I
went
personally
to
OBI
Markt
Parsdorf
to
order
a
countertop
with
my
own
measurements
and
holes
for
a
sink
and
a
tap.
I
also
mentioned
that
I
needed
a
delivery.
I
ordered
it
because
there
was
no
elevator
in
the
building
with
my
apartment.
The
delivery
was
very
expensive
at
79€.
Just
for
a
single
countertop
less
than
170mm
long!
I
paid
the
contract
fully
in
advance.
After
9
days
the
countertop
was
ready.
But
it
turned
out
that
the
delivery
didn't
include
lifting
the
countertop
upstairs
(For
79€!!!).
I
went
to
the
shop
to
ask
to
deliver
it
upstairs,
but
it
was
not
possible,
because
there
was
just
one
man
in
the
truck.
Or
to
pick
it
up
myself
in
the
shop,
but
in
that
case,
it
doesn't
make
sense
for
me
to
pay
so
much
money
for
the
delivery.
The
employees
were
very
friendly
and
tried
their
best
to
help
me
resolve
my
problem,
but
unfortunately,
the
management
refused
to
refund
a
delivery.
I
can
still
pick
up
the
countertop
in
the
shop,
but
in
that
case,
I
will
lose
79€
for
the
delivery,
which
I
already
paid.
