From the moment I entered the waiting area, the staff was welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. In my 65 years I have never had a doctor to thoroughly explain and encourage me to study and invest in my health! Dr. Curtiss W. Combs enlightened me on his struggles and progress. I left out of the examination room feeling encouraged and motivated!! The icing on the cake was when I was sitting in the waiting room, Dr. Combs entered the receptionist area and asked if I could lower my mask for a moment, so when I return he would recognize me. You bet your bottom dollar… I will be returning! I’m Ole School… I love and appreciate great service!! Continue the excellent work and great service Dr. Combs and Staff 🙌🏽

Always a pleasant experience when visiting this office. Appointments are on time with little waiting. The office personnel and is helpful and courteous. Dr Combs spends enough time with his patients so he understands our concerns and explains what medical actions and procedures are necessary to correct them.

Had my new patient appointment today. Fantastic atmosphere, listened to all of my concerns and even helped me with scheduling me for my appointment for my orders when I was having trouble with it. A facility that actually listens to their patients. Very happy with this practice. Will definitely recommend to others!!!

Doctor Combs is excellent. He is very experienced. He is attentive. Listens to his patients. Caring and understanding. He takes the time to explain everything in detail. The medical assistants and all the staff excellent as well. They are very well prepared for the job. They make an excellent team. Very friendly. The front office also the best. I highly recommend Dr. Combs.

If you don't want to read this just go to the bottom of this review. I'm super happy my toddler did well on his check-up and with a shot too. I wanted to cry happy tears. “Emotional mother here” Overall my experience here is great. Let me tell you why. First off I don't have a car I had to get an Uber and once we got there a security guard from the building came out. Initially, I thought he was going to tell my Uber that she couldn't park there but instead, he warned her that the front tire was flat. That was nice to let her know so she can continue her Ubering after fixing her tire. Anyways I went to our appointment the room was clean and I saw two front desk people. It wasn’t welcoming at first, but later on, it did. There was a guy at the front desk who was smiling and just made me feel good that I could easily approach him. I'm an introvert I don't like going out or socializing but if it's for my toddler son then I shall. Okay, I met Luz there she took my baby's vitals and such. We had a good chat about our kid. Then Dr. Kelly came to do my son's check-up. She was amazing! She gave me some tips because she too has a toddler. My baby was doing great on his check-up. Aside from him peeing on the floor. “Sorry, Luz and thank you for cleaning it up” They announced that he needed a shot. Luz and another nurse were doing the bad cop good cop. Both of them were hilarious and made my experience here fun. One would give stickers and another would do the shot. My son was crying while looking at the stickers and getting the shot. Good thing there was a distraction. He cried for like 5 mins tops. After that, he ran out of the room and explored the hallways. Everyone was nice there. Oh, and Dr. Combs came into our room to meet us and he was nice. They made sure you are welcomed and being taken care of. This place is wonderful from the security guard to all the people in the building. Am I writing this too long for my first review ever? Well, I don't care. The point is they are awesome and they will take of care you.

The best dr and staff I have eve met. I have a rare condition and most dr don’t even want to learn what it is. Dr not only knew what it was but the comorbiditys associated with it. Staff sat with me for 2 hours getting past med history and submitting 10 referrals. They are respectful, get the job done fast, understanding and actually care about their patients. I didn’t know drs and staff like this existed.

Visited the hemet office today and everyone was so nice and friendly. Specifically, Dr. Saenz, Melina, and Monica. They even squeezed me in last minute, which was greatly appreciated. Monica even called me before my visit to obtain a pre-visit summary, which made my visit fast and streamlined.

I switched over from Dr. Briggs what a world of difference. Briggs was awful! Combs office follows up, gets referrals out and is very responsive. So glad I switched.
