The best customer service we’ve ever received in Germany especially from a communication service provider. The young man who helped us “El-Majid” was so efficient and nice also rest of the staff. Two thumbs up, we’ll never go back to ANY other provider.

This Telekom shop reached out and helped me with my problem in a quick and easy manner. They did their best to resolve things. (see original review) --- My original review: I moved flats. The technican was there for 20 minutes and only did the necessary steps to get my internet connection ready. I signed expecting that's all he put in his invoice. Boy was i wrong. He put personal installation 2.0. in there, which is a add-on where they claimed to have set up the router and personal devices. I did all of this myself and they charged me 76€ (on top of the 50€ for moving flat). I called the customer support and they said since I "signed" there is nothing they can do (which is funny as the signed paper did not indicate the amount of the added cost at all) Do not trust Deutsche Telekom AG. All in all this borders extortion.

Amazing customer service! Mr. Sellaj helped me choose the best plan for my cellular and data needs. He even helped find corporate discount for the plan that I was interested in. Any questions I had were answered in detail. Overall, I am happy with this Telekom Shop. Their staff is highly professional and courteous.

Great location in Marienplatz ! The store is modern, and have many desks so it never really gets busy ! Very helpful staff and extremely friendly ! Communication is possible in english to a certain extend. Many thanks for letting me recharge my phone battery for free there using my own cable ! I was solo travelling and i needed a good battery percentage before i continue my journey in Munich ! Highly recommend for any question concerning mobile and telecommunication services in germany ! 👍🏻

Excellent English Customer Experience. Today I went with a very complicated situation regarding my Glassfasser on my Aparment. After almost a month of trying to fix the issue on the phone, I finally got an experience that changed my perception of the company. I am sad that I don't remember the name of the agent because he deserves the best reward from his manager. Together with the manager of the shop they spent almost an hour trying to fix the issue! For the Telekom team: please take care of people like this who worry for your customers and improve your phone experience. It is so annoying that people on the phone are not willing to speak with foreigners in German “because the level of the language is too basic”. They have hung out on me many times!

I went there to settle a bill which is supposed to be done by auto deduction from our bank. We signed all the documents before and it still didn’t work. The service representative checked our account and found the bank account connection is active but there a 105 euro bill open. I asked if I can pay there and he said no. More annoyingly he keeps saying maybe there’s no money in our bank account. He didn’t offer possible solutions and acted like an untrained personnel. I left without saying auf Wiedersehen.

Absolutely top. Over several months, while I was transitioning internationally, I was consulting on quite a number of topics with Mr. Zvesdan Kostic at the Telekom Marienplatz office. In positive/friendly attitude, competence and focus on solving the issues he is second to none. Highly recommended !

Very nice staff, I went there to convert physical sim into esim for my I phone. It's done in 5 minutes. The store is right in front of famous historical building.

The staff is very friendly and efficient. They were also able to solve my problem very quickly. To add some context, here's my problem: I needed an eSIM because my phone supports only eSIM(s). I needed a Prepaid because the Postpaid (Contract) requires us to have a German Bank Account. I received a Prepaid eSIM within 5-10 minutes and was activated in another 5 minutes.

All Vodafone prepaid around the area is sold out! I should have come here first! They have 3 plans and each is valid for 4 weeks including roaming in Europe! Costs between 20-30 Euros depending on the GB you are requesting

If i could give this store 0 points, i would. Wanted to collect xplora watch for my daughter on a Friday evening as a gift for her birthday. I was told after signing the contract that it is not possible to verify id and we were asked to come back next day, which was my daughters birthday. So, next day we drove another hour to get my id verified and collect the watch. After waiting for more than an hour, we were asked to come back on Monday because they need registration certificate (melde Bescheinigung). Noone informed us that they need additional documents until we asked them for status of the verification process. Why not just tell once everything that needs to be verified? Why make us wait for an hour and not tell directly that we need the registration paper? Rude staff! No customer service. Disappointed kid. Never stepping in that store again.
