Absolutely horrendous! On Sunday, July 2nd I took my wife and grand children out to dinner after church service. We were immediately seated by the host upon arrival (a real good thing) Then it took our waitress Ashley 15 - 20 minutes to decide to come and access our table and our needs. Now it's around the three o'clock hour and the business is fairly busy, I totally get it and understand. A few minutes later my granddaughter accidentally spilled her milk on the table, it took a minute but Ashley finally brought some napkins to clean up the accident, she dropped a handful of napkins in the middle of our table, there was no attempt to help clean up the spilled milk. Now it's time to order, my wife orders chicken nuggets for the grandkids, in a very snarly reply Ashley responds "we ain't got no chicken nuggets" and looked at the wife as you better not question again. I order the ultimate omelet, I always have toast with my meal, heavy butter, toasted lightly, and not to be cut into pieces, well Ashley brings my toast cut into four pieces, I refuse it, she snatches it away off the table and mumbled something under her breath. Near the completion of our meal there were some used napkins on our table, the wife asked if they could be removed, Ashley responded I'll be back in a minute to get it, as she was leaving she was already empty handed. Ashley passes by a second time, the wife asks again to remove the rubbish, Ashley responds she is looking for something to put the garbage in. After approximately 5 - 7 minutes Ashley returns with looks to be a small size grits serving bowl in her hand. Our trash was already at the end of the table for easy removal. Ashley returned with her hand and bowl extended towards the trash. My wife is totally outdone by now, she asks you can't remove the garbage from the table you are serving? Ashley's responds was she didn't know what that garbage contained, we were told it could have been a load of snot. I'm like okay fine if that is the case, Ashley could have used other available napkins to remove the garbage, or went and got a pair of rubber gloves to remove it. Now the wife and I see Ashley's true colors of racism in full motion. We ask for a manager and to replace our waitress Ashley with someone else. A manager named Jesus came to our table, heard our complaint, and told us that now has to go to hear her side of the story! WHAT???? Shouldn't that be done on the back end of business??? The most hurting and disappointing thing was the Manager Jesus never apologized for our dissatisfaction, for what we deemed as terrible customer service from our waitress Ashley. Never did he field us with any questions concerning our visit or service. This turned out to be a horrible dinning experience from a restaurant location I had been frequenting for more than 20+ years.

We had the Create your own Omelets. Hash browns were undercooked. Omelets were a little undercooked but stuffed with your choices. Bathrooms were filthy. Service was very good.

Very friendly staff . About a 10 min wait to be seated very busy location . Our sever was great ! She came quick and took our order . Any came to check to make sure everything was fine . Now the food a different story eggs over cooked . Link sausages We’re not cooked all the way . Pancakes delicious

We ordered a lot because it was my birthday but the food came out pretty quickly. The waitress didn’t really come to check on us and I wish she would’ve because we kept finishing our water. I really liked the sampler platter! If you don’t know what to pick for an appetizer definitely get the stamper platter to try a little bit of everything.

Wish i could give them No stars! Service was horrible, waited over 20 minutes after we were seated to get water. Had to ask multiple times for silverware. Ordered burgers and fries, burger tasted old, like they used old meat and they were super thick. One of the cooks are cooking with a straw in his mouth. I am so disappointed and disgusted.

Ordered Steak dinner and a sandwich melt and was told 1 hr wait. After almost 2 hr wait, finally got our food. Steak dinner was extremely tiny with little sides. Tasted like microwavable food. They were out of the sandwich melt but they still charged us for it. Was waiting for a refund and never got one. Have to now go back to the restaurant to demand a refund in person. Never eating here again.

If was kinda bad. The eggs were too salty. The service was great, she was very nice and gave us what we needed.

I've lived so close to this Denny's for years and never eaten here before. Well I'm glad we finally tried it. The pancakes are probably the best restaurant pancakes! Fluffy, light and with a creamy, buttery taste...yummy. Isaiah was so friendly and had a great smile even though he was pretty busy with in-house diners and take out orders. He made sure everything was just right and treated us like friends.

