Came here on a date with my lady, we got seated quickly on a Friday night & the food was in good temperature tasted delicious. Haven't been to Red Lobster in awhile & I love the cheddar biscuits! Our server was good but he could've been a bit more on top of service by us not having to ask for more water & more napkins; he was probably new.

I couldn't wait. I ate most of it, but it was definitely worth the price. They gave me 2 and a half crab clusters, potatoes, and brocoli. It was delicious. It's enough for 2 meals. It was absolutely delicious 😋

Call ahead to get your table reserved. It made a huge difference because the front was filled with many parties waiting. Its been maybe a year since I was here and they extended the bar area. The table service was good and lively. I ordered endless shrimp and that new vinegar one was way too salty. Someone else had the lobster and it was great. Their drinks are very hit or miss. They lost a star because the bartender needs to do better. The manager was working hard with how busy it was and it was nice to see the crew giving good service.

First time and maybe the last too, I expected more when talking about flavor in the food, and my food really had no flavor, the only thing with flavor was the fried squid. The prices are high compared to the portions, you will find tastier and cheaper food elsewhere.

Food was delicious, me and my friend sat at the bar, drinks wasn't that good. I'm an expert with long islands and it didn't taste too good. Other than that endless Shrimp was amazing

My husband , five kids, and I came to enjoy a family special dinner. the food was very dry. There was a argument between a few people in which ruined any positive family enjoyment. We wished it was a better time as going to Red lobster is a special time to us.

Very good. We had a big group. One server. She did very well. Caesar Salad was very salty. Almost unbeatable. They don't make it locally but took full responsibility. Go facility.

Big fan of red lobster and this place was good as well... But just ensure call and book in advance as we waited for 15 mins to get a spot.. We had the coconut shrimp which is always good.. they have some new drinks on the menu and we tried the blue sangria which was a sight for the eye and tastes really good.

Had not been to Red Lobster in a very long time and was swayed by the crab leg commercials so stopped by this location in Oak Lawn. Purposely picked a time that was not busy. Still had a very lackluster experience. I was seated for awhile before anyone came to even take my drink order. The manager is walking the floor with his chest puffed out doing exactly nothing. He actually ended up taking my drink order — white wine. When the waitress finally came she ended up telling me they were out of it. You can get this wine from Walgreen’s! I was at a loss as to the carelessness. I ordered the Bairdi crab legs — on the small side but overall very good. Probably not $30 worth of food but still good. The crispy potatoes were honestly the highlight but I didn’t come to eat crispy potatoes. Another tacky note: they have the nerve to charge you a dollar for dipping sauce/butter. There was a time at Red Lobster when this was not an extra charge. Then it took forever just to pay the bill. My waitress was just not very good and neither was the so-called manager. I was unimpressed with this location and probably wouldn’t return. I won’t be swayed by the marketing anymore because the actual locations don’t live up to the hype.

Even though it was a holiday and very crowded, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We sat at the bar waiting on a table and had a drink. The bartender was so nice and the drinks were good. When we got to our table the waitress was very nice even the managers were cleaning tables and serving food. We had crab legs and all you can eat shrimp. The food was very good!

Great food on 95th Southwest Highway. The lobster pizza was delicious and fresh. The endless shrimp was great as usual. The new bacon parmesan shrimp scampi was delicious and the shrimp pasta is always a great staple.

This Red Lobster Restaurant on Southwest Highway in Oak Lawn is delicious! I've been sitting at the bar since I usually come in after running errands. I've been ordering the Endless Clam Chowder, endless Cesar salad, and endless Cheddar Biscuits from the lunch menu. Absolutely delicious. Cesar salad is always very fresh. Parmesan cheese is fresh and the Cesar salad dressing is delicious. The cheddar biscuits at this location are always hot and so moist, they remind you of a good moist pound cake. I always enjoy my dining experience at this location as this has become a "little outing for me to look forward to". I have a reward to redeem and will come to this restaurant to redeem it. Good eating here!

