One of my fav place. Got to get the endless shrimp. Food and service was great. Our server Royel was awesome. She made sure our drinks and food was always refilled. She was very polite and made the experience great. Will 100% recommend.

I would’ve gave it a 5-Star but my steak was over cooked and chewy. My waitress went above & beyond & she also had a great personality.

So we went for girls night and it was busy busy. Thank goodness we had a reservation. We still had to wait 20 mins. Everything was going well until our waitress just disappeared in the middle if our dinner. Then we find out she got fired. They never game and told us anything until our whole section started complaining. Other then those two things, we had a good night.

Went to have the endless shrimp platter. You get to choose 3 types of shrimp from their menu and two sides. Then you can get as much as you want. Plus the biscuits are free. This all cost $20.00 plus tax. So worth it. The service was excellent. Got there early so everything was fresh and hot.

Came in for a quick lunch on the Saturday after Thanksgiving with our 9 month old son and the service was probably the best we’ve had at a chain restaurant. Royel was attentive, personable, and seemed to read our minds. Wish every time we went out to eat we had such a pleasurable experience.

On Monday November 20, 2023 my husband and I had lunch at Red Lobster’s Madison Heights location. We dined about 11:50am and were seated promptly. The restaurant was clean. Everyone seemed to be walking around with a smile. I even paid attention to how the managers were interacting with some of the servers and they were speaking with respect. The atmosphere was very calm and relaxed (of course this was morning time closer to the afternoon and the restaurant had only been open for a short time). Our server was Ms. Royel who was fantastic! She was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the menu and answered all of our questions about current specials. She continued to check on us before we received food, after we received food and she even checked on us after we paid for the bill. Many times in my experience going to a restaurant, once the bill is brought to the table or is paid, even after guests stay at the table a little longer, servers usually do not come back to the table. This was not the case with Royel! She came back even after the bill was paid to make sure we had everything we needed. She was so kind and thoughtful. It was a pleasure to be served by her. She should really be acknowledged for her hard work in making sure customers are serviced well and satisfied.

A group of friends & I came to dine in. We arrived around 9:20pm & still were allowed to be seated. Ironically we had to wait for a clean table. When I say EVERY table was dirty with dishes, food, & trash was insane. It smelled like old rotten fish & veggies inside. Our drinks were nasty & thick consistency. Our biscuits were cold & server had a terrible attitude. Before ordering I asked if it was endless shrimp which she confirmed but upon receiving my bill I was charged for each shrimp order which I had to get adjusted. If the service was going to be that terrible & dirty they could just have told us they were no longer seating tables. No one started to clean tables until after we left. We were willing to tip well for coming In late but that server needed an attitude adjustment & they need more staff. That experience was unacceptable.