I have always been a Denny's fan. Great place to grab a table, open up my laptop and go to work. No matter what city I'm in the staff at Denny's is nice to me. I love knowing that I can go here, get some quiet time and outstanding pancakes.

I like this Denny's but there's one employee who needs to work on his personal appearance at work. Even if you aren't a waiter and you're just working behind the register, you should be well-groomed. Act like you care about yourself. Even if you don't feel like it that day. Comb your hair, put on a clean shirt. Look presentable when coming to work. Especially if you're working at a restaurant. Nobody wants you touching or even standing near their food if you look like you don't care. Hopefully, you understand what I'm saying.

Our server Ava, was great. Could do better on the cleaning and sanitizing of the seating and dining area. Fries were cold on arrival and chicken strips were more gristle than meat. But our server made everything better.

I’ve Never been so applaud by the so call staff of an establishment in my entire life. It’s 5am and I came here with my mother because she loves Dennys and this was the closest location next to our home. As we walked in the lady didn’t acknowledge us in any way, she didn’t even speak and say good morning I’ll be right with you nothing! So we sat down and waited for her to come over and greet us, however 15 went by and still she acted as if we weren’t there! Mind you the restaurant was basically empty besides to man that was already there eating his food. So we decided to walk over and ask for menus and this woman had the nerve to tell us we weren’t supposed to seat ourselves in the first place and she was just “going to let us figure it out”. Basically stating she wasn’t going to serve us she was just going to let us sit there and stare at the walls opposed to proving us any service. At that point we simply left and went to a different locations because she could have simply told us that when we sat down or as I stated, told us that she would assist us in just one moment. She said nothing when we walked through the door and there was no sign saying wait to be seated. We stood their for a minute as she cleaned the counters and she failed to greet us at all, then turned around and said she was just going to let us sit there because we didn’t wait for her to seat us. Even if that’s the proper procedure there is no way we should’ve been treated with such disrespect and I will never bring my family here again. You all need to teach your staff how to speak to customers and make them feel welcomed in your establishment because I had half a mind to cause a seen and give her something to be nasty about. Had my mother not been right next to me I probably would have because as I stated I’ve never been treated so poorly at ANY establishment. And when I went to the second location it was a totally different experience the host greeted us as soon as we walked in, let us pick our own seats and gave us our menus within 1 minute literally! I had never been so disappointed with a business and I will be pursuing this issue. That woman needs to be fired! End of story. Horrible character

I went to this location for an after work breakfast at 3am. The bathrooms were disgustingly filthy. Looked & smelled like someone took a dumb on the floor. Ordered blueberry pancakes with strawberries on top the strawberries were old & soggy; all the blueberries were pulled in 1 spot. Was shocked they didn’t have waffles; curious as to what happened with that. Denny’s is different now. Less menu options. Fries were burnt but food was overall delicious. Steak was cooked perfectly. Just have a cleaner restaurant next time please

My family and I went here today and will definitely be back. Our server, Tamia, was awesome! She made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. She was friendly. The place looked clean. We had a great experience!

I was very very disappointed. I ordered one of my favorite dishes, Eggs Benedict, and when it came, it had a very very very lumpy hollandaise sauce, the eggs were fried and one yolk was hard as a rock. I asked the waitress, "what is this"? She apologized and offered to take it back. I tried it but the eggs were to hard. So I sent it back. Here comes the 2nd try, same thing. I did not eat it, I ate the hash browns and drank my coke. You need to teach your "Cooks" how to do this dish right or dont offer it at all. Eggs should be poached NOT fried and the sauce looked like they cooked the eggs in it. I will NOT be ordering his again...............if I ever go back. Just glad I didn't pay for this, a friend took me.

This Dennys was amazing! Because at first there was alot of people and they called my name very quickly! I only had to wait about 5-10 minutes and that's really quick because other restaurants I went to take about 10-20 mins no hate though i just like how Dennys workers are quick and my food didn't take long! Only 5 minutes! I love Dennys there workers are nice and kind! I loved there food and there service! I rate this Dennys a 10/10 !

