Too much salt, completely ruins the taste! And they don't accept non German debit / credit cards!

Thai food with a sit down service. Since I have been to Thailand many times, I can definitely say it's a great effort to recreate the flavor but misses out on that fresh and aromatic experience. Portions are quite large, at least I thought so. I ordered the pad Thai and in a few minutes the buzzer that was given to me was vibrating and lighting up. I had asked to extra spicy, and they sure did it. I also got the sticky rice with mango, and I was a bit thrown off to see them cutting the sous-vide packaging with each of them - so don't expect fresh mangoes and/or freshly steamed sticky rice. It still tasted okay. Not having Thai iced teas a staple of Thai culture is a HUGE bummer and a missed opportunity.

Not a fan of shopping mall Thai food, but it was nice. Veggies were crunchy and the staff were cool. Lots of fresh herbs.

The grilled chicken and the Pha Thai rice noodles are both overcooked and not really tasty. Too pricy.

Pad Thai was pretty tasteless and the green Thai curry had only coconut taste and was way too salty as someone else already stated here. The rice also was pretty uncooked. I complained and at least I got, with a rude quick comment that nothing is salty though, a new dish for free which by the way was not super tasty as well. Haven't checked the other options at the mall, but definitely not worth it.

Unfortunately it's time to give this place a one star for food. Ate there today, the food was not salad enough, bitter. The sauce was very very thin, like 1/3rd sauce, 2/3rd water. The vegetables seem to be from the freezer. The taste just practically absent, watery something you eat. It's fair to say, that, likely, in OEZ you can't get good food anywhere. Also, the prices at Kaimug are rather low. Yet, I'll not pay there twice, and so I advise you. Avoid it - is the recommendation, unfortunately. The stuff is fine, although everyone looked exhausted today, 5 hours prior to the closing time. Just.. take a good ride away, just.. eat elsewhere...

Skip this place. But then, if you like watered down thai-currey and rude, ubrupt staff, this is the place. Ordered the green thai-curry and its an insult to the beautiful dish. Watered down rubbish.

Kaimug is a restaurant chain im Munich with different locations. The recipes and look of the restaurant are all the same. So the food is quite the same and always ok. You get fastly your meal and the price is very fair. I can imagine that the job in the mall is a bit stressful and therefore some customers felt that the statt was unfriendly. Me, I was always treated fair and will continue to have my snack here.

The pad thai was really bad. Instead of a normal Tamarind based sauce it had something like a sweet and sour sauce, which is a really bad combination. Plus the chicken topping was super dry.
