I may say I just loved my experience with Bob. This place was just perfect for me, very cozy rooms I stayed days and I could get to know the city. I had the chance to walk through all the city since the location is unbelievable precise in the middle of the city.

I’ve been 3 nights at this modern hotel, And I can say: ”it was a great expirience and really nice place”. The location is amazing, open door and you are in the centre of Helsinki. The room was clean, everything works, good soundproofing and don’t need to spend time in the reception, just come whenever you want. So, I give 5 stars of this modern hotel. My recommendations! Enjoy your time with this place!

Very cozy and clean <3. We stayed there for 3 days and left our charger at home. It was like magical how they have thought of everything in Bob W - there was a shampoo, conditioner, phone charger with all the various ends, even Nintendo and an Instax mini! 2 bottles of juniper lemonade an a hand-written card really made our hearts melt. We loved the stay, definitely recommend!

This was located right near a grocery store. Bob w chat was great, even noticing that I had two Bob W's booked at the same time so I was able to cancel one. Easy access to the room, luggage storage, even a washer. I did use the dryer function since no one was there. It was very hot and shunk my free pjs I got on the plane so don't use the dryer unless you know it won't shrink! It had a kitchen you could cook in and a table to sit. I didn't like that there was no local front staff to ask questions. When we found the unit we had to climb 20+ stairs. There was a way to get to it from the street behind but we didn't know how. I stayed in the homey unit and there were two steps down from the bathroom. Since I was recovering from a broken foot the stairs were a little bit of a problem for me.

I thought the location was amazing, very close to Helsinki main train station and walking distance to many spots, stores and restaurants. The staff was super friendly and the remote assistance responded to everything I asked very quiclky, even before I checked in. I liked the practicality of the system. The common areas are nice, the storage room can come in handy should you need to leave your luggage there and the kitchen is well equiped with many complimentary things. I stayed in 2 different room, one for 3 people and the other one for me alone. Both rooms were very comfortable, clean, with enough space and many amenities (coffee, tea, reusable bottle, toiletries, and even a yoga mat!). The only issue I had in both rooms was that the way the shower boxes have been designed made the bathroom floor wet when taking a shower. Still, I would stay here again and recommend to people going to Helsinki.

At an intersection of trams and busses so rather loud with windows open. With windows close you hear nothing. Very clean and fairly modern. Location is a choice. Roomy.

The entrance look like a jail. The room is quiet ok but took 2 hour to have a working code and needed to change room because of the noise. I would recommend you to add 20 euros and to go to a much better place.

Seamless check in experience and great customer service even though there's no reception. When needed there's people helping out if any problems! Affordable prices, very central location, cosy rooms and nice shared kitchen area where you can grab free snacks and cook your meals. Also washeteria available for longer stays.. Recommended!

If you want no-contact check in but boutique hotel rooms, this is for you! I found this absolutely perfect for resting between working days. Super location, comfy beds and great attention to detail. Will definitely go back! Staff very attentive and easy to reach via WhatsApp.

During my trip to Helsinki, Finland I stayed at Bob W. located in the heart of the city. Things that I especially like about Bob W. are: sustainability-focused concept, No check-in or out. 24/7 keyless entry, Local gym access, Organic coffee and tea and Dedicated & local host available 24/7 over WhatsApp. Warm recommendation!

During my recent business trip, I chose this accomodation due to its good value compared to other options available. My room had a comfortable bed and a spacious, modern bathroom. One of the highlights of my stay was the provision of small snacks and beverages. I particularly enjoyed the assortment of treats available, including chocolates, a variety of teas, and the cloudberry soda. I found enjoyable the opportunity to use an instant camera and to take home a canvas bag. I also appreciated the tranquility of the area despite the fact that the room was next to a main road. While my overall experience was positive, I must mention a minor inconvenience that affected my stay: the constant and disturbing noise emanating from the ventilation system was quite annoying. Moreover, while the room itself was pleasant, the exterior of the building did not match the same level of appeal.

After booking online, I got a pass code by email to enter the entrance and room. No reception at the hotel but no problem at all. There are a yoga mat, instant camera, gym members card in the room. Also there are a shared kitchen and laundry. I could stay healthy and enjoy Helsinki. I highly recommend Bob W and will definitely choose it next time too.

Fantastic place to stay in Helsinki's city centre

Very good location. The central station, cafes, restaurant, cultural and different shopping areas are very close. You can access a metro in less than minute. Room was extremely clean and good for a few days stay. Appreciate welcome card and small gifts.