I decided this Father's Day to take my husband to what use to be his favorite restaurant "Red Lobster" well we stopped going there 5 or 6 years ago I think, because the food wasn't the same as it was in the late 90's early 2000's. I prayed that they improved before we left to go eat. Well I must say I was pleasantly surprised the food was delicious and the service was superb! I had a great time with my husband and glad to say we will be coming back soon!

Haven't been to Red Lobster in a while. Glad we came back! Nothing like those Cheddar Bay Biscuits to start you off right. We enjoyed all of our food. For starters, had the Lobster pizza. So delicious and thin! Hubby and son got pasta for entrees. I decided on a Sesame-Soy Salmon Bowl. It was so worth it. Look forward to another dining experience!

I was so pleased with the service. I had placed an online order. When I got there I called for curbside pick-up. The young man who answered politely told me they don't have that service at that location but he did make a point to ask my name so he could be sure the order was ready before I came in. When I got in I did have to wait a minute but the young man who was filling my order told me that he had chosen to remake one of my orders because it had been sitting for a while and he wanted it to be fresh. Awesome customer service!

This was my first time getting the Sesame soy Salmon bowl. It tasted pretty good like a lot of the dishes at Red lobster but I don't believe it's worth $17 for this portion amount of food. We should be maybe $11 which is the reason why I gave it a three stars and out of five. Position a picture does not have the peas or the kale which was in separate containers.

On November 29, 2023 I ordered online for delivery for three entrees. Two Admiral Feast and one Lobster & Cheddar Bay Stuffed Shrimp. Upon delivery, only the two Admiral Feast was packaged with one missing the sides. I called immediately. After 45 minutes of waiting on the phone on the second call, the manager admitted they made an error, and asked if I can pick up the entree. Delivery charges were put on my bill for what? I was ten miles away. She told me she would issue a credit. The next morning no credit was applied or put in for. I traveled to the restaurant after spending another twenty minutes on hold. I was told by manager that no record of the credit was recorded. The male manager put the credit in and upon my insisting wrote me out a refund receipt. I was further insulted when he offered me a biscuit for my trouble. Not only was I without a meal, my money was tied up and I was fearful of ordering another. I was told it will take 7 to 10 days to get a refund. NEVER AGAIN WILL I PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!

Our waitress did the a good job once she attended to us. Can’t entirely fault her cause they were short staffed. Showed up roughly 7pm. Est wait was 40 min. We waited since it was our daughters 21st bday it was a last min dinner suggestion. 7:50 we follow up and they mentioned our table was ready and to wait a few more min. restaurant was roughly 40% capacity that’s how I knew they were short staffed(or assuming so, given the lengthy wait). Once we were seated at 7:59 up until 8:19 we had no service(water, biscuits, no engagement what’s so ever) had it not been for my little ones I would’ve walked out. Once our server got to us, she did take care of us, brought extra biscuits and took order promptly given the delay, I just ordered a side of fries w/ No entree(truly disappointed). Overall atmosphere was low and we had absolutely no explanation as to why the service was significantly delayed. Hence, us assuming they were short staffed. Our server did a good job, I just feel managed should’ve been more on top of Paw patrolling the floor. Safe to say, we probably won’t visit again.

I use to love RL they fell off tho on their quality. Definitely not a fine dining. Reminds me of a seafood “apple bees”.

The restaurant had a nice ambiance and the food was amazing. It looked just as good in reality as it looked in the photos. It tasted even better. We ordered the double lobster tail dinner, some crab stuffed shrimp ragoon, mussels, and some veggies as sides. It was my first time eating at red lobster and I'm not disappointed. It was pretty busy during the time I visited but I can say our server was still attentive to our needs.

