Horrible. At 6:30pm dinner time, only one person on register. Took forever to get to order. Kitchen was very slow. Waited forever for food. Order was wrong. Place is too small to accommodate the area. Table was dirty, puddles of something on my chair ... I had to clean it up. Not going back.

I would actually give them ZERO stars. Just placed an online lunch order for a company and spent over $100.00. That includes the delivery fee and the tip when the food arrived there was no sauce. Now I check my receipt and I ordered 13 of each sauce that was available. I called and asked them how they could fix this since I spent a good amount of money there and they told me they cant do anything I would need to pick up the sauce myself. There's a reason I had it delivered!!!!!!! The guy was rude on the phone and clearly they don't care about the customers. Very unhappy and disgusted with this place!!!!

For a not busy in-person place-What a disaster in the 30 minutes or so we were there!! Before we ordered 2 people had come back to return, fix their order. They were out of shredded beef for our order and the watermelon/watermelon-lemonade freezes. In the staff’s defense we were informed that they had been “hit” with a ton of online orders. So leniency given for being close to Penn State Hazelton campus!

This place is a disgrace. I filled out a application online once I figured it out after I got home bc a few of the employees tried to help me figure it out but to no avail. I called them today to see if my application was looked at or not yet and that when they became very very disrespectful to me. They hung up the phone on me and I thought the call dropped so I called them back because I thought the call dropped see if they looked it over yet not only that that day I filled out the application they told me to call at 2:00 that the manager that was hiring manager would be there and I can talk to him so I did that well he wasn't there he never showed up that day and I was calling throughout the evening long story short I call in to see if he has had a chance to look at my application yet and I get told I'm crazy I need help I need a doctor I would not recommend this place to anybody

I had to come back and change my review after I started to b deliver food in the area. I waited in the lobby for a half hour for two small orders as they assisted everyone in the drive thru, long after I was waiting. It cost me a half hour of work waiting on them. Plus, they gave away the orders I was picking up, and then ransacked them for other orders. They also ignored me when I was trying to claim the orders for customers. Overall, very unprofessional and ignorant.

Tables needed to be cleaned. The older woman behind the counter held the door open for me both entering and exiting when she saw me using a walker. She was so thoughtful and nice.

The food was hot but getting served was a challenge, order yourself on the touchscreen. I don’t want to, if I did I’d get a job there. And the dining room area was a mess. Tables sticky and trash around. And it was only 2 in the afternoon.

I honestly like taco Bell but this location is notorious for wrong orders. It is the closest one to my house so Im willing to take the risk. Ordered steak quesaritos but this is what I received. On the positive side the store is clean and in an easy access location.

Food order was for pickup. Items missing and nacho chips tasted like a cleaner or something was over sprayed on them. Ended up throwing them out. A few seconds to double check order would be nice.

Just want to give a shout out to a great cashier, Michael H, every time I I come, and Michael H is there. He’s very nice person And I will give him five stars for his job

Bring back the XXL grilled stuffed burrito, best thing they had and you could toss it in your trunk to give your rear tires more traction in the winter it was that heavy.

0 stars. I placed an order through DoorDash and put it up for pickup and when I went to pick it up it was outside the window. The cashier and another employee insulted me. 🤡
