We went to Chili's in hopes to find a quick place to eat. It was a Friday night and not very busy. The service was slow and it took about 45 minutes to get our food. The burger I ordered was still raw in the middle, I don't mind my burgers pink but this was totally raw. I'm sorry for posting half eaten food but it's impressive how raw this was. I don't think we are going back to Chili's anytime soon.

This location has really went downhill. We came in tonight for a late dinner & my burger bites came out very pink- the manager came over and said yeah they’re a little pink- I just went ahead and sent them back and didn’t get anything else. My wife’s wings and chicken tenders in the triple dipper came out cold. We waited 30 minutes for chips and salsa & at that point we told the waitress we didn’t even want them anymore because our food should be out shortly then she quickly brought them out. We filled out the survey on the tablet at the table and our waitress stopped, looked at it, then laughed while shaking her head at the manager. We definitely will not be back at this location. We have always come regularly but not anymore after tonight. Super disappointed in the food and the service.

I ended up walking out, after being ignored by employees and a manager. As other reviewers have stated, this Chili's is completely mismanaged. I truly do not understand why corporate allows for this to continue. In addition, to add insult to injury, I was asked by employees as I walked out after waiting a substantial amount of time, if I wanted a job. Are you kidding me? Who operates this place, Moe, Larry or Curly? Never experienced such a poor customer experience.

Unfortunately we did not enjoy our visit to this restaurant. We were seated fairly quickly, after the waitresses argued about who's table we should be put at. The table was sticky, there was food smashed into the floor under our table, the restrooms were not stocked dirty and dimly lit. We waited 1.5 hrs for half of our food to be brought to us with 3 small children, after 4 tables were served before us that came in after us. The rest of the food was delivered 15 min later. The only good thing I can say about the food was that it was hot. Waitresses were sparse, not attentive, and hostile toward each other. I'd recommend choosing another place to eat.

Upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly host and sat down. Our waitress on the other hand was extremely curt with us. She slammed our drinks down and seemed angry when we said we needed more time with the menu. When she returned she expected us to know the answers to her questions before she even asked them. We had hardly any service all night and when we did it was disrespectful and rude like we were an inconvenience. Moving on to food. We ordered the half rack ribs, chicken tenders, fries, Texas toast, Mac& Cheese and street corn. I am quite sure everything was warmed up from frozen food. The BBQ sauce tasted only of liquid smoke. The ribs and tenders were extremely dry and more like jerky. The mac was literally a soup. Yhe bread was also cold in the middle. The only good things were the fries and the street corn. Very disappointing.

We waited a half hour for our food order. When it came, both orders were wrong. We had to ask for silverware and napkins. Our server was new on the job and accepted it was her mistake and said she would get the proper order. 20 more minutes and still no order. In the meantime because we were sitting near the kitchen, we were entertained with a variety of profanity exchanges between Chili’s staff. We paid our bill and left. We likely will not return the Helena Chili’s.

This place will not be open much longer. The food was barely edible. Waitress’s were less than presentable. One looked like she rolled in the dirt. Can’t imagine what they looked like in the back. One of the top 3 worst meals I’ve ever paid for. This place used to be great. Too bad.

The food all came out at different times. My brother finished his personal pizza before I got my food. They forgot the sauce on my other brother's chicken. The broccoli was cold and the mashed potatoes tasted like they had been frozen and reheated. The waiter seemed nice though and the chips were good.

My boyfriend and I ordered food here on a Friday night they were not busy when we arrived they said our order was not ready but my bf saw an order sitting in the “window”. And turns out that was ours. We got it home and my burger was raw in the middle when I asked for a well done burger! Servers were rude. Food disgusting! I was not able to eat anything! We will not going back and I’m telling everybody I know! Negative stars!

08/04/23 The fryers were "down". Gave us other options with up charges? The waitress acted like she didn't need to be working. Should not have stayed, there is always a bad atmosphere here or problems. Last time we found a giant hair in our cheese sticks. We are only back because we were given a gift card. This will be the last time.

We're were basically ignored all night. I'm sure our waitress was worried about the tip she was getting from the big table behind us, but I mean we go in all the time. We ordered our drinks right when we sat down, but it took 30 minutes to get them, we got our drinks about 2 minutes before our food came out. When we got our food, I found 2 medium length black hairs in my burger and fries. I do not have black hair. Our drinks were watered down, we were happy that our food was comped, but I've never felt so disappointed, we have never been treated so by a waiter/ waitress. I hope you guys pick up your game because until then we are not coming back.

They no longer serve my goto which was the chili mango chicken. It was low calories and full of flavor. Now I can't find a replacement that would make me want to go. As for the service, make sure you don't have anything pressing...it is a bit slow.

The place had a nice atmosphere. Friendly staff. Amazing food. My son and I have the sliders with fries. Sorry didn't take a picture of them. But my daughter got the chicken strips with fries and the Mexican corn. That's the only picture we had. But the food was amazing. Highly recommend you to stop by and have a drink and some amazing food.

Big portions - not great server wasn’t very attentive. also don’t waste time with macaroni and cheese .

Very disappointed. Went in to meet a family member for lunch and it took over an hour to get our food after ordering it. Our waitress didn’t show up after we ordered until we tracked down a host. Our waitress explained she normally cooks but they only had 1 waitress at lunch time on a Saturday. Our food came out after sitting under a heat lamp 30-40 minutes.