Marginal premade microwaved food. Small portions didn't even fill the 8 dollar cup of soup all the way. Host waitress friendly. Didn't check on us much considering we were only ones in there

My friend and I came here to enjoy dinner and were unfortunately disappointed. We were seated and after that our service was slow even though we were all but one of three tables in our servers section as a party was basically paying their check and leaving so basically two. We received our food and the shrimp scampi tasted good. The crab legs were okay but quality wasn’t the best. I asked our server Kay ( I think her name is) if I could have some lemons and she left for a pretty long time & by the time she got back I had basically finished my meal. She was also too busy cleaning her section to tend to our table and we could hear her music blasting through her headphones as well as her attempting to clear our table but ended up taking napkins and drinks that we weren’t finished with and didn’t ask beforehand. Even though the restaurant was near closing this made us feel rushed and uncomfortable. I then asked her if I could order another shrimp scampi and she preceded to tell me, “no, sorry the kitchen is closed.” Mind you she didn’t notify us prior to us sitting down that the kitchen would be closing soon. I understand we came in close to closing but I would have ordered more in the beginning if I was aware the kitchen was going to close during our active dinning. Then came time for our check and she was to busy talking loudly with a coworker to notice until he pointed it out to her. She came and got the kiosk while still talking to him and took my card and held the kiosk in my face while her knee was on the booth next to my friend who felt very uncomfortable since it’s covid and social distancing is still in place. I selected the tip and she even saw I selected 15% and said thanks. I get she was trying to make things easy but things like that don’t need to be watched by the server, I never tip below 15% because I get the restaurant industry but, she would have gotten a lot more had she been a better server. Unfortunately that was not the case. I’m very disappointed in my service and wont waste my time again.

Really good food. Seating arrangements kept everyone safe, and our waitress Ty gave us everything we needed. It didn't take long for the food to come out and the serving size wasn't bad at all. Will come back to this location again.

Things started off a little rocky. We walked in and stood at the hostess booth, waited for a minute or so then the hostess showed up. She looked at us, looked at her seating chart and said "gimmie a minute" then walked off. She was gone for a few minutes when another hostess asked us if we were being helped, we said yes but she seated us right away. Soon after, we heard what sounded like a child being scolded by their mother. Initially we felt bad until the first hostess came around in our section and gave us the stank face. And side note...we overheard an employee saying that we complained, when in fact we were feeling to good to ruin someone else's day, we entered and left pleasantly!! We were then greeted by the warmest waitress Mary, who was welcoming and very attentive throughout our entire dining experience. I ended up selecting the seafood dressing stuffed flounder topped with lobster and this delicious sauce. I also had broccoli and a baked potato. My dinner was great but my drink was amazing. I ordered the Snowglobe Sangria, it was beautiful and sparkly and delicious! Initial interaction aside, it was a good experience!

Red Lobster has amazing food. The reason for only 3 stars is because of the service. We waited by the door for almost 10 min before anyone came to talk to us. We almost walked out. This restaurant could be great with some better managing. Our food was delicious and I would go there again, eventually.

The server I had here was horrible. My fiance and I were seated in the back of the restaurants on Saturday. First we did not receive any water, the biscuits were thin, the waitress only came to the table 2 times so it was a struggle to ask for anything, and my salad that came with my meal came in a paper bag with my dinner.

The food & service were good. Didn't have to wait for a table. Tried a Bahama Mama. 🙂 Also had Shrimp Scampi & red Argentine shrimp. 😋

I went to dinner at this location once last week and it was amazing, food was quick fresh and hot the server was GREAT (I wish I l knew her name (she had tattoos) ), it was so great that I wanted to go back again today and today was the total opposite. It took the waiter at least 20 minutes to start us off with water and sprite, took almost 30- minutes for any food bread or appetizers. We were barley checked up on. You could here staff laughing and playing around while we sat hungry patiently waiting. The sprite that the person who was with me order was so flat (because it was sitting for long time in the back) that I couldn’t tell the difference between my water and their sprite. The table was sticky. By the time we got our food it was Luke warm, and the person who was with me didn’t finish their ultimate fest because there was hair in between the back of the shrimp. We ask for more bread it never came at least 20 min past . .We did not call for a manger because the waitress would take forever to come back. I never not tip(I do tip very well), but today I couldn’t even think about giving extra money. We barley wanted to pay for the food after our dinner. WE WONT BE BACK FOR A WHILE. Hopefully someone could reach out to me thank you

I’ve never had to pick out my shrimp out of my pasta before to remove the tail. I could not enjoy my meal. I enjoy eating my shrimp at the same time as my pasta. very disappointing. New owners need to rethink this or remove it from the menu completely.
