Service was Excellent by RENE!!!!!! When I tell you Best customer service attentive and polite and just fun...Made sure our food was hot and fresh brought extra dressings to the table and check on us. The food was the closest to perfect as can get Will definitely return...Thank you

It's been awhile since I've eaten here and although it was on a busy Sunday evening, the service, atmosphere and food 😋 was great as usual. Our server Dominique was very attentive, pleasant and patient! Thanks again 🥗🥗🥘🥘

Our server did a wonderful job making sure our experience was a breeze. She is very kind, attentive to details, and genuine. Thank you so much for all your hard work, we will be sure to request her next time we go there for dinner.

Always love the bread here. The butter is supper creamy. Burger is very good and always perfectly done. The French fries are crispy and well seasoned. I enjoy their ranch dressing with the house salad. Staff is friendly and good atmosphere.

I asked for Medium and got a raw steak as well my family members. My ribs were rock hard and inedible. The side dishes were decent. The waitress disappeared at the end and we were stuck waiting for a long time to pay our bill. We noticed other customers complaining about the cooking quality of their food as well. This was a huge disappointment and very expensive for inedible food.

Our server Dominique was the BEST! She greeted us warmly, took complicated orders for 8 and confirmed each detail. She checked in frequently. The food was perfect and we barely had leftovers because everyone loved what they ordered.

We had an awesome server who was also running the bar mid day on the weekend. Great experience but I didn't really like my steak at all. It was very difficult to cut and eat with lots of tough, grizzly areas. Wasn't a meal worth $85+ Also the seltzers we ordered had dirt and dust in the top of the can which didn't entice me to drink it unfortunately. Probably won't be back as longhorn and Texas roadhouse are also nearby.

Had fry shrimp platter. Very good and hot. The waiter was outstanding. The drinks we had were on point!

We spotted this Steakhouse on Google round the corner of our hotel. The aircondition has been a little strong (at least for us Germans) and it took a while to connect to the WiFi. But the steak was really great and to the point what we ordered.

The first time I came to this outback I had an awful experience no silverware for almost the whole meal. Once the food had been sitting for over 45 minutes we finally got silverware (not before being asked if we wanted to just pay and leave). I chalked it up to a bad day and decided I'd give it another chance. Today I went back and it was fine until I had multiple glasses of water spilled on me. Again I understand accidents happen however the lack of urgency in helping me dry off and cleaning it up was appalling. I have to say I've never seen anything quite like it. The person who spilled the water did not offer to help me clean up until being to told to by another staff member who saw it happen. The manager said "don't catch a cold out there". I've literally never left a negative review but this was so appalling I had to actually leave my first one. Safe to say I'll likely never return to this Outback something I've never said or done before.

Kylie was super sweet and she took care of us. Her service was phenomenal. Dinner was awesome. The entrees tasted great. She kept our drinks full and checked on us and asked if we wanted desert. super excited to come back!

Horrible experience… from the second we made reservations to the end when I was begging for my bill. The worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant in my life. Drinks not put in for the bar tender. Salads ordered and never came. Steak was sub-prime and not prime. Mashed potatoes was cold and asparagus looked like a rag-sparagus.

I’m so very disappointed about this place. My friend and I decided to eat here since the Chinese buffet was closed and is under renovation which is supposedly our first choice to eat lunch. I ordered the specialty grilled ribeye medium rare and it came out medium well, the meat was absolutely tough and chewy! The blooming onions, asparagus and sweet potatoes were okay. I appreciate the great service provided to us though, so I guess it just balanced out.

I've been to numerous outback locations and Madison Heights is by far the best. It was pretty busy and we still didn't have to wait an unreasonable amount of time to be seated, the food was great, and the service was probably the best I've ever had. Brandon was our server and he was very friendly, knew the menu and had great recommendations. He was spot on with making sure our drinks got refilled and we were happy with our food. With poor service being all too common lately, he definitely made the experience even more pleasant than it already was. I'll definitely be a returning customer to this location.

We haven’t been to Outback in quite awhile. We want to commend our very kind and attentive server, Kylie! She was like a tornado! She not only worked her section but helped her co-workers. It was a very busy dinner-time but she managed to ask every table if she can get them anything and asked how their meal was, several times! She’s an amazing asset to the restaurant! Great job and thank you, Kylie! We will return!