Drink was made to strong. Has fruit flies. Waitress pretend to drink my drink. Bar staff was giving other staff members alcohol & soda in plastic to go cups. Waitstaff giggled about our complaint about the drink. Food was not properly cooked as asked. I will never be going back there.

This was one of the best chili experiences I have ever had. The server was so sweet and attentive. I forgot to get her name. But my friend celebrated her birthday there and it was great.

This is fine. Nothing great about it, but nothing bad either. Our waiter was very nice and helpful. The food is forgettable though. Again, not bad, but flavor is bland and cookie cutter, which you expect from a chain restaurant.

We went in for chips and salsa and guacamole that my friend and I have had and loved before. This time the chips were cold and they do not make fresh guacamole any more which we found out after we got the terrible stuff they served us. It was overall terrible. Even the chips were not fresh or warm or good this time. I will not be back. Very disappointed.

Great place to eat at in the area. I would recommend checking it out. You won't be disappointed.

Stopped by for dinner on 7/4/22 and because the resurant was only about 20% full I thought it would be a good experience. We sat down and waited 25 minutes and no one came to even say hi. No drinks or even to say they would be with us. We heard employees in the kitchen screaming and yelling at each other. After this and the fact that nobody even noticed we were waiting, it was time to leave.

My friend and I had dinner there yesterday. And when we paid in cash we were informed by the waitress that you do not deal in change so we both did not get 71cents change. We always split the bill so we both had 71 cents change due. First if this is how you do business, then everything on your menu should be even dollars. Secondly she did not even inform us of this policy even when we had cash out to pay. Is this your way of forcing customers to use a debit or credit card? Or is this how you pay for the 'free' drinks. Just charge me the 2 or 3 dollars for pop. Don't rip me off. My friend said she will just use a debit or credit card now. I just will not go back. I work too hard for my money to get ripped off. I do not care if it's only 71 cents. It is my money.

Seemed like the staff were all found at a temp agency and had never worked together. One server for tables also doing bartender duties, one bartender serving bar. There was no flow to the people at all. Food was ok after sent back (wrong steak). Street corn was great!!

Went to pay and my bill was 14.29. Gave the waitress a 20.00 bill. She took it and simply walked away. My Friend did the exact same thing. Waitress brought back 7.00 and handed it to me and stated they didn't carry any change . Technically stole .71 cents from each of us. I was stunned. If this is Company policy why wasn't it on the door or the menu. Why didn't the waitress tell me when I handed her the 20.00, I would have paid with a credit card. This was irritating to the max

Food is usually good but today we were seated and I heard the hostess say you have a table in the corner. No one came up to us and then 10 mins later another group came in and sat themselves in the bar and they were waited on immediately. The server looked at us after taking their order and said have you been helped? We said no and he said he would be back after waiting another 10 minutes i heard a lady yell your table is in the back by this time my 2 year old was crying because he was hungry and the server never looked at us again so we got up and left and no one acknowledged us on the way out

The three people that waited on us were great. If waitors we're like that all the time I would go there a lot. They were all very respectful to us.The young man's name started with a D,then one of the women were Faith and I remember her name because the person I was with name was the same. I think that the other woman's name was Angie or Kelly. They helped us with my 18 month old great niece and also waited on others and did check on other things that they needed to check on. I was very Happy with those three employees and I hope that I get them again. Thank you and them very much.

Delicious food and barely attentive waitstaff. I'm a fat kid in the making so this is definitely a place I will visit again and again.

The place was cooled and there was not a good selection of food. The food I did get was good.

My most recent visit yesterday, the staff were exceptional! However the food? Anything but. It's sub-standard bar food.. Even the southwestern mac and cheese is gone and I ended up ordering the kid's version.. It was literally easy mac. Like I don't even think it was boxed Kraft I think it was the microwave stuff. Absolutely nothing there worth eating for a vegetarian and even otherwise if you're not a bar frequenter just give this place a skip. The wait time could probably use it. Again, lovely staff they were wonderful. But I do have to review the restaurant itself as well.

It was alot of food for a good price. We did the 2 for 25 and it was worth it. The only downside was it took a little longer because they were short on staff and the manager was helping to run the bar area so that's understandable .

6/29- table 61, our waiter Matt appeared to either really hate his job, or is really high. Even after he wrote down our order, he didnt know what we orderd or who ordered what ...the all of two of us. He completed neglected us the entire time. He walked by our table probably 10x and completely ignored us each and every time. no refills, nothing. After almost an hour wait, the food wasn't even warm. I'm guessing the waiter Matt left it sitting on a shelf as he completely forgot us. The burger bites I received were completely raw. My dates shrimp, as cold as our waiter. Terrible place to eat. Go elsewhere. Restaurant is hear is fine, but their app and website are TERRIBLE. I wonder how much business they lose because no one can complete an order. Definitely lost all my business.

Didn’t even bother to eat. Sat down to a sticky table and the first menu I got was covered in sauce and I requested a different one. They brought me a different one that was sticky as well!

I really like coming here for happy hour, which is quite generous. The food and drinks are always good, and the service gas always been awesome.
