It’s one of the best stays I’ve ever had when travelling. I just wanted to stay in the apartment and not leave the whole day. We stayed at the Tower Penthouse With Sauna, which is situated over two floors, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, living room and a sauna. Everything was sparkling clean and the flat itself has a modern, stylish design. Can’t wait to come back again - other accommodations have nothing better to offer in return.

I stayed at Bob W. in Helsinki for a few nights. It was by far the best accommodation experience I have had on a business-related trip. There were quite a few factors, that I think made the experience unique: The rooms were warm, stylish, and soon came to feel like home. The cleaning was impeccable and the service excellent. When I walked in, I was pleasantly surprised with a small gift of coffee and chocolate after the weekly cleaning. Bob W's focus on sustainability (ranging from the energy they use being renewable to organic chocolates, to sustainably sourced shampoo) just made it more comfortable to live in their accommodation. With most things being automated, everything from check-in to communication was also just a seamless experience. This is the first time that I have stayed at this concept of an Airbnb/hotel cross-over, and this will certainly be the go-to option for me, when looking for places in the future

In fact Penthouse Studio is 1 room approx 25-28 square meters including kitchen annex, bathroom and wardrobe. Enough for max 2 persons. Size of room is not provided in the Hotels.com offer. So you can expect something bigger with the name "Penthouse" Best location, all equipment is as new and in good condition, communication with owner company is good. But can't rate 5* because of noise in the night, noise from neighborhood from music club or discotheque? Not possible to sleep without sleeping pills. So can't recommend this place for people who have to sleep in the weekend.

Amazing place if you’re on a budget. You’ll get a lot of details and perks of boutique hotels while spending a fraction and being in a ridiculously good location, not even 3 minutes away from the central station. Beds are comfy, room is not too spacious but definitely enough, bathroom is good and you will be surprised by the attention to detail and little gifts offered - I’ll try not to ruin the surprises. Also, you’ll get 24/7 access to a nearby gym, I went twice and it was more than enough and almost empty both times. If I ever go back to Helsinki I will stay at Bob W for sure!

An amazing stay! I was there for work during the week and then stayed the weekend to visit the city and be with friends. It was absolutely worth it. The penthouse with sauna made it a trip to remember, and the sauna package was exactly what we needed after a long day of site seeing. Thanks, Bob W!

Excellent and convenient studio apartment solution in Helsinki city centre. Located close to the main train station, the check in is all online and you’ll gain access with a code. The apartment is modern, spacious and with some fun features like a Polaroid camera to use. The staff we met or were in contact with were helpful and very friendly. The price was absolutely fine for what you get! We can warmly recommend

Best stay in town - Bob W City Centre is the perfect location for families and everyone else to that matter! :) nothing like brewing up some coffee and enjoying the local design. Can’t wait for the next visit and spend a nice staycation with Bob W!

Couldn’t wish for a better place to stay in Helsinki! Quiet, spotlessly clean, comfortable and central to anywhere! I enjoyed my “finnish design penthouse” so much, I really felt like being at home. The bed is totally confortable, the apartment is spacious and warm and has everything I could need during a holiday. BOB W. Staff are available day&night through Whatsapp and are always very nice, welcoming and fast responding. Thanks for the amazing stay in wonderful Helsinki!!

Apartment is clean, conveniently located near railroad station, and has everything you could want (stove, washing machine, smart TV, kitchen equipment, etc). Good communication from company. Check in was easy. Would definitely stay here again.

We had nice stay. It was quiet but still near everything (shops, restaurants, railway station). Adequate equipment in the kitchen, was coffee, tee... but for cooking no oil or salt. Sauna was good! Highly recommend! 👌

Comfortable place to stay for a few nights and very environmentally aware and friendly. Liked · BOW W was a lovely place to stay in Helsinki. It was close to shopping centres and also vey close to the central train station actually walking distance with a few bags in tow. The room was clean and had lots of functional space that you could spread out, the WIFI was good and stable. There was constant communication throughout the entire stay and they were very helpful in answering any queries we had throughout the stay. Disliked · We found that there was a night club over the weekend that was quite loud that we could hear with the windows closed, although this was not an issue on weekdays. The room does not have aircon in it so it did get quite warm without us being able to open windows with the aforementioned noise, we did ask if there was a fan that we could use unfortunately there was not a fan available only a heater.

We will defenitely come again. Really nice atmosphere, thoughtful and fun gadgets, and unbeatable price. Rooms could be nicer but price value is still really good and the friendly staff require a clear five stars.

Me and my wife stayed at Bob W last Nov 2022. There was no receptionist when we arrived and you need to self check in. Overall, room is ok and clean but unfortunately there was a tragedy when we stored our luggage on the storage room on the check out date. When we came back after strolling around the city, we found out the luggage was crack for 20 cm which was completely fine previously! We asked the CS to check on the CCTV but according to them, "nobody" touched the luggage. But the weird thing was when I asked for the record, they didn't want to share it with many reasons. So at the end, we didn't receive compensation at all! So disappointing So if you stay here, please think twice when storing your items on the storage room/public area since it's not safe
