This place is always quick to get in and very competent and courteous service. My own regular doctor had neglected to listen to me and do anything to investigate or help my symptoms and at the urgent care the doctor quickly was able to diagnose and treat me and within couple days I now feel better than I have in last couple months. Thanks urgent care for recognizing and treating me with right respect, care, and concern that should be seen more often in the medical community.

I drove my friend here yesterday, because she was in so much pain, it was hard for her to move. She was nauseous, she could not lay on her side, she could not sleep, so she decided to seek the advice of a doctor. The doctor was unhelpful and dismissed her symptoms as a normal stomach virus. She was not a normal pain, she did not have diarrhea, she was incapacitated. They told her to go home, and the symptoms should subside after awhile. Today we drove to the emergency room because she was in even worse pain than yesterday and felt like her stomach was going to explode. She said it was as if someone was taking a knife and cutting her side open. Come to find out, she has appendicitis. She is now in preop and will have surgery in four hours. Have she have listened to the advice of these doctors, her appendix would have burst and the family would be filing a law suit. Stop dismissing patients when they tell you something is not right. If you don’t have the resources or knowledge to help them, send them to the ER. It could save their life.

Went there for a covid test. Walked in within 15 minutes I was out of there. The staff is super nice very helpful. The doctor answered all my questions that I had. They have their own pharmacy in there and they're also great too. I would definitely recommend this place.

This visit was great. I am so happy, I have no complaints because everything went smoothly! Even getting a little busy the staff did an amazing job! Very welcoming and professional! Great job ladies! I especially enjoy the pharmacy lady, she is always nice, fast, hard working and in good spirits! She deserves a raise!

The wait was not very long, they were going to close in about 15 minutes, and my mouth was in so much pain. The staff were very caring and professional… They told me to hurry and come in. I came in filled out some stuff via cell phone and I saw very nice woman for a doctor about 8 minutes later…she was very compassionate she understood the pain I was in, she saw my tooth/gum was infected and they were able to call CVS For antibiotics to reduce the infection until I could see a dentist. I was very fortunate to have hazel park urgent care because it took five days to get a dentist appointment! The dentist said I needed those antibiotics because he can’t do any work on my mouth until infection goes away so I would’ve been waiting in pain longer had if I didn’t have those antibiotics 5 days before I saw the dentist. Thanks for helping me !

My daughter Shawn Ross suggested I go here best decision I’ve ever made best service I’ve ever had. She said you will be in and out and it was so true in and out. I love the doctors I love the receptionist I love how they helped me. I’m feeling so much better now. I’ll never go to an emergency room ever again if I ever need help, I shall return to urgent care in Hazel Park best place ever I’m still in shock how fast I was afraid it on and taken care of. I’m going to suggest this place to everyone I know. I’m still talking about this urgent care. Best place ever I am so happy. Thank you guys so much and I ever need to go to the urgent care. This is the place you guys are the best. I’ve never seen anything like it in and out you don’t have to wait 8 or 9 hours to be laid it on. I am in love with this place already.🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

I always receive excellent health care services! The entire staff is professional. The Dr. Is amazing. I also really appreciate the pharmacy being located in the office. Who wants to dry and wait somewhere else when you are sick?

Dr. Agha is great, and takes time to listen. I enjoy his sense of humor and thoughtfulness. Triage staff has been very good. Front desk, as nice as they are just need a little tune-up regarding communication. From patient, to doctor or office manager, and back to patient. Especially regarding important paperwork for patients. That being said, they do a pretty good job for as busy as the office is. As many times as I called, I was treated respectfully checking on paperwork. That’s awesome. I too, work in healthcare, and understand how busy an office can get. I’d give 4.5 stars if that was a possibility.

My experience with Hazel Park Urgent Care has been very pleasant. I have been a patient about 3 x, and my illness was diagnosed and treated accurately. Fast/friendly/convenient with very minimum waiting time. I have referred my family there as well. Thank you

It was relatively quick and efficient considering the amount of the people there. When I first got in there were no seats available. Recommend wearing a mask because of the relatively small space. It was my 1st time so i had to scan a qr code and fill out some info. Then I waited for a doctor. From there i was in and out for a covid test.

