    Every single time I get McDonalds from this place the chips are absolutely terrible.. whoever is in charge of cooking the chips needs a refresher course on how to cook chips.. Jesus.. my daughter spat them out coz they were cold and to be honest not cooked properly.!

    Lovely food quick service. I ordered Big Mac Meal for a quick stop at lunchtime. Ordered on the screen in the main hall was asked to pick up the number. Within 15 minutes a young lady arrived with the order. Great. I will definitely come again.

    Took ages to get into the car park as there was a phenomenal amount of traffic. I ordered extra pickles and instead got none. Service was slow. People working there were nice though.

    McDonald's should be ashamed of this place! They cannot get a simple order correct to the point where I stopped ordering for about a year. Then I started again because of the kids pecking my head! 4 orders were correct and thought that they might have a new supervisor or Manager but no we are back to square one.. It's not hard! I ordered a quarter pounder cheeseburger meal.. I get drink, fries and a small bargain cheeseburger!! It's only for Uber Eats that I got a refund! To the Manager you should be ashamed of yourself! It's not your staff it all boils down to you.. A team is only as good as its leadership. Look at your reviews and that says it all really.

    Went here for some breakfast and took almost 15 mins for my fast food order, asked for fruit swap instead of a hash brown, got charged for the fruit and recieved the hashbrown anyway, but no fruit. Staff probably dont give a monkeys

    It is Saturday 6.30 so busy but took 25 mins for my order and that was only after asking as the order disappeared off screen. Member of staff was so put out at me asking and rolled her eyes when i asked for the sauce we ordered. Need some customer training.

    Without doubt the worst outlet I’ve ever visited. Chicken sandwich looked nothing like what’s advertised not to mention the new definition of fast food ie; not fast, not even medium….ridiculously slow.

    Drive through is usually fast, but recently waited 10 mins start to finish, but only once out of many visits....staff always nice, food is McDonalds...not Michelin star, but OK, and consistently OK.

    This restaurant used to be good, however since the introduction of delivery, the kitchen and staff can’t cope. You have delivery, drive through and restaurant and you queue and wait for each of them. Food is mostly lukewarm at best, you can’t get in the car park for delivery drivers and there is always a long wait for food. Sadly not a great experience to visit anymore

    Had to wait at counter as drive through and delivery seems more important than the customer infront of them, never anybody there ready to serve and have to wait. Then every order after my number is given out even though mine says ready to collect. Shockingly run by management. Lack of enthusiasm from staff down to the cleaner who clearly can't see there's still alot of bits on the floor she's just swept ha ha returned 1 week later down still shocking service to eat in customers. And yet again it comes in a bag and not a tray yet ticket says eat in. This got changed but my freind got her in a bag even though she deliberately a table locater on rder to avoid a bag. The staff clearly can not read. The floor is a danger hazard as its greasy and slide on it, and the wet floor signs are always out even though it's clear it's not been mopped. And yet again customers are waiting far to long for there order!!!!! Update!!! Went in today again said I'm eating in and got it ina bag ,had to demand a tray!!!! Then my double sausage with NO egg came with an egg !!!! Even the cleaners were disgusted at the service. 16 cars went through the drive through b4 I got served then the manager (another one who's large and different to the previous I've spoke to) with a black eye and looked a mess and unprofessional apologised but I wanted a refund that I have receipt for but its not showing in my account !!!! Angry is an understatement!!!!!@

    Oh dear. My order was completely forgotten about. After 25 minutes of waiting, I asked what was happening with my food (on the screen it had said my order was available to collect for 15 minutes! Why do they list orders as ready to collect when they aren't?) The person I asked came back with a supervisor (eventually) only to tell me that my order didn't exist anymore. Vanished, basically. I only ordered two wraps of the day and a white coffee. If they are to cater for orders made in advance, drive through, and orders in shop, with minimal face to face communication with the customer, they need a watertight system, otherwise, every now and again, a person is going to be waiting nearly 40 minutes for their food, getting ever more hangry. 40 minutes for order number 40. Rueful lols.

