Actually the bad rating is just because of the bad experience what i had after the treatment, i was super happy with their aligners and the shaping up of my teeth. But but but… like every other company they tell only half the information… My treatment was started last year and the time of the treatment nobody !!!nobody!!! told me that the photos are compulsory to be uploaded on their app (which is not of any use ) .You try rk call them for weks but nobody calls you back. Also now after the treatment they tell me that it was compulsory , and it is specified in the terms and conditions. Also you get so many marketing emails from them but not a single mail stating the time, you need to go for your IPR’s in your 1 yr treatment… So better to stay away from them.

Instructions are clear yet follow-up is super poor. You go through the treatment with no possibility to follow up on results, need for additional work, or possibility to put a permanent retainer. They don't respond, simply ignoring your requests. They get their money, send the package with instructions, and then don't want to bother with the customer after "end of treatment" . For the price, it's a bad deal. Better work with a company or orthodontist where follow-up is guaranteed and you can have proper communication on the results of your treatment - there are plenty offering this product that are not so commercial - do your research to ensure a good result and not to waste money.

I need some clarification. I just visited the place, and the lady at the reception was rude, and I would even say offensive! She asked (ordered) me to sign a payment obligation before seeing a real doctor, the opposite way: her words - "I will not allow you to stay here or go to the doctor." Is it a trustable place? Also, I have reviewed the latest comments and know I am not alone. My small piece of advice for this business - Please, try to check the soft skills of your staff, I would like to use your services, but the experience at the reception showed me that it is not possible now.

I went here for a 3d tooth scan. This lady/ doctor at the reception has bad attitude and is a bit robotic while checking the condition of my teeth and recommending further checkups. The scan itself was professional. Overall, a whatever experience.

The product is great but beware: having these things in your mouth raises you're base stress level making everything much more stressful. I regularly lose my patience for nonsense since i have my aligners. Just a heads up.

The treatment looks good and quite handy. But I had a negative experience of communicating with the customer support. I had a problem with the discount which was not applied to the initial invoice. It took 1.5 month to resolve it, and lots of stress and futile calls/emails to the support. The clinic is good, but their client help department seems to not be extremely satisfying.

They give you honest and good consultation after your 3D scan and once you order. You will receive your kit home. By uploading pictures as mentioned you win their guarantee of then delivering you the smile you wish for

Dr Smile’s service is the absolute worst. Especially, the lady at the desk of the Stachus practice is rude and most unhelpful. I was actually told that she doesn’t pick up the phone because ‘they don’t do any phone services’ here’. It is overly difficult to get an appointment with their booking system and if you have one it is not necessarily reliable whether the doctor will actually be there. After trying to have my retainer wire put in for 4 months I have decided to hand over the matter to a lawyer and seek treatment with another provider. Do yourself a favor and don’t opt having your envisaging treatment done with this company. After all this, I honestly wish them that they go bust.
