Service is slow but all around staff is nice, my food order isn't always right but when I address it they fix it without an issue

Usually pretty good but today we waited for an hour for our food and when we went it, they ignored us until we called them over. There was a whole line of people either wanting a refund or their food. Do better.

I literally atood inline for a half hour while being ignored because they seem to be understaffed. The organization of their employees was poorly done, and everybody seem to be climbing over each other instead of flowing gracefully. They should offer free coupons to people who wait 30 minutes or more for their fast food. The only thing good about my visit was the place was semi clean. Managment needs replaced, and someone with a brain needs to take over. Im surprised they are still open, but being the only fast food restaurant around the factorys is the only way they keep business. Worst experience with mcdonalds ever. And it was super expensive for warm food. Idk how this even happened.

If you work in this area and want food quick on lunch break, dont bother. Spend 20ish minutes of my 45 minutes break in line.. Service is atrocious, food is almost always wrong ( How hard is it to do Ketchup and Mustard only on a burger?) Your management team SUCKS.

Total of 4 ppl working the morning shift. The bagel was burnt, so was the replacement. Only had 3 softdrinks to choose from and the drink machine in the lobby was broke. Waited close to 20 minutes for our food. Probably the worst McDonald's I've ever been to.

Ordered a Big Mac, Qtr Pounder with cheese No Onion and a small fry. On my way home I grabbed some fries and they were not even warm and definitely timed out. When I got home I was ready for My Big Mac but had 2 Qtr Pounders with cheese one without Onion and one With onion. The one I tried to eat was so salty I had to put it down, and I Love my Salt! The other one With onion I didn't bother trying to eat it. $12.07 for nothing. It was a sad visit.

This is usually my go to McDonald's in the area, but this last visit was not very tasty. They hamburgers were so overdone that they were crunchy. Everything else was just "okay". Not my favorite visit...

The restaurant is clean inside They do a good job taking and getting your order correct 👍

This place is the worst. Took 40 mins to get thru the drive thru. Every time come here it takes forever.

Very polite people and when we asked for fresh fries they didn’t have an issue because all the food was fresh and amazingly hot

Doesn't fill there large fries all the way. Just had 2 dashed to me and I'm not happ

Place is under staffed had one person working looked like he was both cooking and handing out orders. Took a little long to get orderer after placing it through the self service order "pad" fries were absolutely horrible. Got replacements after mention my displeasure they were just as bad. The Big Mac had way to much lettuce and special sauce. About the only thing I'll give a good review to was the napkins they were pretty good cleaning up all the special sauce off my shirt.

The lady behind the counter held a conversation with her freind for 3-4 minutes while I stood there waiting for someone to a knowledge me. As I turned to walk out she finally said she would be with me in a minute. I told her she was obviously to busy to help me and I left. This seems pretty consistent at this location. Slow and or poor service . A owner needs to spend some time there.

Terrible service waited inline inside for 20 minutes to order and finally just walked out. This place is a mess and is the reason why I never go to mcdonald's anymore.