Went in to get stitches removed. Very friendly staff and wonderful Dr. However, when I got home there were still 3 stitches left in. And a big permanent Scar on my lip. Which is really not that huge a deal I guess but it's unfortunate that it is so visible and on my face

I ended up with a very cut, possibly broken toe and hobbled in on a Saturday, early afternoon. Their new patient paperwork system is efficient and I was seen in maybe 20 minutes, very quickly. One critique, I hobbled in on an injured foot and no one offered me a wheelchair or anything. Another critique, one or two of the nurses seemed either very inexperienced, or didn’t care very much. The doctor was fantastic, great bedside manner, good information, quick and decisive. The office seems very inexpensively put together and not 100% clean and tidy, but that could be lack of funding. I’d come here again.

Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. My wait wasn’t long and the doctor had great bed side manner. The nurse took my B/P and noticed it was high and sprang into action. My pressure is now under control and I am so grateful. If you’re looking for a new PCP, HPUC is your place!

I went in as a brand new patient through urgent care. The doctor is a fully licensed doctor. Saw me within a half hour even though the front waiting room had a lot of people. Not like the emergency room at the hospital where I'd be sitting there all day which is pretty normal for the hospital but not here. Dr the nurses and all the staff were very professional, very nice, very thorough.I liked it so much that I decided to make him my primary care physician so not only do I have a PCP assigned to me through insurance but I can go in there 9:00 to 9:00 M-F and then 9 to 6:00 on weekends they have a pharmacy right there on site I could not ask for better treatment or efficiency and it's right by my house couldn't ask for more.

Overall, the staff provide exceptional service.I give them a 3 star rating only because the staff does not follow up regarding test results. I had to call personally. When I called, I was on hold for 1hr 40 minutes for results. You guys can improve in the area. As far as staffing, it is a great place to get testing as they seem very involved.

I was referred to the ER for my special needs adult child who cut his feet on glass. They said the ER could sedate him to help remove the glass. I should have stayed at Urgent care. It took 3 hrs at the ER to get a room where I had to chase my kid around who would not sit, even though his feet had cuts. I had a cold which I found out the next day was COVID so I did not have the energy to chase Eric around. He was not ever sedated. The ER doctor cleaned Eric's feet and dressed with bandages after they did x-rays which took an hour to get the results. No stitches were needed. I was at the ER about 5 hrs where I would have spent an hour or 2 at the most at Urgent care for the same treatment.

They did a great job at learning about my body and then giving me a medical card that lets the Michigan Department of Transportation know that physically I am a human being that probably won't die when driving a commercial vehicle.

I was taken aback by how dismissive the doctor was about my symptoms and state. I didn’t really feel like I was being taken seriously or that I was being tended to with good care. I don’t recommend this urgent care if you’re in need of assistance. I would like to give them another chance, but after spending nearly $180 (I don’t have insurance) and still not feeling somewhat decent after visiting yesterday, I don’t think it’s worth the energy and money. Look elsewhere!

Walked in for a possible cold “OR” strep like symptoms, told the Dr this. He checked fever etc, then started writing a prescription as he says I’m free to go. I pick up my meds and notice he prescribed Antibiotics. I assume good, take the medicine for 3 days, notice it’s getting worse. Walk into another urgent care and tell them the situation. The other Dr tells me no way he tested you for strep if he didn’t swab you, it takes 10 minutes to run a test, and that it should come with a paper. New Dr tests me, waited 5-10 minutes, test was negative. Other Dr said I had to finish the antibiotics Dr Jawad unethically prescribed me, because you finish the antibiotics otherwise it’ll affect your body. Spoke to a pharmacist friend, he also told me the medication is terrible for u, however u must finish antibiotics or else it hurts you long term. He also mentioned that Dr Jawad should’ve prescribed another antibiotics for strep IF I Had Strep, (augmentin) was the wrong medication, Zpack is better for throat.Thank you for prescribing a drug that harms you Doc when not needed! The staff Tbh are cool, also the PA/Nurse, the Dr seems stuck up however and dreads work. He treats his patients like a business, not with servitude

Arrived at 8:40pm with my daughter who had a cut on her face. Only to be told the doctor had already left and there was no one there who could help. Why would an urgent care be open with 0 ways to help the most simple of issues. Do better.

