Do not bother with this store !!! Go to anywhere else but here. The store manager is INCREDIBLY unprofessional and should not be working here. Their store associates are in for a rude awakening with their lack of social skills and horrible treatment of customers. Save your money, go to Sephora and do not go here.

Monica was very rude, I had asked a question where I should do a return since I received a gift I was not happy with and she gave me the worst attitude. I don’t know if she was having a bad day but I don’t appreciate that coming from someone who “acts” like a manager taking down to her own staff. I am an assistant manager and would never treat customers or my people in that way. Never coming back to this store ever again.

Had a last minute scheduling change of a surgical procedure that stops me from driving for now. I wanted my daughter to pick up my online order for me. Store associates refused to offer to look at her driver's license to see that her surname and address matched mine. Store manager kept repeating "that's not our store policy!"First, there's nothing wrong with my hearing or brain. I heard you the first time. My point is that it would have taken your associates an extra 30 seconds to check her ID. That's it. If you can't help a customer like l've done countless times working retail in Hemet then you do not deserve my money, either. I will absolutely never use Ulta again for my cosmetics. I'd rather drive into Temecula to use Sephora. Your store is literally the crappiest customer service and rudest store manager l've ever experienced in Hemet. Ulta, do better training your staff how to handle fairly easy order situations other than repeating themselves over and over. I guess there's yet another reason that Sephora is preferred amongst my friends.

The customer service was 10/10 the worker Julia helped me find my perfect foundation match and has given me my best ulta experience I’ve ever had with a worker she was so nice and super helpful and gave me very good advice I hope to run into more workers like Julia she was AMAZING

as a reward for my child finishing their work at school -which meant catching up on 23 assignments before end of quarter- We rewarded her a 60 gift card for a 1 hour makeup tutorial with her friend. can you make a part of this is very nice and she kept her makeup age appropriate for a 13 year old took her time did a great job.
