I have only been here at The Timbers for a month. Beautiful area though. Close to everything. I rented from Christian before. He is the reason I put in for this unit, sight unseen. Christian worked miracles getting me out of my old place and into The Timbers. He worked with two separate agencies and more than enough people, he never showed any frustration and kept me in informed of everything and made sure I understood things. He is by far the best property manager I have ever come across. I look forward to calling The Timbers my home for many years to come. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Simply put Christian you ROCK!!!!

I had stayed here for 3 years. I usually do very good search before renting a new apartment. Long story short, on this side of town (west Vancouver) you will not find a better apartment to rent. This complex is kind of new, was built less than 4 years ago, has a gym and close parking garage for some units. Very close to many big stores like Target, just one minute walking. Safe area, we did not had any issues. Close to the highway. We did not have major maintenance issues, just small things and they took care of them immediately. The best part was the amazing management team. For our three years stay there we had two managers. Matt for our first year and then Heather for the last two years. Amazing people, super nice, always welcome you with a smile and they are so professional in their work. This place is highly recommended.

I have been a tenant at The Timbers for a few years. It's a very nice, quiet, well-maintained property. There is something about a property that when even the garbage disposal room is a tidy and clean space that actually smells good (yes, it's true), you know that those who manage and maintain it are very special people who sincerely care about it and the tenants. The former manager, Heather, was truly wonderful. And Brittany, the new manager, has shown herself to be an asset as well, lovely in her own right. She is prompt, professional, and always has a smile for you and a very warm helpfulness. Whatever the issue at hand, you can count on her to attend to it with expediency and honest willingness. Living in such a nice property is a wonderful experience. But having management and maintenance that you can rely on, and who care about the property and tenants, is what adds the untangeable value that makes it above and beyond wonderful.

I have been extremely fortunate to have a great apartment here in The Timbers. It is a safe area with schools, 3 smaller shopping centers with in walking distance. ADA apartments are available at times. I live in one of these. The manager, Brittany Paginton, also has a smile and quick word. She has kept the us updated with Covid precautions and has a way of making it a pleasure to live at The Timbers. Upkeep of property is ongoing and quick response to problems.

I have been living here in Vancouver, Washington for almost 1.5 years and I have to say it was the wisest decisions we could of made. When searching for an apartment, my husband and I wanted a location that had easy freeway access, close retail shopping and be able to get to work without hitting too much traffic. In addition, we wanted to live in a nice place that has secure parking, secure access and a friendly management staff. I think we accomplished all of those things. In addition, the manager, Heather is amazing. She always is in a great mood and answers any questions or requests that I may have at that time. That is what a great manager does. If you are looking for a place to live, I truly recommend The Timbers Luxury Apartments.

I've been living here at the Timber's Apartment for a year and in the five places that I visited prior to making a decision to live at the Timbers, I'm glad I picked this professional community. The manager, Heather, is always attentive to our needs and every time I have a question or need something addressed, it gets handled quickly. I also love the underground parking that comes with the storage unit because at my past apartment in Portland, that was not an option. I also like the cost of living in such a nice place for a fraction of what I was paying in Portland. And a great perk on top of that is excellent management with great communication. I'm glad I made the choice to live here. Thank you.

I have lived at The Timbers for a few months now and I must say it's absolutely amazing! I love this complex. Management is very kind and helpful and the property always looks great! I love having the parking garage really feels safe and secure. Also having Target and The Margarita Factory in walking distance is so incredibly nice!

I have been living at the Timbers for 1.5 years and this place is great. I really do not know what the individuals were thinking who wrote negative things, because this is place is great. The property manager, Heather, is always there for you and she specifically says, if you need to get a hold of me, just call. She has an open door policy for anything, which is great. If we need a request to be filled, it is submitted and handled immediatly, which is what we want. Overall, my wife and I love this place! It is quiet, easy to get to and is secluded! If you are looking for a place to live that has great management and not crowded, then I would highly recommend The Timbers. In addition, the price to live here is very reasonable, especially coming from California and Portland, Oregon. Thanks, Kisar
