Yea you guys 1000% lost me as a customer. If I’m buying a mc chicken and you wanna charge me 25 cents for sauces that’s sad. It should be included with the meal. I’ll be sure to spend my money at chic fil a or Wendy’s. They aren’t greedy and charging for sauces

The best McDonald's in terms of service!!! The hospitable clerks light up my morning! Even the bathrooms were clean! The hash browns were very crispy. Can't fault it!

There was a man starting maintenance as we were sitting to eat he did well covering the area below him but when he peeled back a piece of wall that had water damage within a few minutes I had to move my seat. My sinuses stuffed up and it was difficult to finish my food There was mold on the wall he was scraping at and I don't feel while customers are eating was the time to have him repairing such damage. I was sitting two tables it away and had to move across the restaurant

Imagine a server handing you an item off the dollar menu when you paid for a combo and then telling you, "they can't fix it" and that you can't ask for a manager to show them a receipt. The only reason why I left is bc I don't want to be "that person" this place really needs to reevaluate their staff ABSOLUTELY LAZY. It's not worth the few bucks but jeeze what an odd scenario

Ice tea got too much ice, almost no tea- all water, no sweetness! Fillet o fish cheese was like a scrap! If there’s 0 star I will give this mcdo hazlet!

The food was old and gladis was the worst employee I’ve ever met. She yelled in my cousins face because she got our order wrong and asked them to change it. Bathrooms are dirty and the drinks taste like water. This place is truly disgusting.

I guess I'm getting old. I feel like McDonald's just isn't what it used to be. Today I got the standard sausage McMuffin with egg and a coffee. And I'm just.... disappointed. The coffee tasted burnt. How long does it have to sit before it burns? And the sandwich was soaked in grease. It was literally dripping out of the wrapper. Look at the pic. Just look at it. Ugh. I had to wrap it in a napkin to keep the grease from dripping all over me. Grease or not, it did taste good, and the burnt coffee was nice and hot. The place is clean, the employees were nice, and my order was ready when I got there so it isn't all bad. Seriously, how hard would it be to put just a little more effort into it? So close. What a shame.

The store was empty and it took 10 minutes for someone to help me. The food was good, the store was clean, and usually I have a great experience. I'm grateful to the gentleman that was super busy taking the time to help me while the kids that saw me ignored me.

Great efficient drive through. Server was so sweet and polite. Food was hot. You don't always find that with McDonald's drive through's so it was nice this one was great.

Ordered online via the Mc Donalds app for Mc Delivery. Received the delivery via Uber and was missing a Big Mac and all the most of the sauces for the Mc Nuggets. The Mc Nuggets tasted a day old and were like rubber The only number to call is to Uber. I was on the phone for half an hour an no one picked up. I contacted Corporate Mc Donalds via email (no number) and they keep telling to contact Uber. I have better things to do than to be on hold forever and no one pick up for an 8 dollar refund.. I go to Mc Donalds a lot with my kids and I also used the app a lot. No more!

Bought dinner for my wife and grandchildren. Went inside to get the food and then drove home with it. When I got home one box of Mcnuggets was missing. The children were very disappointed and somewhat hungry. Not good.

Why say you’re open on Google and on Uber eats?? I went around 5 o clock and cones were in the drive thru it was closed. I went inside and a manager tells me the store is closed as their “system is updating”. At that point what’s the point of having the lights on and being opened. Telling me you’re closed is completely ridiculous when corporates hours says otherwise, a waste of time
