I had the good fortune to meet Jewels and Time owner Prem M. at a John Hardy showing at the Jamaica Inn. He was personable, knowledgeable and so very patient! That proved to be key when I visited his Ocho Ríos store at Island Village and couldn’t make up my mind on which pieces to buy!! Asides from John Hardy, you can find other lines like Tacori, Larimar & Silver, Alex & Ani, Bulova and many, many beautiful items in their Sparkle Collection. Decisions…decisions…But don’t worry. This is probably one of the few times in life when it’s ok to be indecisive. Don’t fight it. Embrace it. And let Prem and his wonderful staff take good care of you!

I had a great experience with Prem and Ann-Marie. I purchased a titanium heart shaped hook bracelet that I call my “One Love” bracelet. One Love is pretty and light weight. Prem responded quickly when I submitted my wishlist through the website AND offered to pick me up from the resort to bring me to the store OR bring the pieces to me at the resort. Overall, my experience was great.

I purchased a Sport bracelet from Janea in Ochos Rios on 20/10/22. I didn't notice much the first day or two but now after a month and a half I am sleeping better, have less stress and minor things that bothered me before just don't bother me at all. Anxiety has been a problem even on Meds but the technology in this bracelet has been great for keeping me calm. I even was delayed at an airport,(engines wouldn't start) and I stayed calm without any worry at all. I can't believe how well this works. My husband and I stopped here during our cruise stop. The staff was all very nice and we found a really nice watch. After leaving I noticed an issue with the watch and reached out to the store. Prem messaged me back promptly, I provided a receipt and he made sure to make the situation right. The store is really nice and I am very happy with the customer service. It was beyond my expectations. Saw them in IG and loved their John Hardy collections. Reached out to them via well organized website. Prem responded within a few hours. Sent my favorite from their website, drove down to Ochi to meet them, parking was made available for me, meet and greet with refreshments, met Venice who had my selection ready. Wanted the matching earrings, they sourced it in Mo Bay for me ❤️. Really VIP service. Haven't seen this level service in a long time.. Great job Prem and Ven. You now have a customer for life.

I was able to go online and view the pieces I wanted and paced in my wishlist. For those of you afraid of technology, trust me it’s easy. Prem messaged me immediately and asked if I wanted arrangements to be made for viewing. I advised I would visit the Ocho Rios location and he ensured that all arrangements were in place, including parking. I left being a very happy client.

The customer service is phenomenal. The response to requests is never “we can’t” but instead hear are options. We needed a gift for a colleague at short notice and Prem and the team at Jewel and Time made it possible. I have recommended and will continue to recommend them to friends and other colleagues.
