Staff was very helpful, I had a good experience. I called ahead to see how many bags of Oil-Dri they had and they held them for me so they'd be there when I got there to purchase them. I even had a pleasant and humorous conversation with the gentleman that helped me get the bags out to my truck. Ace Hardware's are overpriced on everyday items, let's be honest. But, most of them are family owned small business franchises and I don't mind paying a little extra to support my local business owners over big box chain stores like Home Depot and Lowe's.

Everyone is always very helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. Totally unlike going to Home Depot or Lowe's, where you're ignored, and lucky if find someone to help you.

I wasn't in there long too have a lasting effect but what I will say about them is that they greeted you as soon as you come in and ask if you need any help and the info they give lead you directly to that item. The ppl there definitely know their store.

More expensive than the big box stores, but the customer service more than makes up for it. I always feel catered to. My go-to for quick hardware pickup.

This place is a great hardware store. It's a less overwhelming Home Depot with great customer service. We had house keys made and looked at shelving.
