the controller...all which we paid for. Now we've traded the first problem for a new one that only started after Gym Doctors' service... the machine shuts off every time under moderate load, and because it's past 30 days Gym Doctors won't stand behind their service.

Very satisfied with their service. My Nordictrack elliptical developed a nasty knock. Called to make an appointment. The person on the phone informed me of all my options and was very pleasant. The appointment was set for following day. The technician was on time and very knowledgeable. Fixed my machine in 45 minutes and showed me how to maintain my elliptical. They are now my go to service company.

Bought a walking treadmill through a third party and almost immediately started having some trouble with it. The treadmill manufacturer hooked me up with Gym Doctors and they were awesome. Extremely courteous, quick service, but extremely thorough (he found the problem and was able to fix it right away, but he went ahead and checked a bunch of other things while he was here just to make sure).

Gym Doctors continues to be our equipment service provider and continues to do an outstanding job. They are quick to respond and always fix the machine the first time out. We also have a monthly maintenance plan which has saved us tons of money in the long run.
