Staff was Great! Got my order ready In a timely matter....No Rudeness like some Fast-food places..Keep up the great job you do!

Ordered a half lb chicken bite box, 2 sprites and a fry lover sandwich. They told me my total is $14.79 and I proceeded to give them my card. What I got in return was 4 checker burgers, 2 spicy chicken sandwiches, 2 small fries. Only thing right was the 2 sprite. Total ended up being $19.06 not the 14.79 that I was told. I live 25 minutes from this location so I’m not going back to complain. Just won’t be coming back to this place. Trash customer service on top of it all.

I went through the drive thru and ordered 2-10 piece wings with angry buffalo sauce and asked for extra sauce twice, once when I ordered and again when I paid at the window...Got home ready to taste some spice and all 20 wings was dryer than a dessert. $25 and I didn't get to enjoy my food. I'm never going there again. Make sure to check your bags before you leave.

I gave service a 3 do to not being fully staffed and having to wait and atmosphere I gave a 3 just do to there location. Now there professionalism was top notch and the food was hot and tasty 🤤😋

I came here with my family and had to go back around 3 times due to the order being wrong. I sent the first order back and the worker seemed upset reciept read no mayo and the burgers had mayo. My sons burger was so cold the cheese was not melted. The second order for Checkerburgers with cheese had no cheese. 3rd time I asked for my money back because I just didn't trust the food to eat it.

Went here at 10:45 and there were people inside but nobody was taking orders. Called the number nobody answered the phone. People are inside and the hours online say open at 10:30. Not sure what's going on. They clearly seen me there and another person and didn't say anything.

Came in today and ordered a #8. The guy in the window knows the menu and I appreciate him but why don’t your cooks? Why did I get home and not have the right sandwich? Had to drive all the way back and switch out my sandwich because your workers aren’t paying attention. Will not be returning.

Fries were over cooked n stale they’re never like this and I asked for new fries and they gave me a huge bag of the same fries and I couldn’t eat that.. there’s no way that’s normal, so I had to get my money back and go somewhere else

The food was OKAY. The lady in the drive thru was kind and patient. I don't go here often and it took me a second to get my order in. She did not give me any flack for that, and she changed my order at the window when I changed my mind.

Fortune was a great guy I appreciate the great service we got from him. Frank was quick to replace our incorrect order. I appreciated the teams hard work.

Always yummy milk shakes. Prices aren't so bad either. Usually pretty good customer service but of course there is rotten one every now and then

The manager I think was there and I had a special situation and she took care of it I also like the fact that they sell mushroom and swiss burgers I like them been going there for years good place for fast cheap food

STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE SUNDAE!!! THIS IS SOOO GOOD! THE EMPLOYEES ARE ALWAYS SO NICE AND FRIENDLY!! SOMETIMES THE LINES IS WRAPPED AROUND THE CORNER BUT THAT'S ONLY BECAUSE THEY MAKE EVERYTHING FRESH TO ORDER!!

I don’t usually write reviews for fast food, but today i thought it would be a great time to share that you guys are doing an amazing job with the little workers you guys have, food always fresh, hot and everything’s always right great job we appreciate you guys.

Five stars. You get what you expect from a Checker’s. The staff is friendly and professional. The food has always been hot and freshly prepared. This store is clean and well run. They all do a great job. Thank you.

Hit or miss. How many times does a person have to say, "does that complete your order?" I'll be sure to let you know when I'm done with my selection. She literally asked after every single item. Not life threatening, but definitely annoying. As far as the food, go early for the apple pies because at night they seem to never have them... They are just that good. Food order was right... this time. Leaving off the tomatoes is far too daunting a task for the night crew. Day crew got it right. I understand when ordering for a family of five it can get a little tricky but appreciate your customers enough to get there order right ALL the time. They have a sign in the window saying we should appreciate the employees that show up to work, but I believe some of them forget to reciprocate. Not all of them tho. Some of them offer a very pleasant window experience. Overall the food is good and does seem to be fresh the majority of our visits, once every two weeks for a few years.

I've never had checkers that was actually fresh or tasted good. Lol I ate it so fast. And the gentleman that rang me up was so polite and kind.

I kept askinf for 2 humbueger deal, and gawwd ga w me 1 umburger and i linwd back on, but thet refused to change my order sating too cimplicated, end up buying 2 more for the deal I wanted, so 3 humbugers. little pricy humburger, taste ok.

I frequent this establishment probably more than my wife and doctor would like. The staff is friendly, the food is good and fast! Go at least a few times a month!

This location is pretty good. They're fast and the food usually comes out prepared correctly. After the pandemic and worker shortages most fast food places took a nose dive as far as quality and timeliness went. This location didn't as far as I can tell.

Im fuming this is the 3rd time i did the survey and didnt get my reward i went to redeem the one prior to this 3rd time and the cashier said door dash only so i went ti a different one card only no change then it expired until i get compensated im not going to eat at rallys and im telling everyone i know not to waste their time im done. i work hard i barely ever eat out so when i do it helps to have a coupon

They completely messed up my order but the food was still amazing completely fresh even found a new favorite to I'd definitely recommend the spicy double chicken sandwich!!! And their chili cheese fries are good to!!

I never share my experiences, but I feel it's important to the women at window who serviced me last night at around 10 pm last night. She was very unprofessional as I asked her at the pick up window "Can you add 1 more sml fry please?" She replied "I already rung your order up". To my reply "What does that mean? You can't add another fry to my order?" She then rolled her eyes at me and turned around and gave my extra fry order to somebody in back and smirked laughing with the person in back. She never thanked me or evan looked at me the whole transaction. She kept an ongoing conversation with whoever was in back cooking. It is a reflection of this women that will cause me to never return to checkers. PS my order was, 2 for $4 (burger & fish sandwich) 1 fry and 1 sml pibb. My fish was hard as a rock and cold and had to throw it away. My burger was cold and my fry was reheated and dried out but warm. For the owner of this Checkers "I do hope you will teach your employees that good tasting food and great customer service is really what keeps people comming back."

The service was not good upon placing my order. The guy was rude and clearly wanted me to just hurry up and order. I simply asked what type of cheese do you guys have and he's all like what we have regular cheese I don't understand. Then I break it down to him a little like do you have swiss or just american he's like oh yeah we do. But I received my food every fresh and hot so there's a plus.

Beware! I have never been so sick from food poisoning in my life. Thought I'd die and I'm healthy and in my 30s. Not isolated incident at all. I know 2 others who also got sick from this checker's a week apart. This needs to be closed down. You've been warned.

I'm used to getting poor costumer service at fast food, so I was pleasantly surprised going here. The man working the drive through was very pleasant and kind. The food was also fresh.
