There's also a parking garage with a few charging stations for EV's and PHEV's (basic schuko outlets and Tesla chargers available). The Bad Bad Boy sculpture by Tommi Toija greets customers outside store.

Great place! I've been visiting them for a long time, even before they moved from Ruoholahti This shop is huge and they have a very large variety of electronics and everything else! Multiple floors to explore and there is even an arcade, completely free to play and enjoy your good old memories! Location is good but not in the central area of Helsinki so, some travel is required.

The customer service here is incredible. Regarding computer components these folks know it all. It was a pleasure buying from them.

Oct 2023 Been a happy customer for several years. But this time I ordered home delivery, which never arrived. I waited for hours, then got a call that delivery was attempted but nobody was home. I was very upset. A new delivery was promised the following day but actually customer service cancelled the whole order. Maybe customer service person knew was going to give bad review so better to cancel altogether so I cannot give review. Well, here it is, my review. My purchases were about 2K+ euros. And then this time I chose another company instead. Possibly will do so in all my bigger purchases in the future.

Great shopping, loads of electronics with very reasonable price. Moreover, if you leaving Helsinki on cruise ship or ferry, the cashier will give you VAT cashback. Staff very friendly, helpful and all speak good English. Highly recommended place!

The place is a bit off the beaten path, but the store doesn't disappoint. The MiG-21 fighter jet on the roof is a nice bonus. Good for sightseeing, too.

Flexible with returns and great warranty coverage. I bought my phone that got completely wrecked within 1 year. The repair partner of Verkkokauppa - M Care has basically refurbished the entire phone. All was covered by the warranty and done in less than a week.

Unfortunately, they use mostly Posti, and this courier has never succeeded in delivering a package to home. Paying 10 EUR for this feels like a scam. :/
