I'm always treated as a "person" that Doctor Lee and his entire staff have a genuine interest in, not as merely another "number". The same attitude prevails whether I'm in the waiting room or in the chair being worked on. They answer every question regarding your treatment and offer their honest opinion as to various trestment options (including your associated costs) according to your particular dental procedure being tended to. They take great care to ensure that your dental insurance covers every possible situation. This is the best dental office I have ever been to in my Is 70 years of experience.

It was my first time at refresh they were very professional got me in fast, my appointment time was 9am I was in an exam room by 9:05. The dentist is very thorough and take time to explain to you so you know exactly what she is planning to do. Excellent office and staff!!!

My family goes to Refresh dental. We really enjoy going here. We just had our daughter get braces on yesterday. Dr. Lee does a wonderful job. He reached out today to check on our daughter to see how she was feeling. That means a lot to our family. He genuinely cares about every patient he has. The receptionist (Robin) is always super kind as well as the other employees there.

This Dental Office was absolutely AMAZING!! I was sent to this office accidentally by a scheduler who told me that they were a dental surgery office as I was needing an emergency surgery. Although I didn’t get my surgery this office and almost ALL of their staff made me feel comfortable and at home like family! They found me a oral surgeon who was able to get me in that next week! I didn’t feel alone or out of place! I cried so many tears and they consoled me! They were willing to help in any way they could! And went ABOVE AND BEYOND what was expected! I am so grateful for Refresh Dental and all of their staff! You guys truly answered my prayers! Thank you so much I couldn’t have asked for more!

Dr. Patel and staff are very patient and thorough. They really took their time and went over every detail to make sure I was completely comfortable. Dr. Patel is the absolute best! She is personable, efficient, gentle, kind, trustworthy, and compassionate. She is great at explaining procedures in a clear and simple manner as well. I was admittedly a bit nervous beforehand, but she recently performed a root canal for me, and although I have heard some terrifying stories from people who have had root canals done elsewhere, I can honestly say that my procedure was quick and painless. I would like to publicly thank Dr Patel for this, and I would highly recommend her without hesitation. The other staff members at Refresh Dental are great, too! Thank you all!

I have to say for a dentist office this is one of the best I’ve been to the staff is very caring and make you feel comfortable. I got to my appointment and ask if they could work on my front teeth instead of the back bc I was getting married on the 30th of September and they said no problem. They took extra time a lot of extra time and care to make sure I could smile at my wedding thank you all so much.

They are extremely professional, friendly, and use the latest technology to make procedures much less painful and get healed fast. Also very helpful, will work with your insurance to get your work paid.

My husband had a toothache and they were able to get him next morning. Dr. Lee is good to check on you next day or so. He’s very knowledgeable, good about explaining, asks if you have questions, etc. Support staff very good , also. Reasonable fees. Definitely recommend.

I had neglected my teeth (as far as regular cleanings ect) for years due to high anxiety from past trauma.. This office was extremely helpful and not judgemental at all! I felt so comfortable and they helped ease my nerves and any fears I had.. The front desk was extremely helpful with Financials, since we don't have dental insurance.. Over all I had a very pleasant experience, and Dr Lee had me so comfortable with my root canal, that I will definitely be going back in the future and staying on top of my dental health from now on!

Dr. Patel was patient and extremely knowledgeable and kind. She took time to answer all questions. I am glad to finally find a dentist who truly cares! 9/18/23 UPDATE! After dental surgery for extreme bone loss, I can ONLY recommend Refresh Dental and Dr. Patel! I had to have extractions and some top teeth replaced and within minutes during a wellness check after surgery, Dr. Patel had my smile back! I am a nervous dental patient and had to be medicated for nerves before the appointment. The surgery went well without complications and she is knowledgeable, talented and extremely caring. Do yourself a favor.. get your smile back with Dr. Patel. You won't regret it ♥️

I came back today to get my dentures adjusted. And the young lady who did the adjusting for me, did a fine job. Dr Lee is very easy to work with about what I needed.. and I thank him very much. Best dentistry, ever! Dr. Patel was so gentle with my two cavities, I did not need any numbing at all! The entire staff are charmers, I met Megan, Kathy, and Kylie on this visit, in addition to Dr. Patel. I am 74, and I have been with many other dentists, this experience was my very best.

Dr Lee is very gentle and considerate. He has even called me after hours to check on me. The office staff, assistants, and hygienist are very friendly and helpful. Every visit is a blessing!

My daughter has never been to the dentist before. This was her first time going and they made her feel very comfortable and explained everything to her even though she’s very young still.

Dr. Patel is amazing! She is very patient and gentle. I have had a cleaning, multiple fillings and a root canal spread out over the past couple of weeks and her whole team has been very accommodating from my random outbursts of nervous laughter to full on anxiety induced shakes before the root canal (which turned out to be a breeze) . I highly recommend Refresh dental!

Dr. Patel is very caring and patient. All of the staff were friendly. There was literally no wait at all. I am completely satisfied with my dental care and have no complaints. Well it was a slight annoyance to have to fill out the same paperwork that I had to fill out online before the appointment bc they said the online forms don't always come thru. So not sure why I even had to fill them out, but that's not a huge deal at all.
