Simply perfect! The staff is very friendly and helpful. You can also buy some tickets directly there, for example for the ferry and everyone is ready to give you some suggestions about restaurants and activities. The breakfast is amazing, the best breakfast tried ever! There are typical products and a lot of choice also for gluten and lactose intolerant people. Really beautiful room. The TV can be turned to see it from the bed or from the armchairs. The shower is super and very big. The floor is heated and the lights are great, there is also one courtesy light in the bathroom if you wake up at night. You can comfortably switch all the lights off by lying in your bed. The design is great and the bed is SUPER comfortable! No cons :)

The most comfortable hotel I've ever stayed in across the entire Europe! It may not be luxurious, but it's comfortable enough to make you feel like home. The room has enough space. It's quiet at night. The bedding is comfortable. The lady at the front desk and the lady in the breakfast quarter were both very nice and friendly. The location of the hotel is super convenient for city walks and for conferences, as it's at the center of downtown and is quite close to the central railway station.

Of all the Holiday Inn chain of hotels I've stayed in the past, this one has the best front desk service. Both check in and check out were swift. The ladies were pleasant, always had smiles on their faces throughout the process. As it was an overnight stay, I didn't manage to visit/use the facilities or dine in their restaurants, so I can't comment on them. Room, though, is good - bed especially comfy and well-equipped with the standard amenities. If I had to be critical, the only thing I'd say is the decor is a bit dated and definitely time for a refresh. Other than that, I was satisfied with my stay and would come back again for sure.

I stayed 5 nights at this hotel and I have nothing but praises for it, from the rooms and amenities to the staff and food. Hotel Indigo Helsinki is conveniently located in Helsinki city centre and a 10-min walk from the railway and metro station. It is also a minute's walk from the tram stop. The hotel's lobby, corridor and room have a modern feel to it, with colourful and chic designs. Sheets and towels are clean and the bathroom comes with nice-smelling toiletries. A shout out also to the hotel's staff, especially Diana, who was extremely cheerful and attentive to the guest's needs and requests. There is a 24/7 gym and a cosy sauna and steam room with shower facilities. Extremely pleasant hotel.

My stay at the Hotel Indigo Helsinki-Boulevard was fantastic. From the excellent location to helpful staff, I could not have asked for more. Helsinki is a beautiful city and this hotel's location on a tram line made it easy to explore by foot and rail (even with luggage). My suite was very comfortable and thoughtfully appointed. As a visiting foreigner, I appreciated that the minibar included local options that could be sampled and the decor reflected the culture. When I return to Helsinki, I will absolutely return to this property and looking forward to it!

The hotel is one of the best in which I stayed. A very polite staff. The rooms are comfortable and big. Also it`s location is very good. And not in last the food in their restaurant is great.

Nice and cozy boutique hotel at an excellent location! Breakfast is super delicious and offers many options for every taste! Unfortunately, I didn't have time to try the sauna, maybe next time. Everything is clean and very comfortable!

Not the best experience. First of all, the first thing I see while entering my room is grime and dust buildup on the roof. Dust is everywhere, including on top of the cupboards and under the bed. Quite ironic, as there are multiple ”Cleanliness is important to us!” plaques posted all around the hotel. Secondly, the room is missing the in-room breakfast order form and doesn’t even have a single pen in it. Additionally, status is hardly recognized on check-in.

Very friendly reception staff in a cozy place, not far from the main attractions. It's conveniently close to tram stop and walking distance from the subway. Decent breakfast and comfy room.

This nice and clean hotel in the centre of Helsinki is perfect for a short stay in the city. Firstly, it is nicely situated: you can get almost everywhere in the centre on food (the railway station and bus station is 10 minutes max, the harbour - is 15 minutes and the Stockmann shopping centre is also 10 minutes on food). Then it is pretty quiet there even with the windows facing the street (stayed on the 4th floor). The room was spacious and clean with all the amenities available. The staff was nice and the breakfast was tasty although pretty modest. Overall, Hotel Indigo Helsinki is a nice option you need a place to stay in Helsinki.

