Check in was quick and easy, check out was too. Rooms looked and smelled clean By and large but I did see a couple minor things they missed. Has all the standard amenities, fridge, WiFi , microwave, TV, etc. They left small snack in the room which was an appreciated little gesture. Climate control worked well and was able to keep the room cool as desired. The unit has a guard installed to prevent the curtains from blowing around while you use it which was smart. Shower pressure was good and hot. Unfortunately they either lost or purposely removed the plug to use the bath tub. Bed was comfortable enough. Overall had a good stay.

We arrived at 1 am in the morning. Despite the late arrival, we were greeted by a friendly front desk staff. The room is really clean. Nothing fancy but clean and cared. They even left a bag of cookies and mint candies on the desk to welcome us. The breakfast - so nice and warmly prepared. The ladies working at the breakfast buffet are soooooo friendly. The breakfast was made with care, too, just like how the room was. They made me want to leave a review to tell everyone how this stay was so worth it. Thanks for the hospitality for late travelers. Appreciate it.

I am blown away at the amazing hospitality of the staff. I am a frequent here and haven’t been in some time. We use this location for family coming in town, if I want a staycation, or just in between if I’m traveling and too tired to drive more. I am never disappointed. But this stay has been nothing less than perfect. So clean and quiet! I had a flight get cancelled, as I was only going to stay a night or two, and they accommodated to all my needs with a smile on their face. The breakfast is amazing, the staff making it like home with personal side conversations and interacting as if we’ve been friends for a lifetime! The house keeping is so kind and loving. I got greeted genuine good morning.. not the usual corporate script. The man working the front desk in the morning has by far been the best! I explained him my situation of my flight and he had a conversation with me like he was actually interested and cared about me. We had such a lovely chat. I had some items delivered due to a sick kiddo and couldn’t leave, and he caught me as I walked around the office and asked if I needed anything. Plates silverware etc. another staff member had asked outside while on his break if I needed anything done. My one night maybe two turned to 4 nights has been the best experience here so far. It has been quiet, friendly, home like, just all around wonderful. I am so grateful for everyone I have encountered here during a stressful situation. Small things to make a moms life easier! And just genuine interactions. Thank you BW Lakewood inn!

This hotel is amazing!!! It already smells clean everywhere in this hotel, it is clean and orderly and the staff keeps cleaning to perfection ! The staff is so sweet and accommodating. The rooms have extra space, nice clean laminate floors, bathroom and bed is wonderful. On the bed, is a laptop desk tray with welcoming treats. Large fridge with microwave. And bonus, a Krogers across street for convenience. Love their indoor pool and hot tub with windows and sunshine all around it . Everything is A++. You will not be disappointed!

We ended up in staying in two rooms. One room had an uncomfortable bed and dirty floors. The other was more comfortable and cleaner but the sheets had holes in them.. luckily we brought our own. The rooms also didn’t smell very good.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Very friendly staff from front desk to housekeeping. They all even knew my dogs by name. Nice to have a full breakfast available every morning too.

We had arrived on Tuesday, July 4th as we were in town for The Gathering Of The Juggalos. We were slightly early, as they had to clean up our room before we could go in. The clean up process was a bit sloppy, as there was still debris on the floor before we walked in. The beds were as expected, but we had a room with a slow draining tub that built up with water as we took respective showers. This was a very big inconvenience, as we had to wait for the water to drain each time we were done. The service was alright, with the exception of the overnight front desk staff who seemed to have a problem with the amount of us Juggalos who were at this hotel for The Gathering. Whether it was frustration with everyone asking for towels or just service in general, this particular front desk staff member just seemed to have a passive aggressive approach to handling things, despite how nice we both were to her. It's a really poor approach to customer service that has us extremely hesitant on coming back if we're ever in the Hebron area again.

I would give no stars if I could. This was the closest place available to Columbus so they price gouged us for $312 which is absurd. This room should be $75 tops. The room was advertised as 2 queens but was 2 fulls sized beds which felt like 2 boxes filled with newspaper. We both got about 2 hours of sleep they were so uncomfortable. It was loud and the people upstairs were jumping around until 4am. Avoid this place, they want to do business like greedy thieves.

Horrible experience with the main desk clerk! Made reservations over the phone, then when my family arrived he refused to let us stay in the room. Apparently, they made a mistake so my family of 6 (2 being very young, who always sleep with mommy & daddy) was too large to share a room. Ridiculous! Long story short, I offered us to split by adding another room, but requested it be discounted for the mistake they made & inconvenience it costed us. The manager at the front desk was very rude from the beginning & said he can't discount it. This made me more upset! Anyways, we decided to leave & find someplace else to stay - "Cherry Valley Lodge" (great place)! As for this particular Best Western hotel in Hebron, stay away! The Grinch behind the counter doesn't want anyone there!

The breakfast was awesome, and the hot tub had the best jets I've ever used in a hot tub. Staff was very friendly.

Beds were super comfortable, but having a tub you expect to be able to use it. Instead i had no hot water and no way to actually plug the tub to fill it up. The sink drain was missing and the floors were very uneven with like a peel and stick tile. Management did work with me on my bill though. Also room had a very strange odor in it.

Very nice motel. Room was very clean and well-appointed. Best aspect were the staff. Great Front desk attendants on both the check-in and check-out. Thew young woman caring for the breakfast was very personable and served great food. Would definitely stay there again..

This is most certainly not the Best, Best Western...nor even a Better Best Western I have stayed at. I'm sure it would have been a nice hotel in 1995 but the decor and amenities were extremely outdated. Our reservation had us booked on the second floor but thank goodness the clerk moved us downstairs as we were not aware there is no elevator (and not mention of that on the website). I was excited when I entered the room and turned on the TV and saw it was capable with links to Netflix, Prime Video, Disney Plus and Hulu but all those services apparently were not available. The TV was also difficult to figure out as they had no channel line-up in the room so we had to figure it out on our own. I also found myself needing to print off some documents, I found the one computer in the lobby that looked like something from 1995 and was able to get the computer up and running (after closing out of several error browsers) since it hadn't been used so long and was told by the desk manager he wasn't sure if the printer worked, which....after spending 40 minutes trying to get it to work...I gave up, it didn't. I went to tell the desk clerk and he was noowhere to be found. That evening, I was trying to figure out how to use the room heater/air conditioner, again no instruction and not very easy to operate, I noticed a toenail on the floor next to the furnace, obviously from where the vacuum had never been able to reach it to pick it up. And of course to top it all off, when we pulled into the hotel after going out Saturday night, someone had vomited in the parking space closest to our room. The only advantage was it's location near Buckeye Lake which is where we were spending our weekend visiting. Other than that, again, this isn't one of the "Better" Best Westerns!

Nice place. Mostly clean. Hot tub was warm, at best. The room we had was tiny. Couldn't close the bathroom door when taking a shower and got water everywhere.

Expensive and not worth it. Paper thin walls (or maybe it was the door into the adjacent room) so you'll hear your neighbors' TV and talking. Toilet seat wrong size and loose. Hard plastic floors. Crumbs on desk chair. Leaky faucet at sink. Dirty sink counter. Cold eggs for breakfast.
