I
ordered
a
child
room
and
they
delivered
half
parts
of
a
furniture
2
months
later.
Once
I
asked
for
compensation
for
their
mistake
they
refused
to
provide
anything
in
return.
The
lady
in
the
after
sales
department
was
also
rude
and
said
that
the
law
covers
them
for
such
mistakes!
Finally,
they
delivered
the
missing
parts
after
1.5
additional
month.
So
it
took
3.5
months
in
total.
Unprofessional,
unreliable,
rude,
not
recommended.
Think
twice
before
you
give
them
your
money.
You
can
certainly
buy
a
much
better
service!

them
that
they
will
contact
me.
Well
guess
what
they
did
to
tell
me
again
that
they
can
do
nothing
more!
Seriously
the
after
sales
customer
support
is
a
joke.
