I always enjoy staying here. It's budget pricing with great service. Rooms are sufficient, and the water is always hot in the shower. A bed and a warm shower. Can't ask for much more.

I’m an Uber driver. I brought a woman here to this hotel. There was an open sign. My rider needed a room. At 2:00am on Monday morning. The guy came and unlocked the door, looked my rider up and down, then turned her away and said he had no rooms. He was Lying. She was completely discriminated against. The guy was a complete jerk. I felt the need to make this review after witnessing this. Shame on you!

Price is unbeatable for basic amenities. We only needed a place to sleep so we just used the bed and shower. It was clean, comfortable and super duper cheap. Their office is adorably decorated.

This is nothing fancy, just perfect for me. If you get a room for less than 90 and you don't expect it to be a little rough around the edges you haven't travelled since 2019. Service was great, very fast check in. Located downtown by lots of great businesses.

Pretty sketchy place. And they don’t do refunds. Don’t get fooled by their misleading Expedia page

Basic motel room with few frills. Clean and well kept with a comfortable bed, and close to downtown Helena.

I lived here for two months while attending school here in helena, and as far as motels go, you can't go wrong. The staff is friendly and helpful, and maintenance and cleanings happen on schedule. And for a place which consistently has (almost) the lowest nightly rate in Helena, it has an amazing location! Bars and restaurants within walking distance, along with the historic downtown- if you wanna play tourist; this is the place.

Misleading advertising, sign & website clearly advertise indoor hot tub & gym. Both have been closed & out of service for years no intentions of ever getting up an running

Front desk service was pleasant arriving after midnight. Room was pretty dirty but survivable, you get what you pay for I guess. There was food still in the room fridge, sheets were suspect, maybe changed, maybe not, toilet wasn't cleaned, glad I can stand to pee! Less than half the price of the other options at the time so it was what it was.

Clean accommodations in downtown Helena, which is beautiful & historic. Microwave and fridge were good. Wifi was excellent. Lots of good places for food & drink nearby. My night was quiet and the on site laundry was appreciated.

The old decor, and smelly room were not enough to make me want to leave but the shady characters made my skin crawl and I was not going to be able to sleep. Everyone was so loud and you can hear everything. The guys above the room I had were headed into Friday night party mode and it was obnoxious. The guy checking me in got frustrated because I was going to cancel my second night there and I didn't tell him before he ran my card. Really would recommend staying somewhere else.

Four stars got exactly what it is - a very affordable hotel that was clean, safe, and friendly. Budget-friendly hotels can be risky, but this place was a good choice. Yes, it's definitely older and showing some age, but I'd stay here again. Very welcoming.

A/C blew cold. Very nice woman at the front desk. On the other hand, housekeeping knocked on my door before 11 and I hate being scared awake. Lots of cracking/peeling ceiling/walls; some mold in shower grout. Given 3 due to microwave and fridge, but overall not worth the current price. Should be a $50-60 place (again, only bc of fridge/micro); unfortunately, everything is more than it's worth rn.

It is exactly what you would expect it to be for a budget hotel in downtown Helena. It's clean a d the rooms are decent.

The friendliness and warm, pleasant atmosphere you'll experience here is far more enjoyable than fancy rooms or parking garages.

The room was super dirty, there were chips on the floor beside the bed, the remote had some kind of build up of something on it. The lamps in the bedroom are rusted on the bases, the room was musty and to keep the air conditioning on you had to prop the plug up against the outlet for it to stay on. With all the hotels being sold out on this day we had no choice but to stay. We checked out first thing in the morning and booked another hotel for the next 2 nights. Do not stay here if you appreciate cleanliness. This is also across the street from where several homeless people are out laying on the sidewalks.

I stayed here in 2008 for 3 months. Not sure if the lady that was there is still running it but she was lovely and helpful. It's an ideal place to stay if your trying to be frugal, fantastic location also. I had a wonderful time in Helena, truly is a special place.

The rooms are falling apart, the staff is extremely rude, and not what’s considered a family friendly area. Please avoid this if you can.

The rooms are dirty and smell horrible of cigarettes, yellow walls and mold. When I asked for a discount they said no.

For the price, this motel is great. It has good enough beds and AC/climate, bathroom is a bit shabby, but hey, you are not paying 100+ usd a night. Location is great as well. It was quiet at night. Lastly, it has a good internet connection.

Hair in the bed. The place was really affordable but they sheets and blankets looked as if they hadn’t been washed for a month. It was also a cross the street from a homeless shelter. It was very affordable but I feel that the sheets should have atleast been clean for the price