Front desk team was very helpful and there was never a wait to ask for help. Rooms are bright, clean, and roomy. Breakfast room was well organized with a wide variety of food. Located right on a tram line with many restaurants in walking distance. If I traveled here regularly it would be where I would choose to stay.

This was a great hotel. The staff was nice and accommodating. I was present when another guest was complaining and they handled it really well. The room we were in was great! Queen bed with a tv that rotated to be seen from bed or turned around to be seen from living room. The blackout shades were good ones, important in Helsinki in June!!! I used the gym and it was solid and the sauna was good. The location is a 10 minute walk from the main downtown. It’s close to the oldest bakery in Helsinki. It’s easy to access via bus or walking from the train station.

Brilliant and cosy hotel! I stayed here for just one night in their Suite room and it was so worth it! The staff was nice and helpful, the room was spotless, and we loved the nice amenities in the room. The breakfast was superb, one of the bests I've ever had, quite frankly. It's got a great location as well; we walked from the Central Station to the hotel and it was a pleasant 15 minutes walk, especially considering it was Spring and the weather was nicer than usual. It's certainly one of the best places I stayed in, and I'll certainly stay at Indigo again once I go back to Helsinki.

I spent several wonderful nights at the Hotel Indigo. Very convenient location and quiet even though the hotel is right on a busy road with trams (the Finnish affinity for double windows was probably key). I had a nice spacious room with all of the amenities that I needed. The Nespresso machine in the room was a great plus. Much better than the instant coffee that tastes like cardboard that you get in most hotel rooms. The breakfast was very good - tasty and lots of variety. Will definitely stay here again on future visits.

Great cosy hotel in Helsinki :) stayed here for 3 nights in December. Staffs were really friendly. Both front desk and restaurant. Room was huge. Very comfortable bed, good shower and Nespresso machine! They have a sauna in the basement too! Best thing is their breakfast which it was the highlight. Coffee were made to order. Lots of options food wise. Hotel is near to various restaurants and city centre. Very walkable but there's also a tram stop just outside.

Very disappointing with low value for money. The hotel is very basic, so called trendy wall papers and trying to look nice, but the rooms are poor for hotel that position itself in this level. I literally asked to change a room after got a room that looked and felt like a low cost motel with a view to a wall!. The lobby is small and located between the entrance the elevators and the reception, so you can't really enjoy sitting quietly. The bar is basic Not good value for money. Definitely not a 4 stars hotel.

Very nice hotel. Service was good! Polite and professional ❤ rooms where very nice as well, beds were good. I told my husband the shower was the best so far from any hotels I've been, because there was a separate shower door. Restaurant was nice as well. Good price and excellent value for your money.

The hotel is very well located. In the center and close to almost everything. So if you don't mind walking, you can easily reach different places without using public transport. The room itself was clean and spacious. First we got a room on the 5th floor, but it seemed to be a Standard room, not the Superior room as booked. After one night, I pointed out the issue with the staff and we finally got a room on the 3rd floor, which this time was the real Superior room to me. We could hear some noise from the bar right below, but the music stopped after midnight, so it was ok. The isolation of the windows was quite good. We could hardly hear the noise from the street right in front. Only downside were the pillows. I wish they had more choices of pillows to offer. I requested for an ergonomic pillow, but they didn't have any. Only soft pillows provided. Breakfast was good. Perfect staffs, very attentive with great mind of service to start the morning. Food choice was good and very well prepared. They were fresh and delicious. The restaurant area was very clean. Overall, I had a good stay at this hotel. But as a Platinum Elite IHG® Rewards member, I would somehow expect some special treats other than free internet and welcome drinks. I requested for a better room on the high floor, but got the one on the same category that I booked on the 3rd floor, which was disappointing.

Fantastic hotel in a great location. From check in to check out couldn't find anything wrong with Hotel Indigo. Good sized room, comfortable bed, decent towels and bedding, hot and high pressure shower. Plus lots of little extras in the room like a proper sized iron and Nespresso machine. Would definitely recommend staying here and will go back again.

A great new hotel in the center of Helsinki. It’s very stylish, the room we got was really big but a bit dark - just one window and the the view of the inner yard. But the breakfast was really good and you could rent a bike included in the room price. Highly recommended.
