customer service is very low.i just asked for the changing room in 3rd floor who is women one cause men one have long queue.there are keep telling it cant use its for womens.what the hell changing roms don't have gender i have to wait more than 20min in queue.even i don't like the way they talk to me

One my favorite fashion collections arcade. Variety of latest designs to select. I had huge trust about their material qualities for years. Prices are little bit high but its acceptable with that quality. Located in front of wattala police station. Average sized parking space available. This is the department store of cool planet wattala,and it's one of the best and famous place for shopping in wattala.

very disappointed with their service. Kindly inform your staff regarding your business hours. I reached the outlet around 8.50 p.m., and the lady security officer refused to take our bags at the bag counter, telling me that she has to close the counter at 9 p.m. That’s not a big issue. When we entered the outlet, the lights on the first floor were switched off, and all the staff were busy with their own work. One lady staff member said to switch on the lights, but no one cares about it. I know that we came in the last minute, but I don’t think these kinds of staff will be helpful to enhance the quality of the service and bad for the organization.

A cool place for buy garments, stationaries, gift items, household items, baby products, footwear & bags. Prices are a bit affordable compared to the other stores in Colombo. The collection is not too bad but the staff is super grumpy and gloomy. Avoid visiting the store on Friday afternoons as the shop is closed for prayers.

They got a large collection of items including baby care items, baby toys (age wise), ladies, gents, kids clothing (formal, casual) and wearables. Good space and attractive environment. Good customer service. Price is reasonable. Item quality is good.

Ample parking space is a big plus. Overall clothing, there are a lot of choices in both male and female sections but you really got to check for the quality since I found with defects. Even some of the store items are not in the best quality so be careful while selecting. The staff is friendlier and helpful.

People who visit this unprofessional establishment in motor bikes, please be cautious of your helmets. The security is very unprofessional as they will have no idea what happened to your helmet even if you gave it to be lodged in the security compartments and gotten a token for the same. Worst ever customer service on seasons, closing down the counters while the huge ques are there. Please dont give such impression for the customers you will definitely loose you customer preferences. Please improve your customer service methods to keep maintain the good quality.

Friendly staff with superb collection of cloths for both mens and women as well as kids.

Place was good same as before. It’s nice that they have obtained new spacious car park next to building ( bare land). But cloths are packed and racks are overloaded therefore selection of cloths were difficult. And lots of designs were there but lack of sizes. It seems that they have not purchased new stocks, but selling remains of old stocks.

It was not too busy when I visited it on a week day around 7 pm. The shop was full of products and the service was okay. Bit the staff could be more enthusiastic about marketing even though it is good to stay away under the current situation. It is just the attitude which should be more positive.

Had some good collections this time compared to other shopping outlets with considerable prices.

Last week me and my dad shopped worth of 90,000 stuff and there wasn't any discounts or vouchers given, the whole accounting staff was not neither helpful at all. Just all in a hurry to get the next one in.

A good selection of clothes for ladies and gents. Reasonable prices. Ample parking. On the negative side, staff seems tired and cold. There's a grumpy old manager in gents section who doesn't know to talk to customers. He's rude. Once I didn't purchase anything since he was rude.

It's better if you can add more fitting rooms. It's damn crowded and wate of time when you wanna double check the size. It's a huge building with lots of wanted space so you can definitely have more of those added to the design.

They have a good collection. Should probably offer more fiton rooms. had to wait in line for 20 mins. They also need to improve their plus size collection.

Cool planet is a very spacious clothing related mall. Well organized with ample Branded clothes. New trends are more than the other trends. Especially the young is seen shopping here. Staff is moderately efficient. Payment is sometimes very slow. parking is also problem sometimes due to location issue.