    Absolutely lovely staff at the Hazel Grove branch, treated my son and I so lovely, couldn’t do enough for us in there, offering him a super Mario hat and flag and colouring maze as soon as we were seated and watched our table for us when we got up to do another order. I feel as though the staff really went out of their way to make our lunch out so lovely. Food was great and fresh too.

    Awful place, zero customer service broken ordering points, orders being lost, too many people for the system to cope, McDonald's has never been great but this one is an example of how modernisation is ruining even the simple McDonald's. Speed of taking your money over any other consideration. Food thrown together without any care. Just terrible

    Wish I could rate higher, but there is always something wrong with our order. We've had things missing multiple times, and can be waiting upwards of 20 minutes in the car park which is chaotic. We have to park up and wait for our drive-thru order almost every time, and there isn't enough parking spaces for the demand. I think this would be a much better McDonald's if they had more parking and had more staff, the staff do try their best but I get the sense that there's too many orders for them to handle.

    Call in at 4:58 for breakfast at the drive-through didn’t get served until 5:10. Ordered at the first point, but after I spoke to the guy to give my order, he did not respond. I then had to reverse and use the second order point losing my place in the queue. After that, the staff at the collection windows were helpful and pleasant enough.

    Very typical McDonalds. They are now supplying processed paper knives and forks, unfortunately these are as much use as a 'Chocolate fireguard ' bending at the simple use of eating a salad. Other nearby fast food outlets give you wooden implements.

    My ratings for this are taking into account that it IS McDonald's. If you want McDonald's food and you know what to expect then this branch is fine. Sometimes gets a little too busy and the car park isn't sufficient, but on this occasion we sat in with the kids. The iPads are great to entertain but I'm sure half of them have been broken for about a year - surely they could sort this easily!

    Food is good, usually hot and the fries are good, I recommend asking for salt if you like your fries salty. Staff seem to be good enough for what it is. But the drive-thru is unpredictable. Sometimes it’s just three minutes through, and sometimes… it’s 40 minutes. The other day I had to wait 40 minutes just for a small meal and people were coming in and out having their meals done in 5 minutes. It’s almost like they forgot about our order. We got told to move our car *two* times as well. I went in to complain and they had the meal ready luckily. Shocking wait though. Make sure you come when it’s not too busy. Take my advice. ————————————————————————— And for those who want a shorter answer: Unpredictable waiting time, don’t come at busy times, decent food and staff are good enough.

    Used the drive through. Asked for plain cheeseburger but as usual given one with the whole shebang - salad and sauce etc, which my granddaughter won't eat. Had to then wait for them to redo it. Why offer it on the menu then fail to deliver ? Anyway everything else was spot on, staff nice & friendly and the site was tidy.

    Absolutely messy and worst McD I’ve ever come across. Instore cleanliness is worst. Takes ages to get order. Following are reasons. 1. Always crowded with people and long queue if ordering instore. 2. Drive Thru has long queue causing traffic jams even on A6. This is very common everyday and worst on weekends. 3. The delivery people and customers park their cars on double yellow lines and kerbs causing congestion. 4. Customers driving to KFC are forced to take oncoming traffic lane and making the traffic even worse. 5. The neighbourhood is full of litter from this store. Neighbours are persistently complaining but nothing changes.

    Crazy queues to get in, whole site is badly planned. Slow service, waited 20 mins for food and a cold coffee which I had to get replaced. Most annoying thing was being sat at a dirty table, and the whole 90 mins we spent inside we saw the cleaner wipe a grand total of 2 tables, and using a dirty cloth so we didn’t dare ask her to “clean” ours. Won’t be returning to this badly managed branch, could be operated much better. One guy spent the whole 90 mins putting balloons out at peak time whilst I’m sat at a dirty table and nearly going flying on the greasy floors when walking out.

    The maccies itself is fine. The road in and out and the traffic around is horrific. Also due to KFC next door on the same road. Causes chose every evening. Delivery drivers parked everywhere. Quiet times - no issues.
