Had
a
last
minute
scheduling
change
of
a
surgical
procedure
that
stops
me
from
driving
for
now.
I
wanted
my
daughter
to
pick
up
my
online
order
for
me.
Store
associates
refused
to
offer
to
look
at
her
driver's
license
to
see
that
her
surname
and
address
matched
mine.
Store
manager
kept
repeating
"that's
not
our
store
policy!"First,
there's
nothing
wrong
with
my
hearing
or
brain.
I
heard
you
the
first
time.
My
point
is
that
it
would
have
taken
your
associates
an
extra
30
seconds
to
check
her
ID.
That's
it.
If
you
can't
help
a
customer
like
l've
done
countless
times
working
retail
in
Hemet
then
you
do
not
deserve
my
money,
either.
I
will
absolutely
never
use
Ulta
again
for
my
cosmetics.
I'd
rather
drive
into
Temecula
to
use
Sephora.
Your
store
is
literally
the
crappiest
customer
service
and
rudest
store
manager
l've
ever
experienced
in
Hemet.
Ulta,
do
better
training
your
staff
how
to
handle
fairly
easy
order
situations
other
than
repeating
themselves
over
and
over.
I
guess
there's
yet
another
reason
that
Sephora
is
preferred
amongst
my
friends.