Very dirty inside. Windows haven't been cleaned in weeks. Tables are wiped down with something sticky. Silverware had food still on it . Gross! Hashbrowns were barely cooked and tasted like water. My sons bacon was barely cooked. Toast was cold,butter wouldn't even melt on it. Server was the only thing good about the place. He had a pleasant attitude but I won't return

This was the worst experience I had ever encountered at any Denny’s I will never be coming back here at all. Me and my family came for some breakfast yesterday 8/20/23 The waitress I believe her name was Michelle not sure sorry took a while to get our order and finally after she took it we didn’t get our food until exactly an hour and 10 minutes! 1hr 10min! That’s ridiculous it was seriously just fast regular grand slams breakfasts and it took an hour to get our food? I was seriously ready to walk out but I decided to practice patience and give them the benefit of the doubt but then after we got our food they forgot to give us our biscuits and gravy that we ordered, which I told them at the register I didn’t receive and I will not be paying for it, and they had the nerve to still ask if we still want them they can make it for us, yea no thanks how long was that going to take another hour?? Horrible just horrible I will never be coming back here and I will tell all my friends and family never to come here as well staff is just rude for no reason….

Food was good as expected. Son likes going here. Waitress was nice, bathroom could have used a cleanup. They were a little short staffed but still moving at a good pace.

Waitress name 'Ava' was the absolute best I've ever had. We had a family of 5 and we all had different orders and drinks. She got all of our orders correct without having either one of us repeat anything and she did not even use anything to write it down. That was tge most amazing thing I have ever seen with someone waiting tables. I would give her a million stars if I could, wow!

Bad service, pancakes had confetti on it when it was suppose to be plain,after returning them we get a replacement and my husbands had onions and hashbrown in it mine had grill marks on it , my veggie omelette had a piece of steak in it! Worse Denys, service and approach..never again atleast not here!

The service started off good. From the moment we walked in the front door. Ashleigh was our server/waitress. She was amazing. The food was made fresh and exactly how we ordered EVERY ITEM. We don’t even wait 10 mins. We didn’t have to ask for re fills. She kept them coming. After getting full off our delicious meal, our daughter dropped her to go pancakes. Isaiah saw the whole incident as I was coming in to order her some more food he had it already coming for us. Amazing team and absolutely astonishing service. If I could give more stars I would. Good job you guys

Today was great! They quickly sat us down, even though we asked for extra time before ordering, they continued to check in and see if we were ready. Food was ready very quickly and well cooked. Our hashbrowns were crispy, just like we like them!

The food and service was good, but the place is very dirty. I was sitting by the window and it was extremely dirty and made it gross to eat there. They also have to work on keeping bathroom clean.

They had really good Hamburgers. The fries were ok, but it was their hamburgers that convinced me to rate this place highly. The chicken tenders are also really good. I had the Slamburger and the Bourbon Bacon Burger. I have always wanted a burger that looks like it does in the commercials and Denny's delivered in both look and taste. It was very delicious.

The quick & on top service for a skeleton crew did a remarkable job. The food however, was not very good. My chicken, biscuits N gravy bowl was extremely bland. The chicken tasted like it's been sitting in a warmer for an hour. Look at the pic, do you even see gravy? My wife's French toast was rubbery & meh. The hostess & waitress saved the otherwise poor quality food. Post pandemic Denny's has been a disappointment in most of thier restaurants lately 😕 😐 😒

Absolutely horrible place for breakfast! When I was seated I waited 10 minutes to be greeted by the server. She took another 20 minutes to bring my coffee and take my order. All the employees are extremely slow workers and unorganized . The food was sloppy. My milkshake was all dirty from the outside. I was never given silverware or napkins until I asked and had to wait another 5 minutes.Just horrible overall. Would never come back to this location.

We waited half an hour for our table just for them to give it to the wrong group. They said there was nothing they can do because this other group sat down aready. They have not been served but did not wait as long as we have. They took our name to the group that was ready. So when we waited longer they put 5 adults! Into a booth. Took them 20 minutes to get a server to take our drink order. Worse experience.
