Dr Gebhart ist sehr nett und nehmt viel zeit mit Patientin. leider die Assistenten und die Hilfern sind absolute komisch und gibt es überhaupt nicht ein Ordnung, Sie sollten gut und aus gebildet Assistentin einstellen. Mann kann überhauptnicht über sein Schwangerschaft dort in einem guten Hand liegen.Leider muss die Praxis Wechseln. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Mit Frau Dr. Weichert war ich sehr zufrieden, schade, dass sie nicht mehr da ist. Leider sind die MFA extrem indiskret und unverschämt zu den Patienten. Diese meinen beispielsweise, sich besser über Medikamente auszukennen, als der Arzt, welcher sich lange Zeit nimmt, um Risiken, vor möglichen Wechselwirkungen, zu verhindern! Ebenso klären Sie einen vor einer Impfung nicht auf, sind bei Fragen diesbezüglich unwissend und der Service kostet dann. Nach der Impfung wurde ich auch direkt rausgeschmissen, obwohl es meinem Kreislauf nicht gut ging. Prof. Dr.med Diel ist einer der besten Ärzte die es meiner Meinung nach gibt. Er ist höflich, kompetent, nimmt sich Zeit und man fühlt sich ernst genommen. Die anderen Ärzte kann ich nicht beurteilen, da ich nur bei ihm seit Jahren Patientin bin. Die Assistentinnen an der Rezeption sind auch alle sehr lieb und kümmern sich sehr schnell um die Angelegenheiten. Die Praxis an sich ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Ich habe öfter mitbekommen wie sich Patienten beschwert haben über die Wartezeiten. Das kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Bei der Anzahl an Patienten ist das doch logisch das man Zeit einplanen muss. Es müssten sich alle mal ein bisschen Entspannen und es mit Gelassenheit hinnehmen und aufhören ihre Launen an den Assistentinnen rauszulassen, die können nämlich am wenigsten dafür! Daher 5/5 Sternen 😊.

Ich war heute zum ersten Mal bei Dr. Diel und ich war sehr zufrieden. Ich hab mich ernst genommen gefühlt und konnte gut mit ihm über meine Themen sprechen. Er wimmelte mich nicht damit ab, dass mein Problem ja nicht so schlimm sei oder ähnliches, sondern zeigte mir Möglichkeiten auf was man machen könnte wenn es nicht besser wird. Die Praxis Ansich sieht modern und hübsch aus und ich habe innerhalb von 1,5 Wochen einen Termin bekommen. Ich komme also gerne wieder!

Ich kann diese Praxis leider nicht weiterempfehlen. Ich habe mich dort nie gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Personal ist unfreundlich und extrem chaotisch. Ich habe mir einen anderen Gynäkologen gesucht und bin jetzt sehr zufrieden.

Bin seit Jahren hier Patientin. Allerdings eine Junge Patientin und jetzt schwanger. Die Ärztin Frau Knauss ist vom Fachwissen her eine sehr gute Ärztin. Allerdings mangelt es ihr als Ärztin am sympathischen, sensiblen Umgang mit den Patienten. Da sie viele Patienten betreut ist wirklich die Wartezeit sehr lang mit Termin muss man schon mindestens 1h warten und ihre Betreuung ist dann zu schnell, kurz und ohne Aufklärung. Die Arzthelfer auch wie andere hier beschreiben wirklich sehr chaotisch - auf mein Mutterpass 3 Wochen gewartet, Urin weggeschmissen wobei ich wieder in die Praxis musste, beim als ‚Notfall‘ erscheinen vergessen worden mit fast 3h Wartezeit!! Desweiteren wird seit einer Wochen kein telefonischer Dienst angeboten - ein Anrufbeantworter gibt einem Bescheid, dass aufgrund einem Personalmangel das Telefon nicht bedient werden kann - was ich bei einer gynäkologischen Praxis (vorallem auch für Schwangere evtl mit Problemen und unsicheren Themen) überhaupt nicht akzeptabel finde. Versuche schon seit Tagen die Praxis zu erreichen um etwas zu fragen - manchmal hat man nicht die Gelegenheit für eine Frage in eine Praxis zu gehen! Ich arbeite selbst im Gesundheitssystem, ich weis sehr genau was Personalmangel heißt !!
