I highly recommend Apple Vacations when you visit Sri Lanka. Our guide Niraveen and our driver were excellent and made our trip a very enjoyable experience! I really love visiting the Turtle Hatchery Center and the boat ride in Madu Ganga Mangroove! It’s extremely interesting seeing the way they prepare the cinnamon sticks, cinnamon oil, and powder. We even got to see a baby alligator and a big jellyfish while we ride the water boat. Really worth and trustworthy company!

Wonderful service and experience with Apple Vacations and team. I saw a tour that fits my need on “Get Your Guide” but had some questions so emailed the team & was pleasantly surprised by their speedy reply. I booked the day trip to Dambulla and Sigiriya from Colombo & the agency allowed me to be dropped off at Sigiriya at end of day. Communication via WhatsApp is responded promptly & always with clear info. My driver is Rukshan. Pick up was on time and I ended up being the only one that booked the tour for the day. A wonderful surprise that the agency didn’t cancel/reschedule the tour. It felt luxurious to have this 1 to 1 service. Plus, am a solo female traveller and I felt 100% safe! During the drive to Dambulla I asked if Rukshan can drive me to Pidurangala Rock (it’s near Sigiriya) instead of Sigiriya. After a quick call to the office, this last minute change of plan was OK’ed too. Rukshan kindly accompanied me to go up to Pidurangala! Which is a blessing because the final part is a crazy scramble across big boulders! To top it off, Rukshan treated me to a king coconut after the arduous hike. It’s a specialty of Sri Lanka. We visited Srilanka for 14 days for Christmas and new year. And Apple vacation organized every detail of our trip. Everything about it was so amazing, but most importantly, the flexibility and readiness of the agency staff to change plans as per our requests was so professional! They didn’t mind changing all the reservations and activities just keep us happy. Our guide/driver Adam, was just so nice and professional. We also got to meet the director, Selvam Deva, and he was kind enough to spend couple of hours with us and ask about details of our trip and if there was anything that was not up to our expectations. The driver and the company representative met us at the airport with flowers and welcome basket then started the briefing to our trip.
