Was there for a skin screening in October 2023. Was examined very thoroughly and professionally. Afterwards everything was explained in great detail. Any abnormalities were pointed out and it was recommended to have them treated. The treatment was carried out very promptly. Had no problems after the treatment. The doctor and the dermatology nurses were very friendly and accommodating. All I can do is say thank you.

At this point I would first like to say thank you to the nurses, the medical staff and the doctors. Since your job is often criticized, here too, there must be room for a big thank you to everyone who keeps the MVZ running with their daily work. I would personally like to thank those who have supported me medically for many months and years. Thank you to Dr. Schulze and the entire functional diagnostics. Many thanks to the team in the laboratory and especially Ms. Bauer and sister Sahra. From registering, to visiting the doctor, to making another appointment, I only meet nice, friendly and patient-oriented employees at the MVZ. Thank you to every “little cog” in this big picture. From the appointment, to the treatment (surgery) and aftercare, the organization is without exception good. Whenever possible, attempts are also made to keep waiting times for patients as short as possible. The outpatient surgery area in the MVZ deserves special mention. The preparation and the operation itself went very well. The rooms are well equipped. The staff is friendly and helpful, so you were well looked after and cared for.

I found my treatment in the “Surgery” department at the MVZ to be very competent. From the first preliminary examination to the follow-up care, I felt I was well looked after. In the educational discussions, Dr. med. Carl Meißner spent a lot of time answering my questions patiently and understandably. He was able to allay my fears before the operation. Both the team in the operating room and the team in the comfort ward were friendly and caring. I am very satisfied with the result of the operation. I am impressed by so much professionalism and confidence and would be happy to recommend the MVZ.

Ms. Carolin Bauer gave me friendly and comprehensive advice. After several appointments with other doctors, I was finally able to get a plausible reason for my symptoms, which was explained to me in a comprehensible manner (treatment options included). All around great.

At this point I would like to say a big compliment to Dr. Tetzner, the surgical team and the nurses. Despite the not-so-pleasant operation, I felt very well looked after and the pre- and post-operative care was excellent. The only thing that needs to be improved is the way the registration ladies deal with patients. You get the feeling that they are overwhelmed and unfortunately they take this out on the patients.
