Nyt oli kyllä hyvä, kun tämä kauppa oli auki 24 tuntia vuorokaudessa. Konsertin jälkeen nälkä oli armoton ja me kaikki löysimme mieleistä syötävää normaalilla kaupan hinnalla. Hieno homma.

Ensimmäinen kylmä syyspäivä ja tulin ostamaan käsineitä. Kassalla kaupanteko tyssäsi kuitenkin siihen että myyjä alkoi laittaa 10 ja 5 euron seteleitäni setelitunnistimeen joka ei huolinut niitä edes kymmenennellä yrityksellä. Siinä seisoimme sitten ihmettelemässä minä, myyjä ja jono muita asiakkaita, kunnes ilmoitin että jätän tuotteen ostamatta. Miksi ihmeessä noin pieniä seteleitä pitää edes epäillä vääriksi ja jos pitää niin ilmoittakaa sitten saman tien että ette huoli enää käteistä. Selkeämpää kaikille ja käteisasiakkaat tietävät tehdä ostoksensa muualla.

Nice place . All brands are available . Special note for the tourists like me : this store is mainly for skincare products . The main problem I faced was the sales persons on the counters hardly understand English as well as the product itself . If you look for any suggestions then that's a NO - NO for them .

Very good location..convenient way to get groceries before hoppin on the train back home.

Kävin vauvan kanssa siellä. Sain hyvän asiakaspalvelun naisten lingerie osastolla. Apua saatu heti ja auttoivat vaihtoehtojen kanssa. Säästin aikaa ja hermoja. Tulen varmasti uudelleen.

ihanan keskeinen sijainti ja isot tilat. valikoimaa riittää ainakin naisille hyvin. vasta pari kertaa täällä käynyt ja sen perusteella todella ystävällinen, avulias ja mukava henkilökunta. suosittelen :)

Carries a variety of products, ranging from medium to high end. Amongst their outlets, this one is my favorite. Staffers are quite attentive to customers, way better than those in Stockmann down the street. Layout is pretty straightforward. Interior, though, needs a refresh because it is looking dated.

Ihan hyvä ostoskeskus mutta miehille tavaraa ei löydy yhtä paljon mitä naisille. Paljon naisten muotia ja meikkausosastoja, joita on useissa kerroksissa. Miesten osastoja on vain yksi, joka sijaitsee yhdellä ainoalla kerroksella. Mutta jos sinua kiinnostaa naisten muoti ja meikkaus, niin täällä voi viettää aikaa pitkääkin.

Tavarat hyvin esillä. Myyjät hymyilivät ja tervehtivät, mutta siihen se jäikin. Myyjillä oli hauskaa keskenään. Eivät tarjonneet apua. Sai itse pärjätä.

At Helsinki airport my luggage didn’t arrive with my international connecting flight !! When I arrived in city center main railway station I had to shop for emergency clothes and supplies as I didn’t know when my luggage would arrive. Someone outside the train station pointed me to this department store. On the first floor I asked an employee where I can find men’s clothing and she directed me to upper floor. Give that this is Helsinki, I was somewhat prepared for sticker shock ! Let’s just say that compared to US, be prepared to pay 2 or 3x even for simple stuff which I needed for emergency- couple of T shirts, underwear, socks and a sweater. I was able to find everything but it set me back €80 !! The staff was polite and helpful.

Service was inattentive and sour. Ladies talked with each other ingoring customers. Cashier was seemingly akward to sell to a regular customer.

Right in the city centre and a few minutes walk away from the train station. Surrounded by places to eat and a supermarket that is open 24/7. Its the perfect stop while only a few hours here

Quick stop at the centre of Helsinki city close to Central railway station.. easy to pick up basic grocery before hesding to catch transportation etc.. or easy ready made meal.

Somehow It always surprises me that big shopping malls in Helsinki closes at 6 pm, even though most of the floors were full of people.

A wonderful restaurant at 10th floor of the city centres' tallest building- magnificent views over all of Helsinki!

Good basic department store. A bit cold atmosphere,Very "down to business" store. Not very friendly staff.

Visited the superstore. If you are mindful of pricing at restaurants this could be an alternative. They seemed to have most os the stuff one could expect. A bit tricky to navigate with a trolley though.

One stop place for all expensive things. It's never busy. Different brands at different levels of the store. Ground floor has all the cosmetic brands. They also have a hidden S-Pankki customer service point on the 3rd floor.

in some places there are very low ceilings - as a tall person, I am not very comfortable. three floors out of four with women's clothing / cosmetics and only one for men. I want more men's stores. :)

You can find most things here from clothes to cosmetics. Good sales and S-group discounts. Sometimes a bit difficult to navigate.
