Pizzesco has become a classic in the Isartor area. It’s interior design with its dark leather seats and wooden tables gives it a vintage, rustic charm. Here you become the pizzas in pieces or by “La pala”; the big wooden tablet. We went for a pala for two people, which was more than enough and you get to choose up to three toppings. A standard bearer is the potato on top of cream with truffle oil, really intense yet delicious. Really recommendable this place as well as to make a reservation. The only thing I thought was lacking, was some salt. Other than that the Negroni was fabulous! Grazie!

Ironically, this is not the kind of Gluten Pizza I'd go out of my way for. Im not sure why so many reviews say it's so great as it seems to be the frozen stuff they just unwrap and heat up. Toppings would certainly make it better, but I'd only go here for Gluten Free pizza if others wanted pizza here. If you're eating regular pizza, and just want a slice, be sure to order 1 piece; Don't order 1 person worth or they bring you about a 10"x12" rectangle. Also seems a bit expensive, but got no receipt so cant tell if it was the gluten free pizza or the salami pizza for "one".

Everything the about the place and the food was good but the service just wasn't good at all we sat down and waited 10 to 15 min till we had to grab a server to take our order then the whole time they didn't come back to the table to see if we wanted something to drink or anything then waited for than we had to act like we were going to leave before he decided to ask did we want our bill. They just didn't have good customer service at all they lack at that but other than that the food was good.

Well, as a pizza lover and quite struggling in Munich to find a really good pizza, this place has conquered my heart! Best pizza around town! Give it a try, you won't regret it!

Alles Top!!! love this place! this is close to Gasteig and to the Deutsches Museum, well located. the service is nice. the pizzas are amazingly delicious! if you like thin and crunchy pizza bread, with the most delicious toppings then this is your place! make sure you make a reservation, because they are loved by many and it's always full. without reservation you might wait for an hour for a table! #Pizza #Italy #MonacoDiBabaria #AntiGermanFood #AntiHashtags

The restaurant is very authentic, and the atmosphere inside reminds Italy! The staff was friendly and spoke Italian :) On Tuesday evening, the restaurant was almost full. They have been preparing food for 15 minutes, and the result has been delicious. This place is definitely worth a try if you want to enjoy the atmosphere, delicious food, and service. All payment methods were accepted.

Perfect place to eat if your favorite flavor is burnt. Totinos from the freezer section at a grocery store is better for the price. And serving up a little friendly wouldn't hurt either. Lady at the register needs to get over herself and the menu needs to learn what a Margherita pizza is. The second star is only because Munich is such a beautiful city.

Really good pizzas, especially the potato truffle oil pizza, the only downside is that when getting slices, they sometimes aren't that fresh.

I found the Italian based food Very authentic and Very delicious.Just like when I went to Italy. There were several people sitting around laughing and having a good time. I will be coming back before going back home to the USA. They should consider doing delivery many of the hotels around and even locals would buy this restaurant's food.

Wow the best slice of pizza I’ve had so far. I got the vegan option and the sausage with spinach one and it’s so flavorful, fresh, airy, crispy and just enough for one person per slice. The young gentleman who served me speaks perfect English and very courteous. Will be back when I’m back to Munich :)

I was craving for pizza but I'm not able to eat a whole pizza by myself. Fortunately I walked past this restaurant selling pizzas by individual slices. The pizza was heated up upon order and definitely satisfied my pizza craving.

Tired and hungry tourists looking for a fresh, gluten-free pizza in the middle of Munich...and there it was. The service team was super helpful (ordered in AND ordered take-out too). Great little dining room and vibe, too. Recommend.

One of the best pizzas I've ever had, it feels like home here since it was the first place felt warm when I moved in the middle of winter, the only thing is maybe one/two of their staff could be a bit mean but given that they work pretty hard, don't take it personally:)

The food here is really good. Also vegan mozzarella options for the pizza are available. The interior looks a bit old and worn, but this is fully compensated by the friendly and helpful staff. To me this place offers a really authentic Italian experience and I will come again to enjoy more of their tasty pizza.

It is a good pizza. If you look for Neapolitan pizza this is not your place since the crust is more on the crunchy side rather than fluffy. However this is also very tasty and they have a good variety of pizza.

It's a very busy place, we usually have to wait for at least 20 minutes in the queue. The pizza is good though, and they have lots of different varieties. But I can't say it's one of the best places I know in Munich. Probably their potato pizza is the most popular although I don't really like it 😅 The prices are a little high in my opinion.

Great pizza by the slice. The patata is finger licking good.

Pizza with potatoes, truffle and garlic is the best thing ever! They asked which flavours each of us wanted and combined it into larger pizzas, neatly cut and perfect to eat.

Great for celiacs! The menu is clearly labeled, the staff is knowledgeable and attentive, they use a dedicated oven for gluten free, and the gluten free pizza is delicious! Good chew, good texture, and good flavor to the crust. They even have a gluten free beer!!

Always full but we've been lucky in all 3 times we've been there. Tuna is our favourite but everything else is just as yummy. Their red wine selection was also great.

If you need a slice of gluten free life, stay clear from this place, 17 eur for a pizza with a base as hard as a rock, tastes like carton and flavourless toppings that no amount of salt can fix. Sorry guys very disappointed.

Though there is a long line but didnt take too much time. Very creative combination on the Pizza top. Extra crispy Pizza dough. We odered four different flavors, they taste all delicious! The patato slides with Trüffel Öl one you must give a try.

One of these two was not great. But in general this place is affordable, pizzas are amazing and you don’t need to have reservation like for everything else in Munich. On 09.05.2023 this from the photo cost 10 eur.

I was on a run and stopped by to get two slices of Pizza half way through. Fantastic service and great pizza. I was also offered a selection of drinks to takeaway. The crust is thin but not too thin (3.5/10 thickness on my scale), which was perfect. The toppings were all very fresh and the cheese was not too runny but also but too firm. The two slices cost me roughly 2.50 euros which is a great price in my book. I highly recommend you stop by here if you want to casually dine in or takeaway.

Very good pizza, lots of choice and you can get a sharing one for 2/3/4 people which can be different types. It was busy on a Friday night so I recommend booking if you can. The waiter was very nice and ensured we got a table for an hour.

Stay away! Worst gluten-free pizza in town: Small, tasteless, insanely overpriced. Dough is thick and without texture, marinara from the tube, quality and taste below online-order-pizza. And did I mention the 15€ price tag for a 26cm child size pizza? Don’t go there - this is a scam.

Really good pizza, good beers on offer, cozy, laid back environment. A perfect low key venue to hang out and chat with a group of friends or go on a date.

Pizzesco serves an amazing pizza in a window counter near the hotel I usually stay at in Munich. Their pizza is incredible. For that reason, i decided to eat in their dining room for the first time. I honestly prefer the pizza they serve to-go. The service was very minimal.

Very tasty pizza “a la pala”. We ordered a pizza for two that can have up to three different flavours. The patata one is very original and creamy. Bufala is good but pretty simple. Prosciutto with arugula is very good!

I unfortunately never got the big hype of that place. It's only good for takeaways because the seating area isn't pleasant at all. The pizza is really okay but not something I would recommend food wise. It is usually crowded with a longer row specially with students during their lunchbreake. So an okay ish pizza which you can enjoy eating while you stand is not the place to go for me.
