The studio seems all fine until one actually need to contact the management via email or telephone. The telephone lines are always busy and the email is never responded. The operations are very quick to penalise us with fines and Inkassi if the fault on our side, but when the fault is with them, they don't even bother to apologise, all they do is extend the contract by one month at a time and expect customers to roll with their business practices and pay especially when they could not provide hygienic fitness studio during these covid times. Example: recently in Iserlohn, a person from neighbouring city came and trained in Fitx studio despite having covid quarantine to his household and police had to come and force him out and the studio closed for 16 hours. That must have been very hygienic from the fit perspective.

Very spacious and very well equipped with friendly and helpful staff. Easy to get to with a decent parking lot. Clean and a safe location.

Clean and good studio. Just way too busy sometimes. Some more machines needed in the free weight area.
