Rubbish. Some Female Bar staff are arrogant and ignorant.. The guys all good.. Too much from the area arrogance to smile at customers. They don't know. Disgusting. This is a year long observation.. Sort it out. I want to feel comfirtable not a pariah.

Great place, lots of different areas to sit, lovely food at a great price, great outdoor seating at the back, very friendly welcoming staff. Went there for a drink in the weekend and it was packed. Really appreciate the service as it was way faster than I was thinking. We will have to pay as you buy which is a great way as we don't want to worry about the bills and tips. Food is amazing I ordered a cooked chicken which as very juicer and well cooked and tasty. We have ordered a couple of drinks which was in a reasonable price. Loved the place and atmosphere definitely suggested to everyone want to have a good time. Only problem I think was with the parking, they don't have any parking as we have to find places in the nearby streets, which isn't so nice, but it's ok as it sits on the main road.

The beer is cheap, that's it. I don't know why I bother coming here expecting to get something nice to eat. They have already removed all the good stuff from the menu but even the limited menu they now have isn't always available. I am at home now and my husband is in the pub where I left him with his own and my pint. He thought I was being unreasonable when I decided I would get a takeaway on the way home because they didn't have my first, second, third or fourth choice of meal. If you fancy a curry, or fish and chips, this is the place to be. Not jalfrezi though, that's not available either. Thanks for spoiling my night, Wethers. Again!

I went for a steak. the place was nice and cosy. The food and the beer came quickly. All tasted well.

Went today fast breakfast and as much coffee you want overall £7.55 is very good go elsewhere up the A6 expect to pay more

I was visiting the hazel grove area on a trip to manchester and stumbled across this amazing pub and Dani behind the bar greeted me with upmost politement. She suggested the bestest of ales that they had to offer and honestly it just quenched my thirst immediately. A perfect pint poured by perfect staff, and a beautiful pub also! Well worth a visit and if you are in the area!

Wetherspoons. Great food at affordable prices, plenty of seating and service with a smile. We have had plenty of good nights out here. I'd strongly recommend this place 👌

My group comes here all the time, with little to no problems at all except last night when we were randomly accused of smelling like weed (we absolutely did not as none of us had anything nor had we smoked) and even the bouncer, and another employee agreed that we didn't smell at all. Ridiculous and terrible service from the manager that day. Despite how stupid this was we co-operated and left. Ruined the entire night and soured the place for me.

One of my favourite places to eat and drink. Excellent value for money on food/drink and always a great atmosphere. Both Carling and Coors available which immediately secures the place God-like status and even the long walk to the toilets gives you a chance to stretch your legs/check your phone. Very easy to order using the app, I had the sausage butty which was delicious. Great start to the day before we headed off to the Lakes for a stag do!

Typical Spoons offering with good choice of real ales and fast friendly service at the bar. It gets quite busy so the background noise level is quite high if you have hearing issues.

Traditional style, the Wetherspoons formula, good variety of beer on tap, rear outside seating, decent decor and clean.

Definitely one of the less grubby spoons I've visited. Think the place has been recently reupholstered. The crowd seem like a nice bunch. Food and drink is as you'd expect. I can't figure out how they can do a decent meal and a pint of really nice craft beer for under £10.

For a Spoons pub, it's OK! Seating better than most, doesn't have that look of poor man's cafe, but chose your visiting times. Really busy from Friday afternoon to Sunday night any other time, it's pretty reasonable you'll get a seat.

Usually really nice. Unfortunately my burger came loaded with cheese when I said no cheese. It came back with no cheese but could still taste it they had clearly just scraped it off. Luckily I didn't have a allergy to it but the taste was awful and spoilt the meal. Good job I didn't have a allergy to it though.

Food was excellent as per wheterspooons standards. Atmosphere was really calm, great place for a date or celebrate special occasion. History was also felt in the atmosphere.

Pleasant Wetherspoons pub on main road in Hazel Grove named for Stockport's Victoria Cross winning soldier. Good food delivered promptly with good selection of beers. Pleasant helpful staff. Fairly quiet this Monday lunchtime maybe due to lack of significant nearby parking.

Nice place, but the tables are not that clean. I think they don't clean the table right away after customers leave. Staff are good.

Cannot sing a member of staff called Laura praise enough.....she was doing the work of three people and doing it well!!!!! Pub was clean,tidy and the food was great.As with all spoons it's inexpensive and well worth a visit ...it puts the other spoons in Stockport to shame!!!!

One of the bartenders an older man working at 20:00 Boxing Day was very rude and abrasive when we were getting a drink from the bar. threw my boyfriends ID in his face when he asked if he needed to show it every time he got a drink as we’d already shown ID and were being asked for our entire group to come over to show ID for every drink we got, bearing in mind we’re all in our mid twenties.

We had a good early start here. Good atmosphere!

Usual up to par performance from Wetherspoons pub I haven't been to before. Spot on service and lightning fast half chicken, especially great chips👍👍👍 They had run out of burger patties unfortunately.

Friendly staff, good service and always has nice people inside not like other weatherspoons.

Should be a minus. I suffer from a condition that Covid 19 can still be a concern, I always wear my mask and gell my hands. Today I visited for a pint of beer and was shocked that some of the beer top went over the top of the glass and instead of the member of staff letting to settle she whiped it down with her fingers something that should never be done

Always a pleasant experience. Mixed grill is delicious. Fantastic value for money. The staff are always happy and service is great.

The staff are friendly and helpful plus the service is always quick regardless of busyness. The food and drinks are great value for money, I really can’t fault the place. Would highly recommend!

Always great for a coffee or any other drink. Very friendly staff, cheap and free fill ups on hot beverages.not too packed out. Have plug sockets in booths and around tables for charging etc. Always been a great place to chill and pass time and food is always of high standard 👌
