UPDATED BELOW The worst client service ever. We purchased a table in the beginning of February, it was promised it will be delivered in two weeks. Since then XXXLutz changed the delivery date two times. It’s April and the table is still not there. After we tried to claim it inside the store, the staff wasn’t nice, was declining everything and not willing to help or apologize at all. We eat on the floor for the third month. The shop just takes with quantity, but not with quality and not cares about their clients at all, treating them in a horrible way. I feel so helpless… Think twice before purchasing anything there. UPD: the shop writes comments in Google maps for the bad reviews saying you have to write to their email to get a solution. In fact no one ever answers these emails. Four months later we still have no table and no even deadlines (again, they promised to deliver it in two weeks initially). Shame.

We ordered our kitchen around early 2020 and paid then and there in cash for everything. We also made an installation appointment well in time (more than 8 weeks before). At Installation day they suddenly informed us that we won't get our washing machine and it will come "probably" in a month or two!!!! after several hectic inquiries they give us the option to either cancel the dishwasher or pay 350€ more for another model. In case of cancellation we had to install the dishwasher ourselves and forfeit the warranty for the kitchen in case the issue was originated by the dishwasher! I find this extremely unprofessional and classic ripping-off technique. No matter the excuse, they had enough time to prepare for delivery and like our payment they should have done it "complete" and "on-time". That is what is expected of a business in Germany. If they can offer another dishwasher that we also find it good they should be responsible to offer it for no extra charge. That is a pity that I had to give them one star, since apart from the dishwasher and other few small issues we were overall almost satisfied with our kitchen.

We ordered a kitchen 3 months back. Its really disappointment. It is not price worth. The delivery head was very rude. They came almost 30 minutes late than the given time and wanted to complete as soon as possible to go for further installations. After communication we have not get the second changed contract and without our notice they removed one of the important water pipe and we payed more than 4k for such small kitchen without dishwasher, refregerator. At the end, it is such kitchen without water supply and not even the Siphon was built in the kitchen. It is really not price worthy and waste of time waiting for such kitchen at the end. We should be very careful when making changes to get our changes and see. We are having a kid without kitchen for 3 days and after installation we have to find another one to get it fix for one more week. I would give less than 1 for rating.

Horrible experience!! We ordered a couch from xxxlutz Böblingen-Sindelfingen in July 2019 to be delivered in October 2019. We received the couch but without the screws and the manual needed to build it!!! We asked the Customer Service and they said it’ll take minimum 3 weeks for them to send the screws by post!! We have a house warming party lined up next week and the couch is lying all over the house!! Horrible service I would never recommend this place. Terrible customer service!! Even the staff is horrible!!

Horrible horrible experience with their kitchen team and overall experience. Even after escalating my issues to management they don’t care if I come in and spend 40K or not they’re too big of a company! Horrible I don’t recommend!

Bought a klappbett last week and took delivery on the same day. Noticed it's a faulty product and called then for complaint. They asked me to write a mail which I wrote the very next day and no response till now. Edit: Received a replacement bed last week for the damaged one. XXXLutz is following that it happens. This is the positive to take along. If you received a damaged piece you'll get a replacement. Timeline is something that depends on the stock.

1- Most of the items are not in store or lager and needs minimum 2 months to be ready for pick up. 2- Item in Lager was broken (Ein Spiegel) and if I did not recognize it before I take it I would have picked it up broken as it is! 3- I am not allowed to pick up the item shown in the branch.

1. If you do the Finanzierung with them, be careful! The bank they work with will charge you more and XXXLutz will not find themselves responsible. Then you will need to go after the bank to clarify the problems.

Big furniture shop with plenty of choices

The store has about 5 floors and a restaurant. Furniture is great and they have a lot of variety but I somehow always end up buying nothing. I get the feeling that prices are a bit out of my budget and it's hard to find what you are looking for.

Nice service if the sales man is available.

We want to give a huge thanks to Mr Degenard for helping us regarding some issues with our previous contract. He was very friendly and helpful especially for not being the one who sold us the items in the first place. We'll definitely come back soon to buy some more things in the future, thanks again

This is the place if you're looking for quality. Although I was surprised not to find my 3 tier steaming cooking pots.

please don't buy anything from the shop because you will not be treated friendly when the things you bought have problem and They only give u Gutschein after one week. You spend more.you will lose more!

You can get what is needed but not a great Sortiment regarding knives. Wanted a knive block and they only had 2 one around a hundred euros and the other so cheap that you got goose bumps. Other solution would have been to buy a complete block and through away the knives :(

A huge furniture store with a range of price points. Their play area for kids is awesome! Their food is good too. This is certainly another good alternative to the nightmare that is IKEA.

Purchased a painting. I didn't open it and returned it. The only allow in store credit. I wished I saw the small sign behind the Kasse. I wouldn't have purchased it from this store.
