Good place. But hard to find friendly employees 😕

This is the biggest OBI in the south: I live close by and whenever I need something obi has it. No matter if it’s plants, lights, light bulbs, deko, stuff for gardening obi has it all. If not look online and the call or order it in: thanks for the great service all the time

You have a very good collection of almost everything you need. Consultation services are okay.

I went personally to OBI Markt Parsdorf to order a countertop with my own measurements and holes for a sink and a tap. I also mentioned that I needed a delivery. I ordered it because there was no elevator in the building with my apartment. The delivery was very expensive at 79€. Just for a single countertop less than 170mm long! I paid the contract fully in advance. After 9 days the countertop was ready. But it turned out that the delivery didn't include lifting the countertop upstairs (For 79€!!!). I went to the shop to ask to deliver it upstairs, but it was not possible, because there was just one man in the truck. Or to pick it up myself in the shop, but in that case, it doesn't make sense for me to pay so much money for the delivery. The employees were very friendly and tried their best to help me resolve my problem, but unfortunately, the management refused to refund a delivery. I can still pick up the countertop in the shop, but in that case, I will lose 79€ for the delivery, which I already paid.

As we are doing a renovation we go here very often. The product range is decent, the prices are average-high. We can usually find most things we need, although they are lacking on say electrical cables etc compared to other diy stores. They have a Baustoff Halle which is usually well stocked and it is easy to find the things that we need

Very large store. The only inconvenient is that I could not find staff members that I can ask them things in english.

I like this Obi branch. It is really organized well it has everything you need starting from home appliances to gardening tools. It's really nice and I always have the pleasure of going there.

The store is huge and you could easily spend half a day there looking for stuff. Unfortunately, I was unable to find everything that I was looking for. The staff were very professional and helpful and I would go again if I am in the area and need stuff for a DIY project.

Easy to find what you need and if you don't find it right away there's always friendly staff nearby to help you find it. Short lines at the cashiers, self checkout (card only) available.

Visited during corona lockdown. The click and collect took 3 hours instead of 2 as stated in the email but everything was ready at the end. The personnel has been super kind with me and very professional. I can't say anything of the inside, I've not been there.

Much better than Hagebau. Straight Boards, lower prices, better material selection. Few good power or hand tools.
