Apparently this is Sue's favourite car park. Now, I don't have a problem with that, but it's not exactly pleasant. The stairwells all stank of urine, and many of the parking bays were cordoned off. It did seem fairly secure though, and was convenient for the Japan quarter.

Highly recommend to avoid this parking garage. Elevator is broken, staircase stanks urine, a lot of homeless people using the garage as shelter, but also lots of junkies hang around in the area. Also parking place itself looks permanent under construction. As if it could collapse any minute.
Very discusting place, urine and feces on every floor. Car is not safer than outside. Avoid at all costs
Under construction or something, it smelled like piss and there was a homeless man when we arrived. But on the bright side the car was unharmed and there was enough space for the car.
Very central and near hbf. It is old a narrow parking, also it smells like urine on the stairways and elevator is broken always. But the price for the hour is very cheap. Below 1.5 Euro with P-card.
Easily the most disgusting parking garage I've ever been to. Don't park there or you'll stop believing that Germany is supposed to be a first world country. First, the building is in dire need of renovation. The walls are in the process of collapsing and a sizable area of parking spots on the second floor are fenced off. Second, the parking spots themselves are very narrow. Better bring along your Smart and not your Passat. Third, this place stinks. Have you ever dreamt of having to walk through a heavily used and never cleaned public toilet just to get to your car? If yes, this parking lot is the place to go. Enjoy the smell of urine and other bodily fluids while in the staircase. Lastly and most importantly: Junkies. This dilapidated building is located close to the main station, and with that comes all the troubles a main station in Germany brings with it. When we exited the parking lot, we saw two people shooting up heroin just across the street. The building is not only dirty, but you'll find drug paraphernalia littered around everywhere. When we returned after an enjoyable evening in little Tokyo, we witnessed an altercation in a nearby shop after a junkie tried to steal food. Upon exiting the parking lot with our car, when we used the ticket to open the automatic metal gate, a guy (obviously very high on some kind of hard drugs) jumped around the corner and pushed by our car. He was probably looking for a place to shoot up... We didn't care anymore and were happy to get out of there. If I could, I'd give this 0 stars. But I can't. So 1/5 it is. Don't go there. And if you absolutely have to, drive a small car, bring a gas mask, and have pepper spray at your disposal at all times.
Extremely unhappy with our experience. We left our car overnight and returned to find a window smashed and the car ransacked. With no staff on-site and poor security, we were left to handle the police report on our own. Additionally, we did not receive a refund. The lack of support and accountability is unacceptable. Would not recommend!
Would give 0 starts if I could. Disgusting, NOT SAFE and more expensive than any other parking in the area. Urine stench everywhere, a lot of blocked parking spaces on the way up. I was waiting outside while my husband was searching for a free space, during that time I witnessed several high homeless people waiting for a girl to enter the garage with her parking card to follow her into the building. This is dangerous and there was no one to walk them out, gave me chills. Do not park here, we made a mistake in a rush and will never ever come back.
The parking didn’t allow our ticket and also didn’t take card payment or bills, so everyone else had to pay with coins. The server system of the parking garage had an error and they didn’t pick up. Later we had to call the police had to call the emergency number of the Contipark which was located in Berlin. They had no immediate solution, and said they will try to get a technical assistance in Dusseldorf. Later we had to risk our car being damaged by the gate and drive fast behind a permanent Parker. And it smells so bad in there.
CREEPY AS HELL. I usually don't bother to write reviews but for once I will make an exception because people need to be warned for this place. Here is my experience. I arrived late on a dark December evening and parked my car on the third floor, where there were only two other cars parked and nobody else was there. Suddenly the lights went out on the floor. Seconds later I heard the sound of a lighter and someone coughing very badly. In the dark I went to the staircase. Luckily there was light. The staircase was very dirty and the stairs were filed with syringes, aluminium foil with burnt drug leftovers and napkins with blood stains. I picked up my car a couple of days later. As by miracle thoug, all windows of my car were still intact and I almost couldn't believe it. Luckily I needed to pickup my car during daytime. I wouldn't dare to go there in the dark anymore. The parking is cheaper than other parkings, but a parking like this should not exist. It should be illegal to offer parkings like this. The place is creepy as hell. I hope the parking management will either make the place better, or either close it, because like this it should not exist.