I love the doctor, the rest of the office is a mess. I will never be back there again because of it. I took my daughter in the other day because she wasn't feeling well. The lady behind the desk was nodding off the whole time we waited. We got back to the triage room and the woman said "what's wrong witchu" to my daughter. She corrected herself to "what brings you in today" , but it came off very unprofessional. She asked my 13 year old daughter her weight, to which she replied "we'll just use that. We don't want you getting any bigger". She is 5'7 and 130lbs. Not the safest thing to tell a teenage girl. We then go back to the room where another worker was going to do a covid test. She asked my daughter's age and told the other girl that they had to "use the pediatric test at a certain age, but can't remember what age". When her coworker asked if she wanted her to confirm, she replied "not really". We got called multiple other patients name during our visit, like they couldn't remember who was who. I felt like I was in the twilight zone, and my daughter and I could do nothing but laugh at the insanity. Again, I've continued to use this office for years due to the doctor, but it's not worth it anymore. Hopefully the staff can get it together soon!

We visited for the first time after having a horrible experience at a different urgent care that same night. This Hazel Park Urgent Care was very friendly and quick to see us. The man doing triage was kind to my daughter and multiple people offered her a sucker at the end. The nurse was great in sharing information and tips/ideas with me for my daughter. I would definitely come back!

It was clean, receptionist was nice, check-in was quick and easy, quiet, organized, doctor was pleasant and listened, he called in the Rx to the right location and it was delivered the next day b/c they ran out. Only complaint-no after care/discharge instructions. I've been using this UC for a few years. So convenient, quick and efficient. I love it!

They were incredible. Super easy check in, saw someone right away and very knowledgeable and friendly staff! The best part is there is a pharmacy in their waiting room so you can pick up your prescription there! Very convenient!!

Sometimes very busy but worth the wait. Dr Agha has proven to be a life changer for me. His staff can handle the pressure of the busy office with high efficiency and prioritize urgency. I highly recommend.

Very friendly, efficiency oriented staff, with thorough anatomical diagnosis consideration. Maintaining attention to the avoidance of issues , such as, significant contraindications; forming an accurate diagnosis and a very nice treatment plan. I am very happy with my visit. Sincerely, Jeremy A.

The employees were nice but there was a lot of waiting. Oliver fell asleep while waiting in the waiting room twice. Thank you for letting us back in after leaving, to use the restroom before waiting an hour at the bus stop to go home. Also thank you for the puking pail, he keeps using it. The lady in the pharmacy called me "Supermom", thank you, I needed that laugh. I just miscarried a pregnancy so we're both not feeling 100%.

The service is usually top notch 💯 ,but I don’t know what happened during my last visit but a couple people came/signed in after me and was called before me. I had a longer than usual wait. Everyone including the physician is friendly and professional. I totally recommend this Urgent Care.

I gave four stars would have given 5 but I did not because some not wearing gloves .if you not going to put on gloves while you are working with the patient you should wash your hands in front of the patients they have sinks and soap in every rooms it is still a virus here. The staff is nice.

I've been taking my son here for years and I have had to pay this urgent care a visit a handful of times myself. It's not too far from where I live, the staff is kind, the waiting area is clean and somewhat spacious, depending on how busy it is. They have a pharmacy within the office as well which helps tremendously if you don't feel like driving all over with a sick kiddo, or even just feeling sick yourself. The pharmacist is very sweet, knowledgeable and fast! They specialize in pediatric care. Dr. Jawad Agha has always treated my son and makes him feel comfortable. I was there on 03/25/2023 and was seen by the nurse practitioner Mr. Holloway and he was great. He is going to make an incredibly fine doctor one day. You can tell by his demeanor that he loves his job and truly cares about your health and takes his time with you if need be. All in all - I highly recommend this urgent care. I won't go anywhere else. Now let's just cross our fingers that Mr. Holloway stays there for some time!
