We
ordered
our
kitchen
around
early
2020
and
paid
then
and
there
in
cash
for
everything.
We
also
made
an
installation
appointment
well
in
time
(more
than
8
weeks
before).
At
Installation
day
they
suddenly
informed
us
that
we
won't
get
our
washing
machine
and
it
will
come
"probably"
in
a
month
or
two!!!!
after
several
hectic
inquiries
they
give
us
the
option
to
either
cancel
the
dishwasher
or
pay
350€
more
for
another
model.
In
case
of
cancellation
we
had
to
install
the
dishwasher
ourselves
and
forfeit
the
warranty
for
the
kitchen
in
case
the
issue
was
originated
by
the
dishwasher!
I
find
this
extremely
unprofessional
and
classic
ripping-off
technique.
No
matter
the
excuse,
they
had
enough
time
to
prepare
for
delivery
and
like
our
payment
they
should
have
done
it
"complete"
and
"on-time".
That
is
what
is
expected
of
a
business
in
Germany.
If
they
can
offer
another
dishwasher
that
we
also
find
it
good
they
should
be
responsible
to
offer
it
for
no
extra
charge.
That
is
a
pity
that
I
had
to
give
them
one
star,
since
apart
from
the
dishwasher
and
other
few
small
issues
we
were
overall
almost
satisfied
with
our
kitchen.
