I was here to buy new hiking boots. The advice from the employee was first class. She immediately recognized my foot problems and also knew which shoes were best suited for them. They were professionally put on and laced for me and I was allowed to test drive them in detail in the shop. Unfortunately they were too big and a smaller size was not available. Nevertheless, an attempt was made to order the right size from the manufacturer at short notice, unfortunately without success. But even with this, the limit of customer service was not reached. I received a note with the exact item number and information about which online shop offered these shoes in the appropriate size. So I received my new hiking boots within 3 days. "If we don't have it, we'll find it for you!" - This is customer orientation! And I also received detailed tips on how to care for and maintain good quality insoles. I would like to thank the saleswoman for using her experience to prevent me from buying the shoes in the wrong size "out of necessity". In the meantime, my "vandrestovler" have survived two weeks on the Baltic Sea island of Bornholm over cliffs, heath and through gorges - not a single blister!

I bought new hiking boots here today. I didn't get what I expected, but I got what I needed because the first little hike today was great. The shoes fit like a glove and I had the feeling that I could walk a lot further (although they had to be broken in first because they were full leather shoes).
